Journal of Chinese Physician 2021;23(2):171-177
Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of sentinel lymph node (SLN) detection in the ovarian neoplasms. Methods:A search of the literature describing ovarian SLN was performed using China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), WANFANG DATA, VIP, PubMed, Embase, web of science, Cochrane library from 2000.01.01 to 2020.07.29. The quality evaluation and data extraction of the included literature were conducted, and the development rate, sensitivity and negative predictive value of SLN were calculated. Results:Eight prospective single-arm studies were included, with heterogeneity I2=57.41%>50%, and the P<0.1. A total of 96 patients with ovarian cancer [Stage International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO)Ⅰ-Ⅱ] were included, of whom 93 completed systematic pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy after SLN detection. The most common tracers were technetium-99m radioactive colloid ( 99Tc m), blue dye or indocyanine green (ICG), and the most common injection sites were the infundibulopelvic ligaments and the proper ovarian ligaments. The SLN detection rate was 88.5%(85/96) and the average number was 2-3. SLN was found in the ipsilateral or contralateral regions of the tumor, 40.8%(31/76) was found only in the para-aortic, 14.5%(11/76) was found only in the pelvic, and 44.7%(34/76) was found only in the para-aortic and pelvic region. The sensitivity was 90.9%(10/11) and the negative predictive value was 98.8%(82/83) of lymph node metastasis. Conclusions:SLN detection for ovarian neoplasms is feasible, and whether it can effectively predict lymph node status of ovarian cancer still needs large sample, multi-center, prospective clinical studies to further verify.

To standardize the harvest ways of Dendrobium officinale and improve the quality and yield of D. officinale, a field experiment was carried out to study the effect of two kinds of harvest ways, which were keeping some of the axial shoot and harvesting all of the shoot by the end of the year. Then, the agronomic traits and yield were measured and the contents of polysaccharides and extractum were determined. The results showed that the harvest ways significantly affected the growth of D. officinale. Keeping some of the axial shoot could significantly improved the number of sprout, stem length, internode number and the internodal length, which also triggered increase the weight of fresh stems, leaves and the total of them and dry stems in per unit area, but it could not promote the stem diameter and the polysaccharide content in stems. Keeping some of the axial shoot moderately was conducive to the improvement of the production of medicinal materials in the process of harvesting by promoting the germination and growth of new buds, and to ensure the polysaccharide content by regulating the illumination and the density of cultivation.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2009;25(4):497-500
Objective:To explore the relationship between Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and periodontitis. Methods: 498 subjects were recruited in this study and were divided into three groups: mild periodontitis group (77, 15.5%), moderate periodontitis group (143, 28.7%), and severe periodontitis group (278, 55.8%). Clinical examination indexes included probing depth (PD), attachment loss (AL), sulcus bleeding index (SBI), plaque index (PLI) and the level of the alveolar resorption. Lung function of each subjects were also examined. Results: The levels of AL, PLI and alveolar resorption in COPD group were higher than non-COPD group. Significant differences of "FEV1% pre"(F=3.59,P=0.028) and "FEV1/FVC"(F=4.84,P=0.008) were found among different degrees of periodontitis. Negative relationship was found between the level of "FEV1% pre" and the periodontal index (AL, PLI, alveolar resorption), and the same relationship was found for "FEV1/FVC". Conclusion: Correlation is found between COPD and the periodontitis index (AL, PLI, alveolar resorption).

To develop a LC-MS/MS method for the determination of five kinds of trace ginkgolic acids in diterpene ginkgolides meglumine injection materials, the column was Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse plus C18 (3.0 mm x 50 mm, 1.8 µm), and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (containing 0.2% formic acid) (95:5) at a flow rate of 0.5 mL · min(-1). The multiple reaction ion monitoring (MRM) with an ESI interface in the negative ion mode was selected. The results showed that the linear ranges of five kinds of ginkgolic acids were in the range of 0.2-36.0 µg · L(-1) (r ≥ 0.999 5). The lowest limit of quantification (LOQ) of ginkgo acid C13: 0, C15:1, C17:2, C15:0 and C17:1 were 0.18, 0.18, 0.21, 0.10 and 0.20 µg · L(-1), respectively. The average recovery was between 73.28% and 87.56%, and the average content of total ginkgolic acids in three batches of samples was in the range of 0.023-0.028 µg · g(-1), which was much lower than 2 µg · g(-1) prescribed in drug registration standards. This method is simple and rapid with high sensitivity, which can be used for the determination of five kinds of trace ginkgolic acids in diterpene ginkgolides meglumine injection materials.

In order to clarify the metabolism pathways of scandoside methyl ester, the analysis of metabolites profiling in four kinds of liver microsomes was performed by using an ultra-performance liquid chromatography/ electrospray-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-MS). The data obtained from the 0 h-incubation and the 2 h-incubation were compared and analyzed. After incubation, 5 metabolites of scandoside methyl ester were found in rat, Beagles, rhesus monkey and human liver microsome. The results showed that scandoside methyl ester's major metabolic pathway in the liver microsomes is hydrolysis, oxidation and reduction reactions, and there are certain kinds differences between species. The study provides a research base for further research about iridoid compounds in vivo metabolic pathways.
