1.The anesthesia effect in patients undergoing artificial abortion treated with droperidol and pethidine hydro-chloride in combination with paracervical block
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(8):1154-1156
Objective To analyze the anesthesia effect of droperidol and pethidine hydrochloride in combina-tion with paracervical block in artificial abortion. Methods 386 patients undergoing artificial abortion were admitted. They were randomly divided into the two groups. The study group(193 cases)was treated with droperidol and pethi-dine hydrochloride in combination with paracervical block, while the control group (193 cases)was treated with droperidol and pethidine hydrochloride only. The analgesic effect, hemodynamics, cervix relaxation and side effects between the two groups were compared. Results The analgesic effect of the study group was 9 1 .7%,which was much higher than 72.0% of the control group(χ2 =25.198,P<0.01),and there were significant differences between the two groups in hemodynamics(t=4.545,3.674,all P<0.01).The total cervix relaxation were 102 cases, and partly cervix relaxation were 69 cases in the study group, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (69 cases,60 cases,respectively;Z=4.643,P<0.01).There was no difference between side effects except for abor-tion syndrome(χ2 =7.580,P=0.006).Conclusion Droperidol and pethidine hydrochloride in combination with paracervical block have an excellent effect on artificial abortion.
2.Influence on Determination of Cyclosporine Whole Blood Samples When Prepared
China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
0.05),with the determination result of the whole blood-diluted sample more similar to that of the undiluated one.CONCLUSION:Whole blood sample of cyclosporine can be stored stably at room temperature at least for 2 weeks.Cold storage is the best storage method and blank whole blood was proved to be the best dilution solvent.
3.Clinical Pharmacists' Practice in Drug Treatment and Pharmaceutical Care
China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the approach for clinical pharmacists to participate in the drug treatment.METHODS:The contents and importance for clinical pharmacist to participate in ward rounds and discuss with doctors about the optimal dosage regimen were introduced.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:A satisfactory outcome was able to be achieved through efforts of both clinical pharmacists and physicians to modify and work out a new individualized dosage regimen.Clinical pharmacists can offer direct, responsible drug-related pharmaceutical care for patients by making fully use of the related pharmaceutical knowledge they have mastered.
4.The Anesthetic Management tbr the Operation of lntracramal Aneurysm
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the principle of anesthetic management for intracranial aneurysm.Method:The anesthetic regimens of 34 cases of intracranial aneurysm were analyzed.Controlled lowering of blood pressure and protective measures for brain were implemented introperatively to prevent rapture of cerebral aneurysm and postoperative cerebrovascular spasm.Intraoperative ECG,MAP,HR,NIBP and SPO2 were monitored and the HR,MAP before and after induction phase were compare.Result:The effects of anesthesia and lowering of Bp were satisfactory,no death occurred intraoperative!y,and aneurysm ruptured m one case. The H-Rs of whole group during induction phase were not decreased as compared with those before induction phase, and the decrease of MAP was extremely significant as compared with that after induction phase. Conclusion:The effect on parts of brain should be considered when choosing narcotics and hypotensors.Perioperative brian protection could reduce the postoperative incidence rates of arterial spasm and cerebral infarction.
5.Determination of Salivary Drug Concentration of Gentamicin and Its Clinic Significance
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the correlation between salivary drug concentration and blood, drug level its clinic sig-nificance.METHODS:The salivary drug concentration and blood drug level of gentamicin of15volunteer cases were deter-mined by radioimmunoassay.RESULTS:Both blood drug level and salivary drug concentration of gentamicin reached to peak level1hour after medication.CONCLUSION:The blood drug level of gentamicin and the salivary drug concentration of gentamicin are positively correlated,i.e.it is possible for salivary to substitute for blood in the therapeutic drug monitoring of gentamicin.
6.Study on the mechanism of intraventicular administration of insulin improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation rats’ neurological function
China Medical Equipment 2014;(6):14-17,18
Objective:To explore the effect of intraventricular administration of insulin on pro-apoptotic expression of Caspase-3 mRNA and neuronal apoptosis in hippocampus CA1, and neurological function after rats’ CPR. Methods:Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:sham group;the resuscitation with saline-treated group and resuscitation with insulin-treated group. Six minute cardiac arrest was induced by ventricular fibrillation (VF) via pacing electrode placed in rats’ esophagus in saline and insulin group. Results:1. The NDS revealed a clear neurological deficit after reperfusion 24 h, 72 h in insulin and saline group as compare to the sham group, Comparing to the saline group, Insulin could improve the rats’ neurologic function after CPR 24 (insulin vs. saline group, 70(64~72)vs.56(50~58), P<0.001);2. Through TUNEL stain, insulin inhibited apoptosis in CA1 hippocampus as compare to the saline after CPR 7d. (F=5.853, P=0.02) 3.Caspase-3 expression in insulin-treated groups were significantly decreased compared to the saline-treated group after reperfusion 24h and 72h[(70(64~72), 56(50~58);P<0.001]. Conclusion:Intraventricular administration of insulin could inhibit the mRNA expression levels of the apoptotic activities of Caspase-3 after cardiac arrest, prevent neuronal apoptosis in the CA1 hippocampus and improve the rats’ neurological function (at least 24hours) after CPR.
7.HISTOLOGICAL STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF A HIGH DOSAGE OF LH-RH-A IN ENDOME-TRIUM ON PSEUDOPREGNANT RATS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
The decidua of pseudopregnant rats and of those effected by high dosage of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone analogue (LH-RH-A) were studied histologically. After inducement of pseudopregnancy, 29 Wistar virgin rats were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group was injected with 200?g. of LH-RH-A subcutaneously daily for four days, while to the control group, physiological saline was injected instead. Both experimental and control animals were killed on the 9th, 11th and 13th day of pseudopregnancy. The uteri were fixed with appropriate fixatives and paraffin sections were processed with HE, phloxine-tartrazine, Foots and aldehyde fuchsin staihing methods. On the 9th day decidua of the control rats are well developed with many endometrial granulated cells, while in the decidua of the experimental group, the decidual cells become pyknotic, and the granulated cells are barely seen. The results suggest that a high dosage of LH-RH-A advances the necrosis of decidua of the pseudopregnant rats.
8.CHANGES IN UTERINE MAST CELL COUNT DURING THE ESTROUS CYCLE IN THE MICE
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Adult virgin female mice were killed at each stage of the estrous cycle. The mid pieces of uteri were taken and fixed in 4% neutral formaldehyde, and stained with 0.5% toluidine blue at pH 0.5. It was found that mast cells in uterus were mainly distributed in the myometrium, only a few in the endometrium. The mast cell number was maximum in metestrus and minimum in proestrus, and this difference was highly significant (P
