Recently, increasing cancer researches focus on antibody-drug conjugates(ADCs) which can improve the anti-tumor potency with less adverse effect while benefiting patients in the future. However, safety evaluation of ADCs is a big challenge because of complex components as well as in experience in preclinical studies. In this review, the authors reviewed the mode of action, hazard risks, and toxicity observed in preclinical/clinical studies of ADCs,summarized the preclinical studies of Adcetris(brentuximab vedotin)and Kadcyla(ado-trastuzumab emtansine),and suggested a better strategy of ADCs in preclinical safety evaluation.

Objective To compare the effects of neutral posture training (NPT) and gas resistance training on balance and motor func-tion in stroke patients. Methods From June, 2014 to February, 2016, 44 hemiplegic patients were randomly divided into control group (n=22) and experimental group (n=22). The control group received conventional decubitus trunk muscle training and sitting gas resistance train-ing. The experimental group received NPT. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremities (FMA-UE), Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Lower Extremities (FMA-LE), and Berg Balance Scale (BBS) before and after training. Results There was no significant differ-ence in the scores of FMA-UE, FMA-LE and BBS between two groups (t<0.962, P>0.05). The scores significantly increased after training in both groups (t>12.248, P<0.001), and were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (t>1.972, P<0.05). Conclusion The NPT could improve the motor and balance function of stroke patients, rather than gas resistance training.

Benign anastomotic stenosis after esophagogastrectomy could reduce the patients' quality of life, even resulting in severe malnutrition and death. The endoscopic treatment includes dilatation, stent insertion, locoregional injection, and a relatively new technique radial incision and cutting. This article reviewed the progress in endoscopic treatment of benign anastomotic stenosis after esophagogastrectomy.

Objective:This study aims to explore the relationship between serum response factor (SRF) expression level and gas-tric cancer progression by detecting SRF expression level in cancer cells. Methods:The SRF gene in SGC-7901 cells was silenced by RNA interference. Transfection efficiency was detected by fluorescence microscopy, cell proliferation by CCK 8 method, SRF gene and protein expression level by real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blot, and cell cycle by flow cytometry. Results:Cell treat-ment with siRNA-SRF induced significant reduction in SRF mRNA levels. Western blot analysis showed that SRF protein decreased by 40.1%in the siRNA group compared with that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the blank, negative, and mock transfection control groups, cell proliferation of the siRNA-SRF group decreased. The inhibition ratio reached 64.24%, as measured by the CCK-8 assay (P<0.05). Treatment with siRNA could block SGC-7901 cell cycle at G0/G1 phase (P<0.05). Conclusion:SRF expression is close-ly associated with gastric carcinoma cell proliferation. SRF protein level detection can provide a certain reference value in evaluating malignant gastric carcinoma progression. SRF is possibly an important target for the prevention and control of gastric cancers.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of children with serious pneumonia with ventilatory support, and combined with heart failure, encephalopathy, hyponatramia, acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods One hundred and fifteen children(81 males,34 females) with serious pneumonia in ICU from Jul.2005 to Jul.2007 were reviewed,The duration of ventilation support was over 48 h.And blood electrolyte, blood gas, cerebrospinal fluid and CT were detected. Results Ninety-three cases had a good outcome,7 cases were given up,15 cases were dead. The complications included heart failure in 60 cases(52.17%);encephalopathy in 40 cases(34.78%),in which tics type in 38 cases(95%),apnea type in 11 cases(27.5%);hyponatremia in 42 cases(36.52%),of which tics type in 31 cases(73.81%),syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuetic hormone in 27 cases(72.97%)resulted in hyponatremia;ARDS in 8 cases(6.96%),pa(O2)/FiO2

Occupational therapy is an important part of rehabilitation medicine. There is movement, feel, swallowing, speech, vision, cognitive, psychological and social relations dysfunction in stroke patients. Occupational therapy play an important part in the whole processof intervention for stroke patients, and help them improve their quality of life.
