5.Effect and safety of controlled-release dinoprostone on the induced labor of later pregnancy
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):301-303
Objective To study the effect and safety of controlled-release dinoprostone on the induced labor of late pregnancy . Methods 60 cases of late pregnancy puerpera were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2015, and divided into the control group and the experimental group with reference to the stochastic indicator method, 30 cases in each group. The control group were given induced labor by oxytocin, and the experimental group were given induced labor by controlled-release dinoprostone, Changes of Bishop score, effects of promoting cervical mature, induced labor situation, and adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results After medication, the cervical Bishop score of the group (8.35±0.93) points were significantly higher than (6.64±0.72) of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate 96.67%(29/30) of promoting cervical mature in the experimental group was significantly higher than 80.00% (24/30) of the control group (P<0.05). Medicine to clinical time (14.89±1.57)h and total labor time (6.94±1.52) h of the experimental group were significantly better than (21.48±2.35) h and (9.30±1.31) h of the control group (P<0.05). The rate of delivery by vagina of the experimental group 83.33% (25/30) was significantly higher than 60.00% (18/30) of the control group (P<0.05). There was no different on adverse reaction rate between two groups. Conclusion There was good effects of Controlled-release dinoprostone on the induced labor of later pregnancy, with high rate of delivery by vagina and better safety.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(9):1666-1669
OBJECTIVETo discuss the mechanism of gambogenic acid (GNA) in inducing the apoptosis of melanoma B16 cells.
METHODThe inhibitory effect of GNA on the proliferation of B16 cells was measured by the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay. The effect of GNA on B16 cells was detected by the Hoechst 33258 staining. The transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the ultra-structure changes of B16 cells. The changes in PI3K, p-PI3K, Akt, p-Akt, p-mTOR, PTEN proteins were detected by the Western blotting to discuss the molecular mechanism of GNA in inducing the apoptosis of B16 cells.
RESULTGNA showed a significant inhibitory effect in the growth and proliferation of melanoma B16 cells. The cell viability remarkably decreased with the increase of GNA concentration and the extension of the action time. The results of the Hoechst 33258 staining showed that cells processed with GNA demonstrated apparent apoptotic characteristics. Under the transmission electron microscope, B16 cells, after being treated with GNA, showed obvious morphological changes of apoptosis. The Western blot showed a time-dependent reduction in the p-PI3K and p-Akt protein expressions, with no change in p-PI3K and p-Akt protein expression quantities. The p-mTOR protein expression decreased with the extension of time, where as the PTEN protein expression showed a time-dependent increase.
CONCLUSIONGNA could inhibit the proliferation of melanoma B16 cells and induce their apoptosis within certain time and concentration ranges. Its mechanism in inducing the cell apoptosis may be related to PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathways.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2013;28(11):829-832
Objective To evaluate contrast-enhanced MRI sequence for diagnosing cholangiocarcinoma. Methods Cholangiocarcinoma was confirmed by surgery and pathology in 17 cases, all underwent preoperative CT and MRI T1-VIBE scan with contrast-enhancement sequence. We retrospectively analyzed imaging signs in two scan methods, including lesion position, number, size, enhancement degree, expansion degree of bile duct, invasion of adjacent artery and portal vein, and portal vein tumor thrombosis. The differences on detecting lesions between two methods were compared. Results The contrast to noise ratio (CNR) between tumor and liver tissue in MRI T1-VIBE images was obviously superior to that in CT images.Peripheral lesion boundary in T1-VIBE enhanced images was clearer than CT.One hemorrhage lesion was shown in T1-VIBE images, and tumor thrombosis was visible in the left branch of portal vein in 1 case.Bile duct wall lesions in T1-VIBE enhanced images was more evident than CT in hilar cholangiocarcinoma and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. The VIBE enhanced images find more lesions in 9 out of 11 multiple focus cases, compared with CT images. Conclusions Contrast-enhanced MRI T1-VIBE sequence can give more comprehensive and clear evaluation on cholangiocarcinoma, and has important clinical diagnostic values.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Objective To observe the effect of Tongsai Xiaoshuan Decoction on the treatment of 30 stroke patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods 30 patients were treated with Tongsai Xiaoshuan Decoction. 28 patients treated regularly were served as controls. Both group were performed CT/MRI and Polysomnography examination before and after treatment. Their apnea and hypoventilation index were recorded. Results The efficiency of Tongsai Xiaoshuan Decoction was evident. The apnea and hypoventilation index were decreased, the medial hypopnoea time decreased, and the medial time for SaO2 less than 90% decreased. Comparing with the regular group, the difference was significant (P
