Objective To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance protein 1 (MDR1) and brain and acute leukemia cytoplasm (BAALC) genes and its relationship with prognosis in patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML).Methods A total of 100 adults with newly diagnosed AML were enrolled in the study.All patients were treated with anthracyclines induced chemotherapy combined with cytarabine.The expression levels of MDR1 and BAALC genes were detected,and the relationships with the clinical characteristics of patients with AML,genetic type,therapeutic effect and prognosis were analyzed.Results There was no significant differences in white blood cells,hemoglobin and platelet between patients with high and low expression of MDR1 gene and BAALC gene (P>0.05).There were significant differences in the expression level of MDR1 gene between patients with different chromosome risk stratification (P<0.05) but there was no significant difference in the expression level of BAALC gene (P>0.05).After chemotherapy intervention,CR of patients with high expression of MDR1 gene was significantly lower than patients with low expression of MDR1 gene (60.78% vs.87.76%)(P<0.05),CR of patients with high expression of BAALC gene was slightly lower than patients with low expression of MDR1 gene (67.31% vs 81.25%)(P>0.05).Comparison of median overall survival (OS) and overall survival (OS) in patients with high and low expression of MDR1 gene.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Comparison of median overall survival (OS) and overall survival (OS) in patients with high and low expression of BAALC gene.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the expression of BAALC gene,the value of expression of MDR1 gene is higher in evaluating the curative effect in patients with newly diagnosed AML.Combined detection of MDR1 and BAALC genes can improve the accuracy in predicting the prognosis of patients.

Objective To measure the expressions of TXNIP,STAMP2 and GATA3 in diabetes patients with breast cancer and to determine the changes of oxidative stress indexes before and after surgery.Methods The expression levels of TXNIP,STAMP2 and GATA3 mRNA in cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were measured in 45 diabetes patients with breast cancer.The levels of serum oxidative stress indexes including MDA,MPO,SOD and TAC were detected and compared before and after surgery.Results The expressions of TXNIP,STAMP2 and GATA3 mRNA and their protein levels in cancer tissues were lower than those in adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of the three indexes were 60%,66.7% and 73.3%,higher than that of TXNIP protein with 2.2% in the adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05).The TXNIP,STAMP2 and GATA3 protein positive rate of breast cancer tissue were related to differentiation,lymph node metastasis and clinical grades (P<0.05).Serum MDA and MPO levels increased first and then decreased.SOD and TAC showed a trend of decrease first and then increase.The turning point is 6 d after surgery.Conclusion TXNIP,STAMP2,GATA3 and serum oxidative stress indicators may be the indicators for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in diabetes patients.

Objective To investigate the expression of cannabinoid receptor type 2 (CNR2) in skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris,and to explore its significance.Methods Tissue samples were obtained from lesions and perilesional skin of 20 patients with psoriasis vulgaris,and normal skin of 10 human controls without psoriasis or other autoimmune dermatoses.Real-time fluorescence-based quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry were performed to determine the mRNA and protein expression levels of CNR2 in these samples.Statistical analysis was carried out by using two-sample t test and chi-square test.Results CNR2 mRNA and protein were expressed in the normal control skin,lesional skin and perilesional skin tissues.As immunohistochemistry showed,CNR2 was distributed diffusedly in the prickle cell layer in lesional skin,but expressed in the basal cell layer of the epidermis in normal control skin and perilesional skin.The mRNA expression level (2-△△α) of CNR2 was significantly higher in lesional skin than in normal control skin and perilesional skin tissues (3.97 vs.1.00 and 1.49,both P ＜ 0.05),but similar between normal control skin and perilesional skin tissues (P ＞ 0.05).The expression rate of CNR2 protein was significantly higher in lesional skin (90％ (18/20) than in perilesional skin (15％ (3/20),x2 =22.56,P ＜ 0.01) and normal control skin tissues (10％ (2/20),c2 =18.37,P＜ 0.01),while there was no significant difference between normal control skin and perilesional skin tissues (x2 =0.14,P =0.70).Conclusions The mRNA and protein expressions of CNR2 are both increased in skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris,suggesting that CNR2 may be related to the occurrence and development of psoriasis vulgaris.

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, treatment and prognosis of sepsis caused by Streptococcus agalactiae combined with purulent meningitis in neonates. Methods Clinical data of 12 neonates with purulent meningitis caused by Streptococcus agalactiae were analyzed retrospectively from January 2012 to May 2015. Results In 12 full term neonates (6 males and 6 females) , there were 4 early onset cases and 8 late onset cases;7 cases of vaginal delivery and 5 cases of cesarean section. All of the mothers had no history of infections, and also no routine screening for group B streptococcus. The serum levels of procalcitonin were elevated in all neonates. Brain magnetic resonance imaging results indicated abnormal meningeal enhancement, subdural effusion in 5 cases and brain parenchyma involvement in 3 cases. One case was treated with penicillin only. One case was treated with meropenem ifrst and then penicillin only with good efifcacy. Most of the neonates need drug combination therapy. During 20?~?29 months of following-up, one case had language development delays, 2 cases had motor retardation, and the other 9 cases had a normal development. Conclusions The neonates with sepsis caused by Streptococcus agalactiae combined with purulent meningitis are critically ill. It is imperative to apply sensitive antibiotics in time or drug combination therapy when necessary. It is proposed to improve the prenatal screening.

Objective Selected three different birth years of cases in Beijing Sijiqing Hospital,to analyze the rate of vaginal delivery and the change of vaginal delivery rate in different factors with the changing time,put forward in a new era measures to increase the rate of vaginal delivery.Methods Chose three different time(1997.10.1 -2000.9.10),(2004.10.1 -2007.9.30) and (2011.10.1 -2014.9.30) in Beijing Sijiqing Hospital obstetric patients hospitalized term delivery into groups A,B and C.The three groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed to study the change of the vaginal delivery rate.Results In different age,different factors in the vaginal births,with the development of the society,the change of national policy,the hospital vaginal births to fall after A rise trend,group A and group B,group C vaginal births were 83.45%,54.27% and 83.45% respectively,but still vaginal births in group C was lower than that of group A.There was significant difference in the rate of vaginal delivery among the three groups(χ2 =6.448,P <0.05).Conclusion As protect the majority of maternal health,increase the vaginal delivery rate by strengthening health education to improve midwifery skills,improve environmental conditions and other delivery methods.

Objective To study the effect and safety of controlled-release dinoprostone on the induced labor of late pregnancy . Methods 60 cases of late pregnancy puerpera were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2015, and divided into the control group and the experimental group with reference to the stochastic indicator method, 30 cases in each group. The control group were given induced labor by oxytocin, and the experimental group were given induced labor by controlled-release dinoprostone, Changes of Bishop score, effects of promoting cervical mature, induced labor situation, and adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results After medication, the cervical Bishop score of the group (8.35±0.93) points were significantly higher than (6.64±0.72) of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate 96.67％(29/30) of promoting cervical mature in the experimental group was significantly higher than 80.00％ (24/30) of the control group (P<0.05). Medicine to clinical time (14.89±1.57)h and total labor time (6.94±1.52) h of the experimental group were significantly better than (21.48±2.35) h and (9.30±1.31) h of the control group (P<0.05). The rate of delivery by vagina of the experimental group 83.33％ (25/30) was significantly higher than 60.00％ (18/30) of the control group (P<0.05). There was no different on adverse reaction rate between two groups. Conclusion There was good effects of Controlled-release dinoprostone on the induced labor of later pregnancy, with high rate of delivery by vagina and better safety.

Objective To evaluate the sterilizing efficiency ofabscrbable poly-L-lactide (PLLA) screws sterilized with ethylene oxide and 60Co-γ radial. Methods One group of PLLA screws was sterilized in the ethylene oxide sterilization ease. In order to eliminate the rudimental ethylene oxide, the sterilized screws was put in the air for five days. The other group of PLLA screws was sterilized with 60Co-γ radial with absorbable dose of 15 kGy. Then all sterilized screws were characterized. Results Compared with the primal bend intensity of the PLLA screws, the bend intensity of sterilized screws did not descend remarkably (P＞0.05). Compared with the primal molecular weight of the PLLA screws, the molecular weight of screws with 60Co-γ radiation sterilization re-markably decreased 11%. It indicated that the material had degraded. The molecular weight of screws with ethylene oxide sterilization ordy decreased 3%. It indicated that the material didn't degrade obviously. Conclusion Ethylene oxide sterilization is a better way for sterilizing absorbable PLLA screws.

Objective:Putting digital electrocardiograph detection method into practice, some problems could be find out and analyzed. Moreover, the quality safety of digital electrocardiograph can be guaranteed.Methods: According to the relevant national standards and regulations, EGC-1 c type verification instrument and CMRR tester can be used to detect the electrocardiograph. By checking the appearance of the electrocardiograph machine, testing various performance parameters to judge the accuracy of the electrocardiograph machine.Results: Through regular detection, not only can eliminate potential risk of digital electrocardiograph but also can make sure quality safety of clinical use.Conclusion: Quality control detection to digital electrocardiograph is an important component of medical safety. Detection on time and maintenance in time can ensure that the measurement size of monitors is correct and credible and these monitors serve the patients better.

This study was to investigate the role of urethral catheter balloon dilatation(F16)in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion after hysteroscopic surgery.A total of 523 patients with severe intrauterine adhesion(IUA)following hysteroscopic surgery underwent urethral catheter balloon dilatation during April 2000 and December 2005.During 3～15 months'follow-up,normal menses were seen in 340 patients (65.0％),nearly normal menses in 165 patients(31.5％),and menoschesis in 18 patients(3.4％).302 patients showed normal uterine cavity with no recurrent endometrial adhesion,203 patients(38.8％)were found slight IUA,and only 18 patients(3.4％)still presented with severe adhesion.No operative complication was reposed.and the pregnant rate was 47.6％.In summary.urethral catheter balloon dilatation.based therapeutic strategies is safe.effective and beneficial.

Aim To investigate the effects of isoliquiritigenin(ISL) on cognition dysfunction and brain energy metabolism following repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in mice.Methods Mouse models of learning and memory deficits were made by repeated occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries and reperfusion. Step-down test and Y-maze task were used to examine the learning and memory abilities of mice. The brain energy state was analyzed by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatogra phy. Results ISL 10, 20 and 40 mg?kg -1 ig reduced the n umber of errors and extended the latency of memory in step-down test, decreased the number of cumulated stimulation and increased the number of right choices i n Y-maze task. ISL(10, 20, 40 mg?kg -1) increased the levels of ATP, ener gy charge (EC) and total adenine nucleotides(TAN) in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion The results suggest that ISL improves cognition dysfun ction induced by repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in mice, which may be r elated to the improvement of brain energy metabolism.
