Objective To investigate the psychological health states of practical nurse and to effectively conduct clinical psychological guidance.Methods 368 practical nurse were determined by SCL-90 and compared with normal control.Results There were significant differences between practical nurse and normal control,such as compulsion,sensitive interpersonal,depression,anxiety,terror crankiness(P<0.05～P<0.01),and no remarkable difference in other factors(P>0.05).Conclusion Nurse's gross mental health level were worse than normal control,especially in compulsion,sensitive interpersonal,depression,anxiety,terror crankiness. So, mental health education should be enhanced for them.

Objective To determine the levels and significance of Krebs von den lungen-6(KL-6), pulmonary surfactant protein A (SP-A), SP-D and interleukin (IL)-6 in patients with connective tissue disease interstitial lung disease (CTD-ILD). Methods The serum KL-6, SP-A, SP-D and IL-6 in all subjects were detected and the imaging and pulmonary function were recorded t test, χ2 test, non-parametric test, ANOVA and correlation analysis were used for data analysis. Results ① The levels of serum KL-6, SP-A, SP-D, IL-6 in the CTD-ILD group [551.4 (428.2, 883.5) U/ml, 938.4(435.2, 2324.7) pg/ml, 90.7 (80.7, 100.3) ng/ml and 30.4 (22.9, 41.7) pg/ml; P all<0.05] was significantly higher than that in the CTD group [192.9 (139.2, 266.2) U/ml; 458.0 (372.6, 529.0) pg/ml; 80.0 (71.2, 98.3) ng/ml; 18.6 (4.9, 31.0) pg/ml, Z=-5.383, -3.76, -2.123,-3.903, P all <0.05]; and higher than healthy controls (n=30) [183.2(141.9, 216.6) U/ml; 229.0(162.0, 248.0) pg/ml;50.8(26.1, 96.4) ng/ml;7.1(3.7, 8.7) pg/ml, Z=-5.801,-8.13, 2.272, 3.266;P all<0.05].②The levels of KL-6 in pulmonary HRCT for active ILD group was significantly higher than the non-active ILD group [998.5 (640.3, 1293.3) U/ml vs 565.0(434.0, 799.5) U/ml, Z=2.182, P=0.023], there was no statistical difference in the levels of SP-A, SP-D, IL-6 between the 2 groups. ③ Spearman correlation analysis showed that KL-6 was negatively correlated with forced vital capacity (FVC%);SP-D, IL-6 and diffusing capacity of carbon monoxide (DLCO %). ④ Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that KL-6 [OR=1.017, P=0.002, 95%CI (1.006, 1.028)], SP-A [OR=1.023, P=0.009, 95%CI (1.006, 1.041)], SP-D [OR=1.175, P=0.009, 95%CI (1.075, 1.264)], IL-6[OR=1.213, P=0.001, 95%CI(1.088, 1.354)] were the risk factors for ILD. Conclusion Serum KL-6, SP-A, SP-D and IL-6 are significantly increased and correlate with CTD-ILD. KL-6 is related to the pulmonary inflammatory disease and vital capacity, while SP-D and IL-6 are related to diffusion function.

Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of influenza clusters in Hangzhou from 2018 to 2019, so as to provide references for the prevention and control of influenza. Methods: The data came from the epidemic investigation reports of influenza clusters in Hangzhou from the 27th week of 2018 and the 26th week of 2019. The time distribution, school types, population distribution and etiology of influenza were analyzed. Multivariate logistic regression model was employed to analyze the influencing factors for the attack rate of influenza clusters. Results: During the surveillance season, a total of 231 school influenza clusters involving 4 233 cases were reported. The median of the attack rate was 21.74%. The peak of the clusters was in March 2019, with 89 events and 1 476 cases ( 34.87% ). The clusters occurred mainly in primary schools ( 188 events, 81.39% ) and were mainly caused by Victoria-like strains of influenza B virus ( 84 events, 36.36% ). The multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that infection of teachers increased the risk of high attack rate ( OR=3.133, 95%CI: 1.180-8.320 ), and kindergartens had higher risk of high attack rate than primary schools ( OR=4.123, 95%CI: 1.579-10.763 ). Conclusions The influenza clusters in Hangzhou from 2018 to 2019 is mainly caused by Victoria-like strains of influenza B virus. Kindergartens and teachers are the key points for the prevention and control of influenza clusters.

Objective To analyse the high-dose dexamethasone suppression test(HDDST)-related differences in the clinical and biochemical features of the patients with Cushing's disease Methods Cases were drawn from 60 consecutive patients with Cushing's disease,who were then divided into two groups according to the response to the HDDST.The clinical and biochemical features between two groups were compared.Results(1) Of the 60 patients with Cushing's disease,23.3%(14/60)of patients(group A)did not yield results of suppression with the HDDST,and the others(group B)did.No difference was found in the age[(33.8?10.4 vs 36.2?11.2)years]and duration of illness[(2.1?1.6 vs 3.9?3.1)years]between two groups.(2)In clinical features,the patients in group A were more likely to have edema of lower limbs(64.3% vs 32.6%),hypokalemia (71.4% vs 28.3%),secondary diabetes(57.1% vs 26.1%)and purple striae(85.7% vs 54.3%,all P

OBJECTIVETo summarize the chest CT features and outcome of necrotizing pneumonia (NP) caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children and to review the changes of common inflammatory parameters in NP patients to help clinicians understand the proper timing of CT scan.

METHODThe imaging data from 30 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in NP group and 24 cases with non-necrotizing Mycoplasma penumoniae pneumonia (control group) were analyzed retrospectively. The changes of common inflammatory parameters in NP group and control group were compared.

RESULT(1) The chest CT findings of NP (30 cases): 28 cases showed unilateral pneumonia, and 20 cases showed single lobar consolidation, 10 cases had multiple lobes involvement; pulmonary cavities were seen in 27 cases. There were decreased enhancement areas in the consolidation (22 cases). (2) The dynamic changes of CT signs during follow-up: The CT scan performed during the 1 - 2 months after onset of disease (23 cases) showed that pulmonary consolidation in 2 cases (9%) were absorbed, 18 cases (78%)had cavities in lung, 16 cases (70%) had pleural thickening, 2 cases (9%) atelectasis and 1 case (4%) bronchopleural fistula;the CT scan performed during the 2 - 3 months after onset of disease (11 cases) showed pulmonary consolidation in 7 cases (64%) were absorbed, 10 cases (91%) pleural thickness, 7 cases (64%) with cavities in lung, 5 cases (45%) atelectasis, 2 cases (18%) pulmonary lobe cysts and 1 case bronchopleural fistula. The CT scan performed at 3.5 years of disease course (10 cases) showed that there were no pulmonary consolidation in any of the cases, 4 cases had atelectasis, 4 cases had pulmonary cysts, and 1 case had band-like scars. (3) There were significant differences between NP group and control group in the maximum peripheral blood WBC, proportion of neutrophil and C-reactive protein(CRP, mg/L) (P < 0.01, 0.01, 0.001, respectively), and there was significant difference between the 2 groups in the duration of fever, abnormal WBC(d) and CRP(d) (P < 0.001).

CONCLUSIONThe chest CT features of NP caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children were single lobular consolidation in most cases, NP had decreased parenchymal enhancement and cavity in the consolidation, and recovery was slow, the outcome included recovery, atelectasis or lobar cystic degeneration. The clinicians should pay more attention to the common inflammatory parameters when they suspect the Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is progressing into necrosis and make correct decision for chest CT examination.

This study investigated the effect of phloretin (Ph) on the proliferation, activation, and cell-cycle distribution of mouse T lymphocytes and NO production and phagocytosis of macrophages. Carboxyfluorescein diacetatesuccinimidyl ester (CFDA-SE) staining plus flow cytometry assay was employed to obtain the proliferation-related index (PI) of lymphocytes. The expression levels of CD69 and CD25 on T lymphocytes stimulated with Con A were evaluated with flow cytometry after staining with fluorescent monoclonal antibody. Cell-cycle distribution of T lymphocytes was analyzed by propidium iodide staining. Griess kit was used to evaluate the NO production and fluorescent microbeads were used to analyze the phagocytosis ability of macrophages. Our results showed that phloretin (40, 60, and 80 micromol x L(-7)) significantly inhibited the proliferation of T lymphocytes and the PI reduced from 1.41 +/- 0.13 to 1.34 +/- 0.16, 1.19 +/- 0.12 and 1.07 +/- 0.06, respectively. Phloretin significantly inhibited the expression of CD69 and CD25 (P < 0.01). The cell cycle distribution analysis showed that phloretin could induce a cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase. NO production of LPS +IFN-gamma group of macrophages was (26.72 +/- 3.57) micromol x L(-1), and was significantly reduced by phloretin (P < 0.01). And phagocytosis rate of macrophages was significantly reduced by phloretin (P < 0.01). The results demonstrate that phloretin might be developed into a new immuosuppressive drug.

OBJECTIVETo assess the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of ulcerative colitis.

METHODSRandomized controlled trials or clinical controlled trials of acupuncture and moxibustion for interfere of ulcerative colitis in recent 10 years were reviewed and Meta-analysis was made for the literature results.

RESULTSAltogether 11 papers of clinical study were enrolled. Heterogeneous tests were conducted for the results of the 11 studies, as a result, chi2 = 8.55, P = 0.67. The fixed effect model was used for statistical analysis, after combination OR = 3.82, confidence interval of 95% was 2.65-5.52. The rhombus was located at the right side of the medium line. After Z test, Z = 7.14, P < 0.01, the therapeutic effect and the cured rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group.

CONCLUSIONThe therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on ulcerative colitis is superior to that of western medicine with safety and less adverse reactions.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the regulation of{O2 (2,4-dinitrophenyl)1-[(4-ethoxycarbonyl) piperazin-1-yl] diazen-1-ium-1, 2-diolate} (JS-K), a nitric oxide donor, on tumor energy metabolism in H22 tumor-bearing mice. METHODS The hepatoma animal model in BALB/c mice was established with H22 cell line. The inoculated mice were randomly divided into four groups. The JS-K group and model group received JS-K (0.75 and 1.50 mg?kg-1) and saline via tail the vein intravenously once every 3 d for 14 d, and 5 injections, respectively. The fluorouracil (5-FU) group received 5-FU 20 mg·kg-1 by intra-peritoneal injection once a day for 14 d. On the 15th day after the first administration, mice were sacri-ficed and the tumor, thymus and spleen were isolated and weighed immediately. The tumor growth inhibitory rate and organ index were calculated. The activities of hexokinase (HK), phosphofructokinase (PFK), pyruvate kinase (PK), succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), adenosinetriphosphatase (ATPase), and the levels of lactic acid (LD) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in tumor tissues were determined by colorimetric method. The expression of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF-1α) and hexokinaseⅡ(HKⅡ) in the tumor tissue was analyzed by Western blotting. RESULTS Compared with model group, the tumor mass of JS-K 0.75 and 1.50 mg · kg-1 groups was significantly reduced (P<0.01), and the tumor growth inhibitory rate was 23.9%and 50.3%, respectively. There was no diffrence in thymic and splenic indexes between JS-K group and model group. The activity of HK, PFK, SDH, PK and ATPase of tumor tissue in model group was 22.6±3.7, 14.4±2.6, (10.5±2.6) U·g-1protein, (12.9±3.2) kU·g-1 protein and (0.70 ± 0.10) mmolPi · g-1protein · h-1, respectively, which dropped by 42.0%, 26.6%, 22.7%, 23.3%and 21.7%respectively (P<0.01, P<0.05) in JS-K 1.50 mg?kg-1 group. Compared with the model group, the level of ATP of tumor tissue in JS-K 1.50 mg?kg-1 groups dropped by 16.6%(P<0.01) and the level of LD in JS-K 0.75 and 1.50 mg?kg-1 groups dropped by 38.7%and 59.4%(P<0.01), respectively. In addi-tion, the expression of HIF-1αof tumor tissue in JS-K 1.50 mg?kg-1 group was decreased (P<0.01), and the expression of HKⅡ of tumor tissue in JS-K 0.75 and 1.50 mg?kg-1 groups was decreased signifi-cantly (P<0.05, P<0.01). CONCLUSION JS-K can inhibit the growth of tumor in H22 tumor-bearing mice and its mechanism may be related to regulating the tumor energy metabolism by inhibiting glycolysis and aerobic oxidation.

Purpose To explore the change of right ventricular systolic function in hypertensive patients with or without left ventricular hypertrophy at different stages using four-dimensional right ventricular quantitative analysis (4D-RV-Volume). Materials and Methods Ninety-six cases of clinically diagnosed hypertension were divided into left ventricular mass index (LVMI) normal group (49 cases) and LVMI increased group (47 cases) according to LVMI, and 53 cases were chosen from healthy control group for echocardiography to check parameters of right ventricular systolic function such as right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF), end-diastolic volume (RVEDV), end-systolic volume (RVESV), longitudinal strain rate of free wall (RVFLS), longitudinal strain rate of ventricular septum (RVSLS), fractional area change (RVFAC), tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (TAPSE), and the difference among groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, RVEF, RVFLS, and RFAFC in all hypertension groups decreased, the difference of which was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with LVMI normal group, RVEF, RVFLS, TAPSE and RFAFC in LVMI increased group further decreased, the difference of which was statistically significance (P<0.05); RVEF was positively correlated with RFAFC (r=0.721, P<0.01); when RVEF was 46.5% (AUC=0.859, P<0.001), the diagnostic value was the highest with a sensitivity of 68.0%, and specificity of 85.7%. Conclusion Right ventricular systolic dysfunction exists in different periods of hypertension, and 4D-RV-Volume provides a new approach for early evaluation of right ventricular dysfunction in hypertensive patients.

Objective To evaluate the influence and significance of preoperative design of surgical approach on stem cell transplantation via stereotactic surgery. Methods Six patients with stroke in the basal ganglia region were selected. The transplantation target and transcranial approach point were designed by magnetic resonance examination before stem cell transplantation via stereotacfic surgery to guarantee that the line connecting the transplantation target and transcranial approach point could avoid the important functional areas, the ventricular system and the softening focus. Postoperative magnetic resonance examination was performed to observe whether the practical target and surgical approach coincided with the preoperative design or not. Results The practical transplantation target was coincided with the designed transplantation target, distributed around the softening focus without implanted cells in the softening focus. Surgical approach was coincided with the preoperative design and it successfully avoided the important brain functional area, ventricular system and softening focus.Conelnsion The preoperative design of surgical approach can not only ensure the cells being exactly transplanted into the reservation target and guarantee the curative effect, but also promise the surgical approach successfully avoiding the important brain functional area, ventricular system and softening focus and reduce the operative injury.
