1.Therapeutic Progression of Recurrent Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2009;30(7):37-40
The status and progression of therapy for recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma are expounded, including radio-therapy, surgery, chemotherapy and targeted therapy, etc. Radiotherapy is the most important mode that three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy and intensity modulation radiation therapy are strongly recommended in order to reduce the impairment of normal tissue. Surgical therapy is reasonable for the early stage patients who relapse less than a year from the initial treatment with surgical indication. Conventional radiotherapy with or without brachytherapy is recommended for those who relapse more than one year without surgical indication. Radiotherapy combining with chemotherapy, targeted therapy and sensitizer is proposed for the patients with local advanced stage by re-staging.
2.Two novel isocoumarins from Erigeron breviscapus.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2013;48(7):1128-30
Two novel isocoumarins, erigeronone C (1) and D (2), were isolated from the ethanol extract of the whole plant of Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand.-Mazz (Compositae). Their structures were respectively elucidated as 8, 9-dihydroxypyrano [3, 2-c] isochromen-4, 6-dione (1) and 4, 7-dihydroxy-3-(3-hydroxy-4-oxo-4H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-isochromen-1-one (2) on the basis of spectral analyses. Both structures of 1 and 2 possess a gamma-pyrone moiety and that is rare in natural products.
3.Development and verification of an ELISA for quantitatively detecting Japanese encephalitis virus antigen
Chinese Journal of Clinical Laboratory Science 2006;0(06):-
Objective To develop a double antibody sandwich ELISA for quantitatively detecting Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV) antigen. Methods The anti-JEV polyclonal antibodies were used to coat ELISA plates.Anti-JEV monoclonal antibodies were used as enzyme-labeled conjugate.A standard curve based on known amounts of JEP antigen was established by the ELISA.Various parameters of the assay were analyzed. Results The optimal linear range was 12.5~200 U/ml(r=0.9989).The quantitation limit was 12.5 U/ml.The recovery rate for the accuracy test was 85.0%~103.3%.The coefficients of variation for intra-assay and inter-assay precision were 4.3%and 5.5%respectively.No cross-reaction was observed with HAV vaccine, influenza vaccine,Vero cell Iysates, newborn bovine serum,or human albumin. Conclusions The data indicate that the ELISA developed in this study has high specificity, precision, accuracy, and stability. The assay should be suitable for quantitative determination of JEV antigen in various vaccine products.
4.EXPRESSION OF E-CADHERIN/CATENIN COMPLEX ON HUMAN NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CARCINOMA CELL LINES
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the involvement of the E-cadherin-catenin adhesion system in the progression of human non-small cell lung carcinoma cell lines. Methods Expression of E-cadherin, alpha-catenin, and beta-catenin in seven human lung carcinoma cell lines were studied with immunocytochemistry and RT-PCR. Results Abnormal expression of at least one component of the E-cadherin/catenin complex was seen in each non-small cell lung carcinoma cell line. Conclusion The abnormal expression of E-cadherin, alpha-catenin, and beta-catenin was closely related with the occurrence of lung carcinomas.

This paper explored the educational reform of dispensing Chinese drugherbs. The education reform included implementing the project of teaching methods, implementing modern experimental methods, cultivating comprehensive quality of students, training students' creative thinking, and stimulating the initiative of students. All these strategies could improve the quality of teaching and make students' comprehensive abilities meet the demand.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(33):64-66
Objective To research in correlations between occupational pressure, social support and subjective well-being,in order to explore effective ways to reduce the occupational pressure. Methods Nurses from a certain grade 2A hospital in Wuhan were selected as research objects.Questionnaires were used to investigate the correlations between occupational pressure, social support and subjective well-being.Results Nurses endured a high level burden. The subjective well-being of nurses was negatively correlated with occupational pressure, the higher the occupational pressure, the lower the subjective well-being.The subjective well-being of nurses was positively correlated with social support. The occupational pressure and social support could predict the subjective well-being of nurses. Conclusions There exists potential relationships between occupational pressure, social support and subjective well-being of nurses. This results supports evidence for nursing managers to cultivation and management of nurses, which is helpful to establish effective nursing manage-ment measures.

Objective To investigate the relationship between essential hypertension and serum C-reactive protein and plasma lipids. Methods Detecting fasting serum CRP and plasma lipid in each group of hypertensive patients to investigate the relationship between hypertension and fasting serum CRP and plasma lipids. Results CRP,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C level of A,B and C group had significant differences with that of D group(t =4.03, 4.23, 4.61, 3.12, 3.41, 2.76,2.98,2.56,2.64,2.57,3.05,3.68,2.54,3.16,4.28,all P<0.05).CRP,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C levels between A,B and C group had significant differences(F = 4.68,4.05,3.29,3.59,4.11,all P<0.05).There was significant correlation between serum CRP level and TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C level in 186 hypertension patients(r =0.274,0.356,0.327,0.302,all P<0.05).Conclusion CRP,TC,TG and LDL-C levels showed significant linear correlation in patients with hypertension.

Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2009;17(4):354-357
Objective To investigate plasma pharmacokinetics profiles of compound betameth in guinea pig after postaurieal and systemic administrations, and to explore the possible pathway for postaurical injection. Methods 1 ml compound-betameth was injected postaurieally and intramuscularly into the guinea pig. Blood were samples obtained 0. 5,1,1.5,2,3,5,7 h and 1,2,4 w after the administration of contralateral sigmoid sinus blood and circulatory blood respectively. High performance liquid chromatography was used to dectet compound betameth in the samlowing postaurieal administration. The Cmax(peak concentration) in sigmoid sinus of postaurieal group was 2.56 and 3.03 higher than those in the contralateral and the systemic group. The AUC((area under the ct curve) was 2.41 postaurieal administration. The Cmax and AUC in postaurieal group were 0. 13 and 0. 32 higher than systemic group. Conclusion The postaurieal injection reached a higher concentration of drugs in the sigmoid sinus blood, and remained a lower concentration in circulatory blood.
