Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vertical incision for breast surgery.Methods According to Lejour method,the first breast shape on the patients who needed operation was designed,and make a mark line corresponding to the breast,and then removal of excess tissue during the operation,operation process should pay attention to the protection of important part of breast of vessels and nerves,to prevent the impact of breast lactation function.Results The operation in 48 patients with breast because of too much too small in patients with 2 cases,1 cases of patients areola was too large,the patients were followed up survey,all the patients were satisfied with the operation of the breast shape,1 cases of operation the scar not satisfied,then the operation scar resection of operation after further results were satisfied,the total satisfaction rate was 98%.Conclusion Breast reconstruction process using vertical incision method for patients with relatively small,less bleeding,almost did not affect the normal function of patients with breast,breast shape is preferred for patients with operation scheme.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effect of the oral-appliance in the treatment of ED induced by obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).

METHODSThis study included 40 cases of OSAHS-induced ED. Based on the apnea-hyponea index (AHI) and lowest SaO2, we divided the patients into groups A (AHI < or = 30/h and lowest SaO2 > or = 80%) and B (AHI > 30/h and lowest SaO2 < 80%), and treated them with the oral-appliance for 3 months, followed by evaluation of the therapeutic effect using polysomnography, IIEF-5 questionnaire and Sexual Encounter Profile (SEP) diaries.

RESULTSThirty-seven of the patients accomplished the treatment, 16 in group A and 21 in group B. Compared with the baseline, the AHI was significantly decreased in both groups A (21.4 +/- 7.3 vs 14.2 +/- 6.6, P < 0.05) and B (51.4 +/- 9.5 vs 29.7 +/- 8.1, P < 0.05) after treatment, the IIEF-5 scores increased, even more remarkably in B than in A (3.36 +/- 2.48 vs 1.12 +/- 1.27, P < 0.05). The positive rates of SEP2 and SEP3 were markedly lower in A than in B (37.5% vs 76.2% and 25.0% vs 61.9%, P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONThe oral-appliance can improve the erectile function of OSAHS-induced ED patients, particularly for those with severe OSAHS.

Objective To investigate the relationships between the expressions of intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM-1),heat shock protein 70(HSP70) and acute rejection after pancreas allotransplantation in miniature swine.Methods Ultrasound guided biopsies of the pancreas and histopathologic examination were performed after the miniature swine models of pancreas allotransplantation were established.According to the histological change,the samples were divided into group Ⅰ(no rejection),group Ⅱ(mild acute rejection),group Ⅲ(moderate acute rejection)and group Ⅳ(serious acute rejection).The expressions of ICAM-1 and HSP70 were analyzed with immunohistochemistry and imaging.Results The expressions of ICAM-1 and HSP70 were increased when acute rejection occurred after pancreas allotransplantation in miniature swine.The levels of ICAM-1 and HSP70 were sequentially high when acute rejection was serious.Conclusion ICAM-1 and HSP70 were involved in pancreas allograft rejection and useful for early diagnosis of acute rejection after pancreas transplantation.

Objective To establish a successful model for pancreaticoduodenal allotransplantation with enteric drainage in piglet and surveillance acute rejection by biopsy.Methods We implemented the model same as protocol of clinical pancrease transplantation.40 piglets were divided into donors and recipients randomly.20 times experimental operation were finished. The total pancreas with a short segment of duodenum was transplanted to a recipient by anastomoses of vessels to the recipient iliac vessels and small bowel segment to the jejunum with enteric drainage. During operation, mean arterial pressure(MAP), central venous pressure(CVP)were monitored. The levels of amylase activity in blood were investigated.Doppler color blood flow ultrasonography was used to evaluate blood flow of pancreatic allografts,and ultrasound-guided percutaneous pancreas allograft biopsy and histopathologic examination were performed.Results The successful rate of operation was 90%. The sonography of malignant lynmhoma in 96 patients since 1983 was reported.The patients were all examined by ultrasound with posifive findings and the diagnoses were proved pathologically by operations and/or biopsy.The incidence,clinical significance and sonographic nlanifestations of the lymphoma in different locations were discussed with review of literatures.The study shows that sonography plays very important role in discovering the location and extension of the lesions,helping to classify the clinical stage,drawing up the program of treatment following up the effects of tlle therapy and so on.

Objective To investigate the effect of combination with magnetic nanoparticle of Fe3O4and adriamycin (ADM) on Raji cell line.Methods Raji cells were cultured with Fe3O4-magnetic nanoparticle and ADM after using mechanical absortion polymerization,and the cell viability was detected by MTT and trypan-blue exclusion.The apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry,and the expression of p53 and NF-κB were measured by Western blot. Results Raji cell proliferation ratio was significantly inhibited in concentration-and time-dependent manners in both ADM and Fe3O4-MNP-ADM groups (r =0.412,P =0.027;r =0.523,P =0.014).The percentages of apoptotic cells induced by ADM and Fe3O4-MNP-ADM were 8.76 ％ vs 14.85 ％,35.08 ％ vs 44.50 ％,44.00 ％ vs 69.40 ％ in 12,24 and 48 hours,respectively (t =-9.137,-4.808,-6.337; P =0.012,0.041,0.024).The grey straps of NF-κB measured by Western blot were 4.22±0.32,3.31±0.28 in ADM and Fe3O4-MNP-ADM group (t =-54.416,P =0.035),whereas the grey straps of p53 were 1.042±0.114,1.270±0.091,respectively (t =33.963,P =0.047).Conclusion Combination therapy of Fe3O4-MNP and ADM could inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of Raji cells line,which may due to upregulation of p53 and down-regulation of NF-κB.
