With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards, the effect of Chinese medicine in treatment and health care is more and more prominent. The herbal decoction pieces are the important part of Chinese medicine,it can be applied directly to clinical treatment and it's also the raw material of Chinese patent medicine. Therefore, the quality of herbal decoction pieces is quite important. The parts of the production of herbal decoction pieces are numerous, and there are possibilities of adverse effects on the quality of the herbal decoction pieces in every part. In this paper, we based on the production chain of herbal decoction pieces, analyzed the main problem that affect the quality of herbal decoction pieces in the part of selection of Chinese herbal medicines, planting, purchasing, processing, packaging, storage and transport, such as the poor quality of seed and seedlings of plant-based Chinese medicines, some plants left their place of origin and have been introduced in the place that is not suitable for this kind of plant, the insufficient growth time and the excessive harmful substances. The purchasers and the accepters lack of professional knowledge and professional ethics. The mechanism of processing is not clear, the standards can not be uniformed, and lack of qualified person in processing, etc. So we suggest: intensify the basic research of key scientific issues. Improve the quality of persons who work in herbal decoction pieces; Establish an "integration" mode of operation in herbal decoction pieces enterprise; Breeding high quality plant resources, establish the large-scale planting basement; Make the packing of herbal decoction pieces standard; Establish the modernization traditional Chinese medicine logistics enterprise.

5.The Development of Computer Game Addiction Inventory for Chinese College Students
Jing NIE ; Mingyi QIAN ; Zheng HUANG
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(11):-
Objective: To develop a computer game addiction inventory (CGAI) for Chinese college students. Methods:A primary inventory made by the authors was applied to 477 college students from 8 universities in Beijing for exploratory factor analysis, and then to 405 college students for confirmatory factor analysis. Results: After exploratory factor analysis, a questionnaire consisted of 33 items were established, which had four factors: dependence and addict behavior, emotion arousal, functional impairment, and shame and un-satisfaction. These four factors could explain 55.1 of the total variance, were confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis (?~2/df=2.304; IFI=0.885; CFI=0.884; NFI=0.813; RSMEA=0.057). The internal consistency of the questionnaire was good (r=0.77~0.94), the test-retest reliability was 0.907. Criteria validity shown by higher scores in addiction group than normal control was also satisfying. Conclusion: The CGAI has good psychometric features and could be applied to college students.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(5):970-974
In this paper, an improved empirical mode decomposition (EMD) algorithm for phonocardiogram (PCG) signal de-noising is proposed. Based on PCG signal processing theory, the S1/S2 components can be extracted by combining the improved EMD-Wavelet algorithm and Shannon energy envelope algorithm. Firstly, by applying EMD-Wavelet algorithm for pre-processing, the PCG signal was well filtered. Then, the filtered PCG signal was saved and applied in the following processing steps. Secondly, time domain features, frequency domain features and energy envelope of the each intrinsic mode function's (IMF) were computed. Based on the time frequency domain features of PCG's IMF components which were extracted from the EMD algorithm and energy envelope of the PCG, the S1/S2 components were pinpointed accurately. Meanwhile, a detecting fixed method, which was based on the time domain processing, was proposed to amend the detection results. Finally, to test the performance of the algorithm proposed in this paper, a series of experiments was contrived. The experiments with thirty samples were tested for validating the effectiveness of the new method. Results of test experiments revealed that the accuracy for recognizing S1/S2 components was as high as 99.75%. Comparing the results of the method proposed in this paper with those of traditional algorithm, the detection accuracy was increased by 5.56%. The detection results showed that the algorithm described in this paper was effective and accurate. The work described in this paper will be utilized in the further studying on identity recognition.

7.Effect of Yiqihuayu herb on serum NF-κB p65 and myocardin in patients with hysteromyoma
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(6):92-94
Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqihuayu herb on serum NF-κB p65 and myocardin in patients with hysteromyoma. Methods 56 cases patients with hysteromyoma were selected and divided into two groups. The control group of 28 cases were treated with mifepristone, and the experiment group of 28 cases were treated with Yiqihuayu herb. The clinical curative effect, uterine myoma volume, expression of NF-κB p65 and myocardin level were compared after treatment. Results The clinical curative effect of the experiment group was 89.29%, which was higher than 67.86% of control group(χ2 =3.82,P<0.05).Compared with control group, NF-κB p65 expression level was lower(P<0.05), myocardin expression level was higher ( P<0.05 ) , the volume of uterus and uterine myoma were smaller ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Yiqihuayu recipe could reduce the expression of NF-κB p65 in serum, increase myocardin level, and reduce the volume of uterus and myoma, which has good clinical curative effect in the treatment of patients with hysteromyoma.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(02):-
Objective To differentiate Chinese medical syndromes of chronic renal Failure by objective laboratory indexes. Method Data of 312 cases were collected through a retrospective survey and these cases were divided into five Chinese medical syndromes according to an authorized criterion. Laboratory examination indexes of all syndromes were disposed with analysis of variance and discriminant analysis in turn. Result Discriminant functions of four syndromes were worked out and the accuracy of the functions was 60%. Conclusion Differentiation of Chinese medical syndromes should use modern techniques for reference on the base of traditional methods. And through it, a new way even a new system of diagnosis for Chinese medical syndromes in which traditional and modern methods are perfectly combined may be found out.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Human exposure factor is one of the important parameters in environmental health risk assessment models. Proper selection of the exposure factors will contribute significantly to improve the accuracy of health risk assessment. This paper reviewed recent application of some key exposure factors for environmental health risk assessment in the USA, EU, Japan, etc. Some suggestions were proposed on focuses and trends of the related research in near future in China, based on the further analysis for the exposure factors of Chinese population.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
AIM To study the effect of TNP 470 on proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis in the cultured human colon cancer Lovo cells. METHODS The growth inhibition of TNP 470 on Lovo cells was evaluated by an MTT.assay The effect of TNP 470 on cell cycle and apoptosis measured by flow cytometry, and ultrastructural feature of Lovo cells were observed with electromicroscope. RESULTS TNP 470 inhibited the growth of Lovo cells. flow cytometry analysis showed that G 0/G 1 phase rate was increased but S phase rate was decreased. Apoptosis rate of TNP 470 treated group was significant high than that of control and typical chang of apoptosis in Lovo cells was observed. CONCLUSION TNP 470 can inhibit proliferation of Lovo cells, and this inhibition is associated with cell cycle block and apoptosis.
