Objective:To establish and validate a new model of health belief model(HBM) combined with theory of planned behavior(TPB).Methods:Path analysis was applied to set up a new model predicting iron-fortified soy sauce consumption behavior using baseline survey data among women in rural and urban areas in Beijing, and the model was validated in follow-up survey. Results:It was proved that health values had powerful direct effect on behavior identity and had relatively strong direct effect on attitudes towards behavior;behavior identity had strong effect on behavior barriers, mostly in a direct way,and on behavior intention in a direct or indirect way;control belief was an important external factor influencing behavior intention;behavior intention was the most direct and most important one of factors influencing actual behavior;and convenience to buy was an important external factor influencing actual beha-vior.Conclusion:The integrated model of TPB and HBM explains behavior better and may be attempted in other similar researches.

The mechanism of long chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is diverse. LncRNA can regulate the expression of genes at multiple levels and is closely related to some pathological process, such as tumor formation, viral replication, inflammatory damage, etc. The abnormal expression of lncRNA is involved in the patho-physiological changes of the disease, and plays a key role in many links, such as the stability of mRNA, the regulation of translation level, protein transport, RNA processing and modification, and so on. The development of sepsis inflammatory injury is a complex process involving multiple genes and pathways, in which the abnormal structure and expression of many encoding genes or non-coding genes exist. This paper review the research progress on lncRNA in the regulation of chondriokinesis, pro-inflammatory cytokines, calcium ion transport, nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) in signal pathway and other inflammatory lesions, which may provide a new method for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of docetaxel combined with capecitabine in the treatment of patients with locally advanced breast cancer and its effect on immune function. Methods 160 patients with locally advanced breast cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with capecitabine. The patients in the observation group were treated with docetaxel combined with capecitabine. The clinical effective rate, median time to progress, median survival time, one year survival rate and immunoglobulin protein expression levels were observed. Results The clinical effective rate and stable rate in the observation group were 88.75% and 95.00%, which were significantly higher than 68.75% and 87.50% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (x2=5.89,4.17,all P<0.05).After treatment, the median time to progression, median survival time and one year survival rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (t=3.43,5.09,6.23,all P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the IgG,IgM and IgA levels in the observation group significantly decreased(t=2.34,3.16,3.27,all P<0.05), while those of the control group were not significantly changed (t=0.79,0.22,0.27,all P>0.05).Conclusion Docetaxel combined with capecitabine in the treatment of patients with locally advanced breast cancer can improve the clinical efficacy and stability, prolong the survival time of patients.Compared with using single agent chemotherapy, combined use has no significant effect on human immune function, the effect is better than the use of capecitabine alone, which is worthy of promotion in clinical use.

Objective To investigate the relation of the associated biomarkers and the early clinicaloutcomes in acute cerebral infarction. Methods Three hundred and seventeen patients with cerebral infarctionwere enrolled after the first onset. Coagulation function, liver, kidney function, blood cholesterol, andelectrolytical were tested within 24 hours of onset. Chinese Stroke Scale (CSS) and National Institutes of HealthStroke Scale (NHISS) were scored on admission, and NHISS on the tenth day after admission were scored.Evaluated the severity on admission and early functional recovery on the tenth day after admission with CSS andthe difference of NHISS. According to CSS, patients were divided into three groups: mild, moderate and severegroup. According to scale margin of NHISS between on admission and the tenth day after admission , patients weredivided into three groups: improved group, unchanged group and worsened group. Difference of biomarkers amongdifferent groups were statistical analyzed. Results Serum calcium (SC), TBIL, FIB, HCY, SUA levels amongmild, moderate and severe group were significantly different (P < 0.05). The more severe, the higher TBIL,FIB, HCY, SUA levels and the lower SC level. The SC, FIB, SUA levels were significantly different amongimproved group, unchanged group and worsened group (P < 0.05). SC level were the lowest in worsened group, while FIB, SUA levels were the highest. Conclusions In acute cerebral infarction patients, SC, FIB, SUAlevels are closely related to the severity and early clinical prognosis.

With the population ageing, increasing health needs and demands, changing family structure and the transformation of general hospital service model, home care as an important part of primary care, has been brought more and more attention.Home healthcare would relieve the pressure caused by increasing needs of elderly care and transformation of hospital functions,so it should have greater development in the future. This article reviews the present situation and the future development direction of home healthcare in China.

Objective To analyze the corneal flap thickness in laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) using Moria M2 microkeratome and to identify the related factors. Methods Sixty patients with LASIK were divided into two groups: M2 90 group, using the Moria M2 90 microkeratome,n=30;M2 110 group, using the Moria M2 110 microkeratome,n=30.All were performed on both eyes with the right one treated first.Subtraction pachymetry was used to measure corneal flap thickness which was analyzed statistically with the data including age, preoperative corneal diameter, curvature, corneal thickness and refraction. Results In the 30 patients of M2 90 group, the mean corneal flap thickness of right eye and left eyes were(128.03?12.03)?m(105~156 ?m) and(123.40?12.38) ?m(92~147 ?m),respectively, and the corneal flap thickness were statistically different between the right and left eyes(P

Objective To examine the impact of oncology nurses' compassion satisfaction and compassion fatigue on doctor-patient relationship satisfaction. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted by 388 oncology nurses, the questionnaires include Professional Quality of Life Scale and DoctorPatient Relationship Satisfaction Scale. Results The total scores of compassion satisfaction was 34.22±7.19,the total scores of secondary traumatic was 26.32±6.12,the total scores of job burnout was 25.13±6.08,the total scores of doctor-patient relationship satisfaction was 4.24±0.75.Pearson correlation analysis showed that doctor-patient relationship satisfaction score was positively correlated with oncology nurses' compassion satisfaction (r=0.468,P < 0.05),negatioely correlated with nurses' compassion fatigue factor scores (r=-0.182,-0.531).Regression analysis showed that compassion satisfaction, secondary traumatic, job burnout and night shift frequency were influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship satisfaction, which could explain29.2% of the variance. Conclusions Improvement of the oncology nurses' compassion satisfaction and compassion fatigue can improve the doctor-patient relationship satisfaction and the quality of nursing service, and create a harmonious medical environment.
