1.Interventional treatment of renal artery stenosis:a mid-term evaluation of clinical efficacy
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of interventional management for the treatment of renal artery stenosis. Methods Percutaneous transluminal balloon renal angioplasty and / or percutaneous transluminal renal artery stenting were performed in 47 patients with renal artery stenosis (55 stenosed arteries in total). A follow-up study on the blood pressure and renal function was conducted and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Fifty-four stenosed renal arteries were successfully reopened,of which only percutaneous transluminal balloon angioplasty was adopted in 17 and percutaneous transluminal renal artery stenting in 37. One patient died during the procedure. A follow-up for a mean period of (2.5 ? 0.6) years was carried out. The blood pressure determined at one (n = 46),6 (n = 46),12 (n = 33) and 24 (n = 29) months after the treatment was significantly decreased when compared to that determined before the treatment (P
2.Vascular endothelial cell injury and repair mechanisms
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(50):9997-10000
The vascular endothelial cells (VECs) are not only a mechanical barrier of blood cycle cells and vascular smooth muscle cells, but also largest and most important type of endocrine organs.Because of its mechanical barrier action It is highly susceptible to in vitro and in vivo a variety of physical and chemical factors in the injury; damaged VECsvascular endothelial cells, especially the disordered endocrine function, the inevitable imbalance to a variety of active substances secreted or related active substances, finally result in dysfunction of cardiovascular system. This article reviews many mechanisms underlying VECsvascular endothelial cell injury, investigates VECsvascular endothelial cell repair mechanisms, and study ways to protect and repair the injured VECsvascular endothelial cells, and improve the prognosis of vascular disease.
3.The change of interleukin-5 in peripheral blood from asthma patients during paracmasis and intervention of taurine
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;30(10):942-944
Objective To investigate the change of interleukin-5(IL-5)level and mRNA expression in peripheral blood from asthma patients during paracmasis before and after administration of taurine, and explore its clinical significance. Methods A randomized, placebo control, double blind and prospective study was conduced in 84 patients with mild to moderate asthma During paracmasis. The patients were randomly divided into group A(taurine taken orally for one year from beginning of paracmasis)and group B(placebo taken orally for one year from beginning of paracmasis). The symptom score of asthma, lung function paramcter(FEVI),IL-5 level and mRNA expression in peripheral blood were measured and rccorded before and after treatment. The results were compared with those of healthy control group(group C,n=10).Results There were significant differences in the above indices between group A and group B:symptom score of asthma(12.5 + 4.8 vs 15.2±5.1);lung function parameter[FEV1(L)2.6±0.5 vs 2.2±0.8];IL-5 level(pg/mL)(16.3±4.5 vs 26.9 ±12.7);IL-5 mRNA(0.21 ± 0.09 vs 0.35 ± 0.14).The basic level and mRNA expression of IL-5 were significantly higher in group A and group B than that in group C.The serum level and mRNA expression of IL-5 were positively correlative with symptom score of asthma in group A(r=0.42,P<0.05).Conclusion The exists ovcrexpression of IL-5 in asthma patients during paracmasis and IL-5 level reflects the scverity of pathogenetic condition.Therefore,IL-5 measurement may provide a good reference for clinical therapy of asthma.
4.Antitumor effect and mechanisims of tocotrienol
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(6):411-414
Tocotrienol has showed inhibition effect on a variety of cancer cells. It has different mecha-nisms in different types of cancer cells. Its anticancer effects may be mediated by anti-proliferation,anti-oxida-tion,pro-apoptotic and affecting apoptosis signal pathway. Further study on tocotrienol will provide scientific the-ory for new antitumor drugs and cancer primary prevention.
5.Study on the psychological state and its influencing factors of high-risk pregnancy mothers after being separated from their newborns
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(8):17-20
Objective To investigate the psychological state of high-risk pregnancy mothers af-ter being separated from their newborns and discuss the influencing factors of psychological state. Methods Nonexperimental descriptive study was used in this study. The investigation adopted state-trait anxiety inventory (STA-Ⅰ) and Edinburgh postnatal depression scale (EPDS). Results The moth-ers' anxiety score was significantly higher than normal women in China, and postnatal depression inci- dence rate was 57.9%. Mothers' psychological state was correlated with gestational age of new-borns, trait anxiety and pregnancy complications. Conclusions The psychological state of high- risk pregnancy mothers after being separated from their newborns should be paid more attention to, and cor-related nursing methods should be taken to improve their mental health.
6.Neonatal cerebral hemodynamics monitoring
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;40(4):406-409
Serious and/or continuous cerebral hemodynamics disorder is the main cause of neonatal brain injury.Monitoring its changes by using simple, accurate and effective techniques has guiding significances in maintaining the stability of neonatal cerebral hemodynamics. This paper aims to introduce several cerebral hemodynamic monitoring techniques, including color Doppler ultrasound, near infrared spectroscopy, noninvasive magnetic resonance imaging, and provide references to the clinical application in neonatal field.
8.Post-thoracotomy Pain Management(review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(11):978-980
What characterized post-thoracotomy pain is that companied by marked decrease in pulmonary function, which negatively affect rehabilitation of the patients. In this paper, the author reviewed the effects of clinically common used therapies on pain relief and pulmonary function in patient after thoracotomy.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(04):-
The effects of intravenous anesthetics on phagocytosis of human neutrophils were observed in vitro. 1?10~6/ml of neutrophils, isolated from heparinized venous blood of healthy human, was mixed at equivalent volume with normal saline (as control), four different concentrations (clinical doses) of droperidoI, midazolam, fentanyl, etomidate or sodium hydroxybutyrate respectively. All mixtures were incubated in each of four 24-pore culture plates. The equivalent volumes of staphylococci 6~9?10~9/ml were added to these mixtures, 10 mins, 30 mins, 2hs or 24hs after incubation individually. The successive incubations lasted 45 mins, and the neutrophil phagoeytosis rate (NPR) was calculated. The results showed that NPR was correlated negatively with the concentration of each anesthetic mentioned above. but was related to its acting-duration. It is demonstrated that these intravenous anesthetics may reduce the phagoeytosis of neutrophils in a dose-related way, therefore we suggest that antibiotics or antineoplastics should be used in combination with these anesthetics during operation.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2017;19(5):792-794
Lung adenocarcinoma accounted for about 70% of non-small cell lung cancer, and now a higher risk of detected.Early diagnosis and early treatment can significantly improve lung adenocarcinoma patients after operation and improve the survival rate of patients.Bronchoscope clinical diagnosis of lung cancer and chest wall puncture in pathology has problem in that it is an operation and specimen is not easy to get, compared to tumor markers that are easy to obtain.A series of studies in recent years have shown that the joint detection of tumor markers has important value in early detection and diagnosis, prognosis assessment, and tumor recurrence of lung adenocarcinoma.
