1.Correlation between allergy and HLA genetic polymorphism
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(04):-
Allergy increasingly threatens human health. At present, the molecular mechanisms of allergy have been one of the hot topics. It is believed that genetic factor and environmental factor play important roles in allergy. It is not surprising that particular HLA (human leukocyte antigen) class II alleles have been implicated in susceptility to allergic diseases and in restriction of the IgE responses to a variety of allergens. It will provide an original measure if the correlation between allergy and HLA genetic polymorphism was illuminated.
2.Correlation of HLA-DRB genetic locus with penicillin-specific IgE antibodies
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
Aim To explore the correlation of positive specific IgE antibodies with penicillin allergy and HLA-DRB genetic polymorphism. Methods Sequence specific primer-polymerase chain reaction(PCR-SSP) was used to type human leucocyte antigen-DBR(HLA-DRB) alleles in 80 patients with positive IgE antibodies to penicillin and 101 healthy subjects without any allergic reactions. Results When different penicillin antigens were analyzed separately, the gene frequencies of DR16 in patients with positive BPO-IgE antibody and DR14.1 in patients with positive PVO-IgE antibody were found greatly lower than those of the control subjects(0 vs 8.62%,P
3.Positron emission tomography and microvascular research
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(02):-
Positron emission tomography(PET) plays an important role in the research of substance distribution in Human body. The distribution of substance in whole body is carried out by the transport via circulation system and exchange between blood and tissue which occurs in microvascular. Both the research of PET and of microvascular are focused on the transport and exchange of substance in human body. So it should be meaningful to apply PET image to the research of microvascular, and to use the microvascular theory to improve on the analysis of PET image. In this article, some research in this domain are introduced, and foreground is reviewed.
4.Changes in circulating endothelial cell numbers and blood lipid levels and their clinical significance in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine in Intensive and Critical Care 2006;0(03):-
Objective: To investigate the relationship between circulating endothelial cell(CEC)(numbers),blood lipid levels and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) and their clinical(significance). Methods: CECs were separated by isopyknic centrifugation method and blood lipid was(determined) in(35 MODS) patients and 20 healthy controls.CEC numbers and blood lipid were compared in both groups.(Acute) physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ) score was recorded to evaluate the severity of the MODS patients. The relationships were analyzed between APACHEⅡ score and CEC numbers,(between) APACHEⅡ and blood lipid levels and between CEC numbers and blood lipid levels. Results: CEC numbers in MODS patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P
5.Current situation of hypopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy
Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(4):264-267
Hypopharyngeal cancer is not common and its prognosis is among the worst in head and neck cancer.Radiation therapy is an important choice of treatment, including radiotherapy alone, radiotherapy combined with surgery and radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy. The improvement of radiation therapy improves the prognosis of hypopharyngeal cancer patients, and radiotherapy combined with surgery is the standard treatment for hypopharyngeal cancer.Nowadays,in order to enhance the preserving rates of the organ and faction, radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy is becoming a research hotspot.

7.Non-linear developable model of skeletal muscle
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(7):442-444
Objective To discussing the methods used in creating non linear developable biomechanical models of skeletal muscle. Methods One of the basic tools of the analytical approach in analytical mechanics, the principle of virtual work for deformable systems, was used to create the model. By means of method of Lagrange multipliers, the problems of constraints, such as the incompressibility of skeletal muscle, were effectively tackled. Results and Conclusion The biomechanical models of skeletal muscle has been developed. The program of this model can be used to obtain nodal displacement coordinates of given nodal coordinates and parameters.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(1):14-18
Aiming at the issue of motor imagery electroencephalography (EEG) pattern recognition in the research of brain-computer interface (BCI), a power feature method based on discrete wavelet packet decomposition is proposed for the channels C3 and C4. Firstly, a six-border Butterworth filter is used to denoise the two-channel EEG signals. Secondly, two-channel EEG signals are decomposed to five levels using Daubechies wavelet and the fourth level and the fifth level are chosen to reconstruct the signals and compute its power feature. Finally, linear discriminant analysis (LDA) is utilized to classify the feature and the Kappa value is utilized to measure the accuracy of the classifier. This method is applied to the standard dataset BCICIV_2b-gdf of BCI Competition 2008, and experimental results show that this method reflect the feature of event-related synchronization and event-related desynchronization obviously and it is an effective way to classify the EEG patterns in the research of BCI.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 2009;24(6):392-393,409
Objective An analytical approach has been developed for determination of sildenafil blood with high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Sildenafil was extracted by solid phase extraction cartridges from blood and was separated by resered-phase gradient chromatography with DAD detection at 230nm.The analytical column was Nova-pak C18(150×3.9mm),5.0μm and the guard column was Phenomenex C18(ODS,4.0×3.0mm,Octadecyl).The mobile phase Was gradient mixture of acetonitrile(A) and 0.25% acetonitrile aqueous solution including 0.06% trifluoroacetic acid and 0.06% triethylamine (B).Results Linearity Was checked over the concentration range 1.5~80.0μg/mL.Limits of detection was 5.0ng.Average recovery was 82.45%.Conclusion This method issimple.exact and rapid.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(05):-
Objective To study the effects of valsartan and triptergium glycosides on the abnormal expression of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) in rats with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, diabetic nephropathy group(DN group),diabetic nephropathy treated with valsartan group(VAL group) and diabetic nephropathy treated with triptergium glycosides group(TG group).Diabetic nephropathy model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ) in DN group,VAL group and TG group. The rats were sacrificed after 2,4,8 and 12 weeks. The body weight, blood glucose, renal function and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) were measured, and the expression of CTGFmRNA in kidney was detected by RT-PCR. Results Compared with control group, the levels of blood glucose, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and UAER were significantly increased in DN group(P
