The function of cellular membrane receptor has been paid more attention in many dieases.Integrin is one of them.The major function of integrin is maintaining the proper structure of tissues by organization of cell-cell and cell-extracelluar matrix tethering.The initiation and prolongation of many diseases are promoted by these receptors.Disintegrin is one important component of the snake venom.It inhibit the adhesive attraction of integrin particularly.This review summarizes the types and the biological activities of snake venom disintegrins,as well as discusses there potential clinical application of the study,such as anti-tumor,anticoagulation,and various human diseases.

Objective To validate analytical performance of electrochemiluminescent immunoassay ?-HCG and explore a suitable validation mode on electrochemiluminescent immunoassay system of Elecsys 2010 under the guidance of evidence-based laboratory medicine.Methods The analytical performance of the electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA)system of Elecsys 2010 including precision,analytical sensitivity,linear range,accuracy and reference range was validated by detecting the specimens of different concentrations.The results were analysed by statistical package for social science 10.0.Results Imprecision studies yielded with-run CV of 0.43%-2.12% and between-day CV of 1.07%-3.73%;CV for total imprecision were 1.81%-4.90%.Recovery after dilution of high-concentration samples in assay diluent were within the rang of 94%-110%.Analytical sensitivity was

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the complexation of clonazepam with hydroxypropyl-?-cyclodextrin(HP-?-CD)in aqueous solutions.METHODS:The complexation of clonazepam with(HP-?-CD),the inclusion molar ratio of host and guest molecules and thermodynamic parameters were detected using phase solubility method,equimolar series method,UV absorption spectroscopy etc.RESULTS:The solubility of clonazepam increased linearly with the increase of(HP-?-CD)level in aqueous solutions at different temperatures(25℃,35℃and45℃)and in buffers at different pH values(4.0,6.0and7.0),the phase solubility diagram was classified as type AL.CONCLUSIONS:Under the above research condition,the incl_ usion complexes of clonazepam with(HP-?-CD)can be formed spontaneously at a molar ratio of1∶1.

Objective Retrospective analysis of clinical features, treatment results and prognostic factors in 19 patients with anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL). Methods Diagnostic and treatment data of 19 patients with ALCL from Jan 2003 to Feb 2007 were analyzed. Results Among the sample group, 18 patients (94.74 %) shows B-symptoms, extranodal involvement is present in 14 patients (73.7 %), clinical misdiagnosis rate reaches 84.2 %. The overall response rate to chemotherapy is 100 %, complete remission rate after 6 courses chemotherapy were 95 %, the probabilities of event free survival at 1 and 2 years were both 88.2 %, relapse occurred in one case. Conclusion In the studied group, majority of ALCL patients have B-symptom. Extranodal involvement is present earlier, and clinical misdiagnosis rate is high. While it' s found that ALCL is sensitive to chemotherapy and tend to get good prognosis.

OBJECTIVE: To discuss the scoring formula and evaluate the lists equivalence of Mandarin Quick Speech-in-Noise (M-Quick SIN) test materials in mainland China, and for standardizing our research. METHOD: Double 39 subjects with normal hearing were participated in part one and part two of our experiments, respectively. 20, 18, 15, 13, 10, 8, 5, 3, 0, -2, -5, -7, -10 dB SNR were presented in part one; and 20, 15, 10, 5, 0, -5 dB SNR were presented in part two. The results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0. RESULT: SNR-50 was -2.24 dB SNR and "SNR loss = 24.5--correct words" was defined as the scoring formula. All the 13 lists had the e quivalent difficulty. CONCLUSION Defined "SNR loss = 24.5--correct words" as the scoring formula of M-Quick SIN, and the 13 lists had better difficulty equivalence, which could be used in our further clinical research.

Objective To investigate the status quo of psychological capital and compassion fatigue in operating room nurses and to analyze the correlation between them.Method One hundred and ninety nurses from an operating room of four First-Class Grade A general hospitals in Beijing were engaged in the investigation by psychological capital questionnaire and compassion fatigue scales.Results The total score on psychological capital was (78.60±8.72) and the total score on compassion fatigue was (111.53 ±9.88).The mental capital was negatively correlated with compassion fatigue (P ＜0.05).Conclusions The psychological capital of the nurses in the operating room is at the middle level and the sympathetic fatigue is at a high level.The higher the psychological capital,the lower the sympathetic fatigue.Nursing administrators can improve the psychological capital of the nurses in the operating room to reduce their sympathy and fatigue so as to improve the level of mental health of nurses in the operating room.

Objective Determination of polysaccharide content in dried peel seeding watermelon, and its mechanism of lowering blood glucose.Methods The content of polysaccharides in dried peel of seeding watermelon was determined by the method of phenol-sulfuric acid.Mice were given starch and sucrose load,and the mouse blood glucose was examined.The inhibitory activities of seeding watermelon against α-glucosidase were tested by the colorimetry of pNPG.Results The calibration of polysaccharide was A=0.066 4 C+0.022 6, R2=0.999 5, the content of polysaccharide in dried peel of seeding watermelon was 4.45% (n=10,RSD=1.80%);50,100 and 150 mg·kg-1 of polysaccharide could significantly reduce the starch load in mice blood glucose(P<0.01);100 and 150 mg·kg-1 of polysaccharide significantly reduced sucrose load blood glucose(P<0.01);polysaccharide concentration in 18 mg·mL-1 could significantly inhibit the activity of α-glucosidase as the inhibitory rate was (73.19±3.45)% (n=10).Conclusion Seeding watermelon polysaccharide has effect on lowering blood glucose in starch and sucrose load mice, and inhibits α-glucosidase significantly.

BACKGROUND:There are a variety of methods for establishing osteoarthritis animal model, and different methods and different animals have their own characteristics.
OBJECTIVE:To review the status of the research on osteoarthritis animal models.
METHODS:The relevant articles to the osteoarthritis animal models were searched in Medline database from January 2002 to October 2011, with the key words of“animal model, osteoarthritis”in English by the computer. Similarly, Chinese Journal Ful-text Database was retrieved for related articles published in Chinese from January 2002 to October 2011, with the key words of“animal model, osteoarthritis, research development”in Chinese. Total y 423 relevant articles were col ected and 128 of them conformed the standard. At last 40 articles were included to review after ful-text reading.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The artificial induced animal models are the principal means to establish animal models of osteoarthritis and they have been widely used in the study of osteoarthritis pathogenesis, drug efficacy, cartilage physiology and pathology. Spontaneous osteoarthritis animal models have great advantages in the study addressing the initial mechanism of osteoarthritis, the biochemical changes of articular cartilage and the comparison of prevention and cure effects. Transgenic animal models have great application prospects on studying cartilage repairing mechanisms and testing a gene to prevent, delay or reversal the morphological changes. Accordingly the choice of models should be based on research needs.

Objective To investigate the reasonable time limit for stopping the aspirin treatment in preoperative pa-tients with general surgery and the effects on platelet function in postoperative patients with recovering the therapy of aspirin. Methods A total of 121 patients undergoing elective general surgery were divided into stopping aspirin treatment 5 d group (n=59) and stopping aspirin treatment 7 d group (n=62). Fifty healthy volunteers were used as the control group. The arachi-donic acid (AA)-induced platelet aggregation test was used to detect the platelet agglutination rate in all groups. Aspirin was reused 24~48 h after surgery. The level of urinary 11-dehydro-thromboxane B2 (11-DH-TXB2) was assayed by ELISA 7 and 10 d after retreatment. Results The levels of the PAgT (5 min, 8 min and 10 min) were decreased significantly in pa-tients with stopping aspirin treatment 5 d group compared with those of patients with stopping aspirin treatment 7 d group and control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of PAgT between patients with stopping aspirin treatment 7 d group and control group. The platelet aggregation showed two different characteristic curves after stopping aspi-rin treatment for 5 d. And the normal curve of platelet aggregation was found after stopping aspirin treatment for 7 d. The lev-els of PAgT and urinary 11-DH-TXB2 were significantly lower in patient recovered the aspirin treatment for 7 d and 10 d than that of control, and which was significantly higher in 7 d group than that of 10 d group (P>0.05). Conclusion The platelet aggregative function returned to normal level in patients with 7-d preoperative stopping aspirin. The laboratory moni-toring of aspirin therapy should be more than 7 d after postoperative reusing aspirin.

Objective To study the variation characteristics of plasma von Willebrand factor antigen (vWF Ag) after the off-pump coronary artery bypass graft (OPCAB) and its predictive value on the assessment of cardiovascular ischemia events in the postoperative patients.Methods A total of 338 patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction were selected from 2010 to 2012 in this retrospective cohort study,with 249 males and 89 females and a mean age of (69.2 ± 4.5) years.The level of vWF Ag was assayed by the IL ACL-TOP 700 blood coagulation instrument.Receiver-operator curve (ROC) analysis of vWF Ag levels in the prediction of risk of ischemic events was performed.x2 test and Logistic regression were conducted to analyze the relevance between vWF Ag and clinical pathological factors.Cox regression analysis model were used to evaluate the effect on prognosis.Results There was significant difference in vWF Ag level at different time point between the poor recovery group and the stable disease group (x2 =129.53 and 101.48 respectively,both P＜0.01).And the vWF Ag level was higher in the poor recovery group on the 14th,30th,60th,90th day after OPCAB than in the stable disease group at the same time points respectively (all P＜0.05).The optimum cut-off point of vWF Ag (the 30th day after OPCAB) for prediction of ischemic events was 251 ％ within the 31-90th day after OPCAB,the area under ROC curve was 0.839 (95％ confidence interval:0.776-0.902).The Logistic regression analysis showed that the vWF Ag level on 30th day after OPCAB was affected by age,left ventricular ejection fraction,left main artery disease,serum creatinine level,vascular number of bypass grafts,history of myocardial infarction and hypertension (all P＜0.01).The Cox analysis showed that the cut-off value of vWF Ag (on the 30th day after OPCAB) was the independent prognostic assessment parameter for ischemic events in patients with cardiovascular diseases within one year.Conclusions The variation of serum vWF Ag level can reflect the integrated influence of multiple pathological factors on vascular endothelial function after the OPCAB,it can become the effective predictor for disease progression within 90 days and the long-term prognosis after OPCAB.
