2.The influential factors of depressive symptom among children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus

ObjectiveTo describe the status of depressive symptom among children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM) and explore the related factors.MethodsThis was a multi-plot cross-sectional survey.136 cases in Hunan province were investigated by questionnaires.The questionnaires included General Information Questionnaire,Depression Self-Rating of Children( DSRS),Quality of Life Scale for Children and Adolescents.ResultsThe DSRS score of all subjects was (9.51 ± 5.19),24 cases suffered from depressive symptom (17.6%).The multi-factor non-condition logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR =2.831 ),current education status (OR =9.822 ),parents' current marital status (OR =0.061 ),yearly household income (OR =0.415 ),hospitalization in the past 6 months (OR =8.797 ),peer relationship (OR =0.133 ),parent-child relationship(OR =0.182 ),FBS(OR =0.061 ) and sample source(OR =8.366 ) were factors which independently predicted depressive symptom in children and adolescents with T1DM.ConclusionThe influential factors of depressive symptom among children and adolescents with T1DM include age,current education status,parents' current marital status,yearly household income,hospitalization in the past 6 months,peer relationship and parent-child relationship,FBS and sample source.

4.Determination of notoginsenoside R_1 and ginsenoside Rg_1,Rb_1 in Zidan Huoxue Tablet by HPLC gradient elution

AIM:To determine notoginsenoside R_1 and ginsenoside Rg_1, Rb_1 in Zidan Huoxue Tablet by HPLC linear gradient elution (total saponins of Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng). METHODS: Using HPLC method with Hypersil ODS2 C_ 18 column. A mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water 0-20 min (20∶80), 20-21 min(40-20∶60-80), 21-30 min(20∶80) gradient elution. The column temperature was at room temperature. The detection wavelength was at 203 nm. RESULTS: The linear ranges of R1, Rg1, Rb1 were 0.52-2.6 ?g (r= 0.999 9 ), 2.106 -10.53 ?g (r= 0.999 6 ) and 2.946-14.73 ?g (r= 0.999 6 ), respectively. The average recoveryies were 99.3% (RSD=1.1%), 100.0%(RSD=0.5%) and 99.7%(RSD=0.9%), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is selective and reproducible for determination of notoginsenoside R_1 and ginsenoside Rg_1, Rb_1 in Zidan Huoxue Tablet.
5.Expression and biological function identification of TCR?9/?2-Fc protein in baculovirus vector expression system

Objective To establish an expression system of TCR?9/?2-Fc protein by baculovirus vector expression system and identify biological function of expressed TCR?9/?2-Fc protein.Methods ?9Fc and ?2(OT3)Fc gene fragments were amplified by overlap PCR and inserted into expression vector pBACp10ph.The recombinant plasmid pBACp10ph-?9/?2(OT3)-Fc and the baculovirus DNA were co-transfected into sf9 cells.The expression position of TCR?9/?2(OT3)-Fc was identified by Western blot and the expression efficiency of ?9Fc and ?2(OT3)Fc was tested by flow cytometry(FCM).Furthermore,the binding activity of TCR?9/?2(OT3)-Fc protein with SKOV3 cells and MNS protein was evaluated with laser scanning confocal microslopy and surface plasmon resonance(SPR).Results The recombinant vector pBACp10ph-?9/?2(OT3)-Fc was constructed and TCR?9/?2(OT3)-Fc protein was expressed in sf9 cells.However,the expression efficiency of ?9Fc and ?2(OT3)Fc was quite different.It was proved that purified TCR?9/?2(OT3)-Fc protein can bind with SKOV3 cell and MNS protein.Conclusion TCR?9/?2-Fc protein is successfully expressed in baculovirus vector expression system and TCR?9/?2-Fc protein can simulate the binding activity of TCR in vitro.
6.Effect of warming yang and benefiting marrow recipe on the expression of collagen type II and proteoglycans in the articular cartilage

BACKGROUND:Col agen type II and proteoglycan loss are two most obvious manifestations of cartilage damage in the onset of osteoarthritis. Changes in col agen type II and proteoglycan as the main components of cartilage matrix directly lead to cartilage degeneration and subsequently result in osteoarthritis. How to reverse or prevent the development of this process becomes the focus of medical research. OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of warming yang and benefiting marrow recipe on the expression of col agen type II and proteoglycan in the articular cartilage of knee osteoarthritis rabbits as wel as to further explore the mechanism underlying chondrocyte protection. METHODS:Ninety-six New Zealand rabbits, aged 9 months old, male and female, were selected to prepare osteoarthritis models in extension position using cast immobilization method, and were randomly divided into four groups:blank group (untreated), model group (simple modeling), Chinese medicine group (intragastric administration of extracts of warming yang and benefiting marrow recipe, 24 mL/kg/d) and western medicine group (intragastric administration of glucosamine hydrochloride, 24 mL/kg/d). Intragastric administration was done once a day for 6 weeks. RT-PCR technology was used to observe the effect of warming yang and benefiting marrow recipe on the expression of col agen type II and proteoglycans in the articular cartilage, and pathological examination was also done. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The cartilage surface was smooth in the blank group and Chinese medicine group, with uniform toluidine blue staining, but in the model group and western medicine group, the cartilage surface was rough and the toluidine blue staining was extremely uneven with obvious loss of surface and middle layer dying. The expressions of cartilage proteoglycan and col agen type II in the model group were significantly lower than those in the blank group (P<0.01) as wel as in the Chinese medicine group and western medicine group (P<0.05). In addition, the expressions of cartilage proteoglycan and col agen type II in the Chinese medicine group were higher than those in the western medicine group (P<0.05). These findings indicate that the recipe of warming yang and benefiting marrow can enhance the expressions of col agen type II and proteoglycan, which can maintain the normal col agen phenotype and protect the articular cartilage.

8.Application and development of non contact angle - wide viewing system in vitreous retinal surgery

Wide- angle viewing system as an important auxiliary device can clearly observe the whole fundus field of vision in vitreous surgery, which enable vitreoretinal surgery more efficient, safer and more effective. So it has very high application value in ophthalmologic operation. In this paper, we studied the development and application of wide - angle viewing system in vitreoretinal surgery in recent years, from which we summed up the advantage of non - contact wide - angle viewing system in clinical field, and pointed out the shortcomings. The ultimate goal is to make the non -contact wide - angle viewing system better applied in vitreous surgery.
9.The development of elderly nursing human resources to cope with endowment crisis with Chinese Characteristics

Elderly Nursing human resources situation plays an important role to cope with Chinese characteristics endowment crisis, but due to the traditional Chinese ethics ideas, not attaching importance to nursing work and the elderly nursing education model, the quantity and quantity of our elderly nursing staff is not optimistic, what is more, the training of reserve forces is inadequate. Based on the specific circumstances of China' s old-age problems, this paper expounds some strategies for the development of the elderly nursing human resources in China, including the reconstruction of modem ethics culture, abandoning prejudice and increasing the government and social support; perfecting the elderly nursing education system and putting emphasis on in-job training; making reasonable use of the existing nursing human resources.
10.Investigation and analysis of stress source of head nurses in primary hospitals

Objective To know the sources of the working stress of head nurses in primary hospitals.Methods A total of 100 head nurses from 14 hospitals were investigated through nurse stressor scale by random cluster sampling.Results The total score of working stress source of the head nurses was 2.60±0.52.The stress sources scores were ranked as job characteristics,organizational structure,family conflict,career,work roles,and interpersonal conflict.Conclusions The levels of stress of head nurses in primary hospitals were at the middle level.Skills and capability of head nurses are necessary to be improved to deal with stress.Meanwhile,administration department and leaders of hospitals need to reduce the stress of head nurses to improve their psychological conditions by improving the working environment,establishing the reasonable incentive measures,and so on.
