The many difficult problems in the course of actual operation are introduced in more than 5 years with governmental centralized procurement of medical equipment. By aiming at specificity of medical equipment that is a relative specialized material and applying existing laws and regulations system, the more scientific and operational solutions are found.

OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to investigate the association of JAK1 polymorphisms with allergic rhinitis in China Han population. METHOD: A total of 450 patients with AR and 615 healthy subjects as control were genotyped for the presence of three single nucleotide polymorphisms using polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PGR-RFLP) analysis of DNA extracted from blood samples. RESULT: All control subjects were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, but high frequencies of JAK1 the homozygous rs310241 CC genotype were observed in AR patients compared to controls (P < 0.05). The results also revealed that there was no association between the rest of two investigated SNPs and AR. CONCLUSION Our results suggested that JAK1 gene rs310241 CC genotype was associated with patients with AR.

OBJECTIVE: To determine whether chronic alcoholism alters the expression levels of Vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) and its receptor (VIPR1) in the cochlea of chronic alcoholism rats. METHOD: We measured their expression levels in 30 SD rats, in which we created models of different degrees of chronic alcoholism. We investigated the presence of the mRNA of VIP in the cochlea of chronic alcoholism rats and controls by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method. We investigated the presence of proteins of VIPR1 in poisoned rats and controls by western blot. We also evaluated the local distribution of VIP cells by immunohistochemistry. RESULT: We found that the levels of VIP and VIPR1 were downregulated in the chronic alcoholism groups compared to the controls group. The differences in some expression levels were significant different between chronic alcoholism rats and control rats. Moreover, at different degrees of alcohol poisoning in rats, the contents of VIP and VIPR1 differed. Decreased levels of VIP and VIPR1 were detected in the deep chronic alcoholism group compared to the group with low-degree poisoning (P < 0.05). In spiral ganglion cell plasm the expression of VIP and VIPR1 had no significant difference in three groups (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION These results suggest that VIP and VIPR1 play an important role in the auditory function in rats with chronic alcoholism. Chronic alcoholism may cause a peptide hormone secretion imbalance in the auditory system, eventually leading to hearing loss.

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the integrity of package insert for 75 kinds of commonly used antiinfective agents for injection in our hospital and to provide reference for rational use of antiinfective agents for injection. METHODS:According to Drug Description Specification and Management Regulation for Drug Description and Label,the terms included in package insert for antiinfective agents for injection were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:The package inserts for 75 kinds of antiinfective agents for injection were enrolled. The proportion of integral items were high while that of some terms related to clinic were low such as dosage and usage,medication for children,over dosage and skin test. The descriptions of PK,pharmacology,toxicdogy, ADR,et al. were very simple and different. CONCLUSION:It is suggested that items about over dosage and medication for special population should be detailed as well as usage so that package insert can guide rational use of drugs in the clinic.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for comprehensive intervention and management of chronic disease in China.METHODS:The global chronic disease trends and disease burden were summarized;theoretical framework,practice and experience of international chronic disease management were summarized and analyzed as well as enlightenment on domestic chronic disease management.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:Worldwide prepresentative chronic disease theory model mainly involved USA chronic disease nursing model and WHO innovation care for chronic conditions.Main experience of international chronic disease management is that managing based on community,confirming preferential intervened disease types,adopting standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment pathway,designing rational transfer treatment system,providing patient self-management support.At pres ent,chronic disease management have been improved in China,but is still poor in community management.It is necessary to strengthen community medical staff training about chronic disease prevention and treatment and health education for social group.

The technical structure of a low-cost thermal imaging system (TIM) lunched on a mobile phone was investigated, which consists of a thermal infrared module and mobile phone and application software. The designing strategies and technical factors toward realizing various TIM array performances are interpreted, including sensor cost and Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference (NETD). In the software algorithm, a mechanism for scene-change detection was implemented to optimize the efficiency of non-uniformity correction (NUC). The performance experiments and analysis indicate that the NETD of the system can be smaller than 150 mK when the integration time is larger than 16 frames. Furthermore, a practical application for human temperature monitoring during physical exercise is proposed and interpreted. The measurement results support the feasibility and facility of the system in the medical application.

A case of congenital nephrotic syndrome (CNS) combined with skull dysplasia was confirmed based on clinical findings, laboratory examination and skull CT scan. Hereditary features, clinical manifestations, treatment and prognosis of CNS were reported in this paper after literatm'e review.

Objective To research the reasonable perfusion flow of cardiopulmonary bypass during aortic arch procedure of patients with acute type A aortic dissection.Methods Forty patients suffered from acute Stanford type A aortic dissection had been divided into two groups randomly.Group A named traditional perfusion flow group,group B named modified perfusion flow group.Monitoring cerebral blood flow and cerebral tissue oxygen during deep hyperthermia circulatory arrest and antegrade aelective cerebral perfusion procedure by transcranial doppler(TCD) and near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS).The concentration of S100 protein and lactic acid was measured at six time point.Results Statistical difference of mean blood flow velocity of MCA had been found between two group 3 min after total flow reperfusion.TOI was more tban 60％ during study in both of groups.S100 protein in group A was significantly higher than group B at T6,T7 and T8.Statistical difference of blood lactic concentration had been found between two groups,(4.88± 1.62) mmol/L in group A,(3.83± 1.48) mmol/L in group B,P ＜ 0.05.Safe consciousness time between two groups was difference,(7.36± 2.86) h in group A and (5.27± 3.11) h in group B,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusion Compared with the traditional perfusion flow,modified perfusion flow can provide sufficient cerebral perfusion and prevent the luxury perfusion.
