Sixty - eight cancer patients were treated with tumor infiltrating lymphocytes transferred by local injection (local group) , in vein injecition (vein group) and in vein + local injection (vein + local group) respectively. We have analysed the anticancer efficacy and one year survival rate of patients with different transfer ways. It showed that the anticancer efficacy of the local group (85. 7%) was higher than that of vein group (48. 6%), but the one year survival rate of local group (66%) was lower than that of the vein group (80%). Comparative studies on circulating lymphocytes of cancer patients demonstrated that the increase of CD3+, CD8+, CD4+ T lymphocytes of vein group were higer than that of local group, but not different from that of vein + local group. These results suggest the possibility that in vein transfer of TILs could induce immuno -activation of cellular immunity to enhance the one year survial rate.
2.Effect of Zuogui Pill on the Uterus and Vagina of Ovariectomized Female Rats
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(06):-
0.05).The number of vaginal folds and vessle of vaginal natural layers in the Zuogui Pill large dosage group were more than those in the model group(P0.05).Conclusion Zuogui Pill, the compound herbal formula for reinforcing the function of kidney,is not influential on the uterus of ovariectomized female rats.It can delay the vaginal deadness through increasing the local blood supply of ovariectomized rats.

CD19-targeted chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy is effective in refractory/relapsed (R/R) B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL).This review focuses on achievements, current obstacles, and future directions in CAR-T research.A high complete remission rate of 68 % to 93% could be achieved after and-CD19 CAR-T treatment for B-ALL Cytokine release syndrome and CAR-T-related neurotoxicity could be managed. In view of difficulties collecting autologous lymphocytes, universal CAR-T is a direction to explore.Regarding the high relapse rate after anti-CD19 CAR-T therapy, the main solutions have been developing new targets including CD22 CAR-T,or CD19/CD22 dual CAR-T.Additionally,some studies showed that bridging into transplant postCAR-T could improve leukemia-free survival. Some patients who did not respond to CAR-T therapy were found to have an abnormal conformation of the CD 19 exon or trogocytosis.Anti-CD19 CAR-T therapy for R/R B-ALL is effective. From individual to universal CAR-T,from one target to multi-targets,CAR-T-cell has a chance to be off the shelf in the future.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2018;16(6):402-407
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tuina plus foot bath with Chinese medicine for patients with diabetic foot (DF) in early stage. Methods:A total of 70 patients with early-stage DF were randomly allocated by the random number table into two groups, with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional medication, while patients in the observation group received tuina plus foot bath with Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional medication. The clinical efficacy was compared after 2 courses of treatment. Results:After treatment,intra-group comparisons of ankle-brachial index (ABI) showed statistical significance in both groups (both P<0.05).The curative rate was 83.3% in the observation group, with the total effective rate of 96.7%,versus 29.4% and 76.5% in the control group, respectively, and the between-group comparisons showed statistical significance (both P<0.05),indicating a better effect in the observation group. Conclusion:Tuina plus foot bath with Chinese medicine has a good therapeutic effect for DF patients in early stage.

Objective To investigate the application value of virtual touch tissue quantification (VTQ) technique in staging of chronic kidney disease (CKD). Methods VTQ examination was performed on a random sample of 96 CKD patients at different clinical stages and 45 healthy volunteers (control group). Shear wave velocity (SWV) of renal parenchyma was measured and compared. Correlation between SWV and clinical stage and glomeru-lar filtration rate (GFR) of CKD patients was analyzed. Results The SWV value of renal parenchyma decreased gradually, along with the progression of CKD disease and impairment of renal function. There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the control group and the CKD1 group ( P=0.061), the CKD2 group and the CKD3 group (P = 0.238), and the CKD4 group and the CKD5 group (P = 0.624). The difference of SWV between the remaining groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). SWV of renal parenchyma was negatively correlated with CKD stage (r =-0.65, P < 0.001), which means the higher the stage of CKD was associated with the lower the SWV. SWV was positively correlated with GFR (r = 0.73, P < 0.001), which means the lower the GFR was related to the lower the SWV. Conclusion VTQ technique can noninvasively reflect the changes of renal parenchyma elas-ticity and evaluate the impairment of renal function in CKD patients. It can provide a new quantitative evaluation index for the clinical staging of CKD.

Objective To investigate the effect of physical training on plasma N-terminal pro-brain natri- uretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Eighty NYHAⅡ-ⅢCHF patients were randomly divided into a training group(n=42)and a control group(n=38).A 6-minute walk- ing test was performed within 24 hours after the patients were admitted. The 6-minute walking distance and plasma NT-proBNP levels were determined before and after 8 weeks of programmed physical training. The patients of both groups were treated with routine drugs for heart failure.6-minute walk training was only performed in the training group twice a day for 8 weeks. Results Physical training could significantly reduce plasma NT-proBNP levels and improve performance on the 6-minute walking test. Conclusions Physical training could significantly reduce plas- ma NT-proBNP levels and improve the motor function of patients with CHF,and could be helpful in delaying the de- velopment of CHF.

Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(06):-
Health management plays an important role in the control of medical costs and in maintaining people' s health.Since the beginning of health management performance in our country, the major problems were:inadequacy of govement's support;imperfect laws;irregular marketing operation;lack of feasible health management model;controversy over long-term economic benefits;lack of awareness on health in common people and so on.To solve these problems,it is necessary to strengthen government support, and enhance people's health awareness, and explore the health management model consistent with the actual situation in China.
