Human milk is the most suitable food for newborns,and is greatly beneficial to the health and growth of infants.In some circumstances,human milk need cold storage,but freezing/cooling storage will inevitably cause the loss of components in human milk.The most reasonable storage condition of human milk has not reached an agreement.This article focuses on the change of macronutrients,immune substance and microbial indicators of human milk which had been cold storaged,and summarizes the related researchs of home and abroad in recent years.

Objective To explore the function of fusiform in learning process according to the change of its activation volume and intensity.Methods Ten Chinese normal university students with Guangdong dialect performed the verb generation.fMRI was used to scan the activities of brain.Deconvolution and ANOVA were used to deal with the data of individuals and groups respectively.Results After practice,the activations of the most brain areas were weakened in different degree of great quantities along with practice and the activation of fusiform disappeared.Conclusion Learning leads to the change of brain activation.The function of fusiform is not specific,but general neural activation during learning process.

The incidence of hilar cholangiocarcinoma is very rare worldwide. Radical resection is the only prognostic factor for long survival in patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Postoperative radiation therapy can improve local control and survival rates for patients with palliative resection,but it remains controversial in patients with radical resection. Biliary drainage can effectively release bile duct obstruction for the majority of patients with locally advanced disease,and may even prolong survival when combined with radiation therapy. Radiation therapy includes extrernal beam therapy alone,external beam therapy with intraluminal brachytheapy and new radiation technique,such as three dimentional conformal therapy and intensity modulated radiation therapy. The propective randomized clinical study is needed for further investigation in the role of combined modality therapy especially for hilar cholangiocarcinoma.(J Intervent Radiol,2007,16: 705-709)

Objective To investigate changes in the level of serum CEA,Ferritin and plasma D-D of the lung cancer patients suffering before and after the chemotherapy,and evaluate its application value in judging the curative effect of chemotherapy on the lung cancer patients.Methods Chose 120 lung cancer patients diagnosed from September 2011 to September 2014, and determined the curative effect in accordance with the standard for evaluating the curative effect of solid tumors set down by WHO.Chose another group of 120 healthy physical examinees as its control group.Tested the contents of serum CEA, Ferritin and plasma D-D of both groups respectively and analyzed the rules of change in the results of the patients before and after chemotherapy and in different chemotherapeutic effect stages.Results The contents of serum CEA,Ferritin and plas-ma D-D of the lung cancer patients were obviously higher than those of such patients after chemotherapy and those of the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance (t=4.123~14.224,P <0.05).The contents of serum CEA, Ferritin and plasma D-D of the patient at complete remission (CR)stage were lower than those at partial remission (PR) stage,stable disease (SD)stage and progress disease (PD)stage,and the difference was of statistical significance (t=4.230~12.336,P <0.05).Conclusion The test on the serum CEA,Ferritin and plasma D-D of the lung cancer patients before and after chemotherapy is of certain clinical value and the change in their content levels can be taken as a reference index for the chemotherapeutic effect of lung cancer patients.

Objective To investigate application value of changes in serum neuron-specific enolase (NSE)in early diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods 160 cases of diabetes were recruited from January 2013 to December 2014, 120 of which were combined with DPN according to the 2009 “DPN Diagnostic & Treatment Guidelines”(the DPN group), and the other 40 were not (the DM group).Patients were further stratified into mild,moderate,and severe DPNs according to the Toronto Clinical Scoring System (TCSS).Another 160 healthy subjects were recruited as control.Serum NSE level was determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay,and was compared among the DPN group,the DM group,and the con-trol group.Serum NSE levels were also compared among DPN patients with different serum glucose levels and different TC-SS grading.Results Serum NSE levels (μg/L)of the DPN group,DM group,and control group were 23.5±3.0,12.4±2.3 and 11.3±1.6 respectively,and the difference between DPN and the other two groups was significant (t=12.312,14.523, P <0.05).DPN patients with serum glucose levels of 3.9~6.1,6.1 ~8.0,and ≥8.0 mmol/L had NSE levels of 22.1 ± 1.6,23.6±1.2 and 25.0±1.5 respectively,and the difference was significant (t =4.021 ~ 7.534,P <0.05 for all).DPN patients with mild,moderate,and severe DPN had NSE levels of 21.6±1.1,23.1±1.5,25.2±1.3,and the difference was significant (t=3.320~5.526,P <0.05 for all).NSE level was positively correlated with TCSS score (r=0.572,P <0.05). Conclusion Serum NSE level is closely correlated with DPN,and can be used as a key indicator for early diagnosis of DPN.

Objective Biochemistry course,a professional basic course of medical students,is a challenging course,for which the traditional classroom teaching mode is not suitable,for there are many deficiencies in traditional classroom teaching,so new teaching methods need to be explored to improve the quality of teaching and learning efficiency.Method 301 students from 6 natural classes of adult medical education were selected as the object of study and were divided into the experimental group(150) and control group(151).The traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group,while in the experimental group,the double-track teaching methods were adopted such as diagram method,the method of using body language,humor teaching method,to stimulate students' interest in scientific research and innovation.At the end of the course,students were asked to conduct online teaching evaluation while teachers were asked to conduct mutual evaluation.Examination paper analysis software was used to evaluate the examination paper.Test results were analyzed by using SPSS 15 Statistical Software for data processing.Results:mean ± standard deviation (~ ± s) ; comparison was made between groups in t test.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Result The evaluation results of students and colleagues assessment show that 93.7％ of the students and 90.9％ of colleagues think that the experimental group uses the double-track teaching method is more popular than in the control group.At the end of the experiment,the control group grades is (66 ± 25),while the experimental group grades is (83 ± 22) ; t value is 6.2612; P value is 0.000.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching method double-track teaching method has obvious advantages in teaching.From the result,double-track teaching enables students willing to think and have an active participation and exploration,which has significantly stimulated their learning interest and improved their performance,thus achieving good results.

OBJECTIVETo explore the value of the application of oil red O staining in spinal cord injury (SCI) of rats.

METHODSWith simple randomization, 24 Spargue-Dawley male rats were divided into normal control group including 6, and SCI group including 18. Spinal cord was transected at spinal lever T10 to build SCI model. Six rats of SCI group were sacrificed randomly at 1, 2, 4 weeks after surgery. After the spinal cord tissue sections were made, oil red O staining methods were used to observe the changes at the end of transected spinal cord. Images were analyzed by Image-Pro Plus 6.0 and SPSS 20.0 software.

RESULTSThe oil red O staining of normal control group showed that white matter surrounded by myelin sheath was clear and obviously distinctive from grey matter. Uneven and strengthened staining in oil O was observed in grey matter of SCI group at 1, 2, 4 weeks post-SCI.

CONCLUSIONIt is a good method to label the myelin sheath in spinal cord and distinct white matter from grey matter by oil red O staining. Analysis of the images showed that lipid may become another target for drugs, which needs more researches.

Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive intervention on behavior problems of elementary school children.Method:By means of cluster sampling, 1482 students from two elementary schools in Lixia district of Jinan were investigated with CBCL (Child Behavior Checklist) and a self-made mental health inventory for children. One of the two schools were selected as intervention site with 738 students, 744 students of the other school as control. The comprehensive intervention lasted for two years.Result:At the baseline, the rate of behavior problems in the intervention group was 14.8% (109/738), that of the control group was 15.2% (113/744), there was no significant difference between the two groups. After two years, the rate of the intervention group was 8.8%, that of the control group was 14.1%, there was significant decrease of behavior problems in the intervention group. After 2 years, the couple relationship of parents, parent-child relationship and education style of the family with child in intervention group improved than before.Conclusions:Comprehensive intervention focusing on behavior problems can help school children and their family.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of laparoscopic tubal anastomosis after tubal sterilization.Methods A total of 27 cases of fallopian tube anastomosis with tubal anastomosis were performed under laparoscopy.After removing the sterilized scar in the tubes the hydrotubation was carried out using Methylene Blue to detect whether the tube was patent.By using 6/0 absorbable thread,we sutured the mesosalpinx with 2 or 3 stitches to close the both ends of the fallopian tube.And then,isthmus-isthmus(1 whole-layer stitch at the 12 o'clock,and then 1-stitch sutures at the serous layer of the 8 and 4 o'clock respectively)ampulla-ampulla(1 whole-layer stitch at the 12 o'clock,and then 1-stitch sutures at the whole layers of the 9,7,5,and 3 o'clock respectively),or isthmus-ampulla(same method as the ampulla-ampulla anastomosis but more closed sutures)was performed.The patients received hydrotubation at the first day after the operation and then 3 to 5 days after the first menstruation.They were followed up for every 6 months till pregnancy.Results In the 27 patients(54 tubes),the rate of patency was 88.9%(48/54).The patent rate in the patients received isthmus-isthmus or ampulla-ampulla anastomosis was 86.5%(32/37)and 100%(15/15)respectively.In the 2 cases of isthmus-ampulla anastomosis,one was patent after the operation,and in the other,the Methylene Blue test showed anastomotic leakage.The hydrotubation performed at the first day after the treatment showed a rate of patent in 25 cases(2.6%,25/27),only two patient showed obstruction of the tube(7.4%,2/27).Follow-up was available in 26 of the patients up to over 6 months,19 of them had intrauterine pregnancy(73.1%,19/26)in 24 months after the procedure,among which 89.5%(17/19)occurred in 12 months;one(3.8%,1/26)patient developed ectopic pregnancy.Conclusions Laparoscopic tubal anastomosis is safe and effective for patients who desire reversal after sterilization.

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of benazepril plus betaloc in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 42 cases with CHF were treated with benazepril plus betaloc,the therapeutic effect was compared with 40 cases treated with benazepril alone.Before and after treatment,to observe the changes of systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESd),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were observed.Results The general effective rate in treatment group and control group was 95.2% and 80.0%,respectively.The SBP,DBP,HR,LVESd and LVEDd in treatment group decreased obviously(P
