1.Relationship between nurses′personality, family function and psychological resilience
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(21):1654-1658
Objective To investigate the status of personality, family function and psychological resilience towards employed nurses, and to explore the relationship among personality, family function and psychological resilience. Methods Four instruments were applied to investigate 240 employed nurses from comprehensive Grade 3A hospital of Fujian Province, which were the Characteristics Questionnaire, Family Intimacy Scale (FACEⅡ-CV), Self-resilience Scale and Personality Traits Questionnaire. Results The correlation analysis showed that nurses′ personality traits, family functions and psychological resilience were closely related. The multiple regression and analysis showed that 40%of the variance for employed nurses′psychological resilience could be explained through considering personality dimensions, family cohesion and adaptability. Conclusions Personality, family functions and psychological resilience towards employed nurses are closely related as both internal and external protective factors.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2003;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the protective effect of exercise on osteopenia female rats caused by ovariectomy and its mechanism. Methods Twenty-four female rats aged 6 months were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group(CON),ovariectomized model group(OVX) and exercise group(Ex).The ovariectomy operation was performed with rats in OVX and Ex groups. Rats in Ex group were trained on a treadmill at a velocity of 18m/min for 1h, once daily for 5 days a week. Each group of rats were sacrificed at 12 weeks postoperatively and Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry was carried out to measure the bone mineral density(BMD) of the femur. IGF-1 proteins in trabecular bone of proximal femur were examined by using immunochemical stain and the intensity of IGF-1 was determined by use of imaging analysis techniques. The apoptotic osteocytes in the trabecular bone of proximal femur were detected by using terminal-deoxynucleotidyl mediated nick end labeling (TUNEL) technique. Results The BMD of CON, Ex and OVX group was (0.170?0.011)g/cm2,(0.154?0.013)g/cm2 and(0.167?0.013)g/cm2, respectively. The difference of the BMD level between Ex and CON groups was not significant, however, the BMD level in OVX group was significantly lower than that of the Ex and CON groups (P

Herald of Medicine 2014;(6):733-735
Objective To evaluate the optimal dosage of misoprostol administered in the rectum for dilation of the cervix. Methods Two hundred and forty women at 40-60 day gestational age without vaginal delivery history were randomly divided into three groups, with 80 cases in each group. Patients received 200,400 or 600μg of misoprostol rectally one hour before electrical vacuum abortions in group A,B and C,respectively. Cervical dilation, blood loss, and drug side effects in the three groups were compared. Venous blood samples were taken before vein anesthesia, and misoprostol acid concentration in the serum was tested by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results The analgesic rate was 100. 00%in all three dose groups, and cervical dilation rate was 23. 75%,46. 25%and 70. 00%in groups A,B and C,respectively. The severity of drug side effects such as vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain is dose-dependent. Blood concentration of misoprostal acid was(117±65),(206± 98),and(303±149)pg·mL-1 ,in groups A,B and C,respectively. Conclusion The recommended dose of misoprostol is 400 μg administered in rectum. Rectal administration of misoprostol is cheap, safe, and convenient, and therefore could be widely applied.

Objective To investigate the psychological health states of practical nurse and to effectively conduct clinical psychological guidance. Methods 368 practical nurse were determined by SCL-90 and compared with normal control. Results There were significant differences between practical nurse and normal control, such as compulsion, sensitive interpersonal, depression, anxiety, terror crankiness(P<0.05~P<0.01),and no remarkable difference in other factors(P>0.05).Conclusion Nurse's gross mental health level were worse than normal control, especially in compulsion, sensitive interpersonal, depression, anxiety, terror crankiness. So, mental health education should be enhanced for them.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(23):-
Objective To make hiatal hernia(HH) children grow and develop well by making correct early diagnosis and reducing misdiagnosis. Methods Reviewing clinical data of 12 patients with HH,including clinical character,X-ray diagnosis, correct examination, treatment and prognosis. Results Of 12 patients,9 cases were left HH,and 3 cases were right HH.All of them had internal expectant treatment;4 of them had operation. All of them had a good prognosis. Conclusions X-ray radiograph is a chief method of diagnosis of hiatal hernia. It is important to choose a specific position properly during radiograph examination.

AIM: To examine the inhibition of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) activity by doxycycline (Doxy) and its effect on vascular smooth muscle cells (SMCs) proliferation, neointimal hyperplasia and vascular remodeling. METHODS: The model of rat common carotid artery injury was established by balloon-dilatation. Doxy was administered to the animals of treatment group at dose of 30 mg?kg -1?d -1. The activity of MMPs in the tissue of injured carotid arteries was measured by gelatin zymography. The thickness and area of neointimal, lumen area and the proliferation of SMCs were measured by histological and morphometric analysis. RESULTS: 1. After Doxy treatment, the activity of MMP-9 in the carotid arteries was reduced by 26.3% and 34.5% compared to that in rats without Doxy treatment at 24 hours and 3 days after balloon injury, respectively (P
