1.The interview reports on Quality of Life in Psoriasis vulgaris patients
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(9):1562-
Objective To investigate the impact of psoriacis on quality of life in patients with psoriasis. Methods A questionnaire interview included daily life and activities social activities and psychologic status were conducted of. Results 48 patients, 14 patients(29%) were impacted on quatity of life in heavy, 23 patiemts(48%) in middle, 11 patients(23%) in mildly no impact in zero. Conclusion The psoriasis valgaris influenced the Quality of life.

5.Clinical study on moxibustion combined with pressing beans on auricular point in the trentment of elderly patients with chronic diarrhea
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(13):1924-1925
Objective To observe the efficacy of the combination of moxibustion and pressing beans on auricular in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic diarrhea. Methods 45 elderly patients met the diagnostic criteria for diarrhea were divided into two groups, the treatment group (23 cases) received the treatment of combined moxibustion with ear pressure beans, the control group (22 cases) received traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The efficacy was observed and compared after two weeks. Results The effective rate reached 95.6% in the treatment group,81.8% in the control group (statistically significant difference, odds ratio 1.16).Conclusion Combined ear pressure beans with moxibustion treatment will receive a significant effect for the elderly patients with chronic diarrhea. The therapy is worth clinical application.
6.Clinical analysis of methylmalonic acidmia in 26 cases and literatare review
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;(6):639-641
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of methylmalonic acidemia(MMA) in order to improve our understanding of it.Methods We analyzed the clinical manifestations, laboratory examinations and treatments of 26 cases of methylmalonic acidemia in children. Results Twenty-four cases were involved in nervous system.Nine patients were involved in renal system.Eight cases of hematological involved.Liver enzyme elevated in 2 cases as well as the cardiac system were involved in 3 cases. One case was with pneumonia onset. The laboratory findings showed metabolic acidosis in 12 cases, hyperhomocysteinemia in 8 cases and remarkable elevation of urinary methylmalonic acid concentration in all cases. Some abnormalities in globus pallidus and cerebral white matter as well as diffuse cerebral atrophy were noted by the brain CT and MRI in 15 cases.Sixteen children have received therapy of vitamin B12,and supplementation of L-carnitine with restricted-protein diet. The follow-up for a period ranging from 3 months to 1.5 years( mean 8.5 months) of 15 cases with medical therapy showed a favorable outcome of nervous system improvement in 12 cases,however,2 patients died from severe metabolic acidosis.8 patients with renal involvement were normal in urine routine and renal function. Conclusion Methylmalonic acidemia has different clinical features,so early urine organic acids analysis by GC/MS method is essential Long-term and reasonable treatment after diagnosis is an effective way to improve the prognosis.
7.Application of warming humidification oxygen therapy in patients with tracheotomy
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(33):36-37
Objective To investigate the application value of warming humidification oxygen therapy in patients after tracheotomy. Methods Forty-one patients after tracheotomy were collected consecutively for this study. All patients were randomly assigned into the treatment group (21 cases)and the control group (20 cases). The treatment group adopted warming humidification oxygen therapy, and the control group adopted common airway moistening method.Moist effect judgment, viscosity of sputum, phlegm scab formation, respiratory irritation symptoms, airway mucosal bleeding, air way resistance, lung infection cases, average days in the ICU were investigated. Results There were statistically significant differences in moist effect judgment, viscosity of sputum, phlegm scab formation, respiratory irritation symptoms, airway mucosal bleeding, air way resistance, lung infection cases, average days in the ICU between the two groups. Conclusions Warming humidification oxygen therapy is more suitable to patients with tracheotomy than common airway moistening method.
8.G-quadruplex Structures in Promoters of MET Proto-oncogene
Journal of China Medical University 2016;45(5):402-405
Objective To identify G?quadruplex structures in the promoter region of MET. Methods CD spectroscopy,UV spectroscopy, non?denatured electrophoresis and PCR stop assay were applied to indicate the G?quadruplex structure and its function. Results The Pu23WT se?quence in the promoter of MET adopted an intramolecular parallel G?quadruplex structure under physiological conditions in vitro, which can stop the extension of Pmet. Conclusion G?quadruplex structure in the promoter might inhibit MET gene expression in vivo.
9.Fetal brain development:adverse effects of intrauterine growth restriction and antenatal intervention Wang Yan,Liu Jing. Department of Neonatology and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Bayi Children's Hospital,Beijing Military General Hospital,Beijing 100700,China
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(14):1041-1045
The fetal stage is a critical period for brain development. Intrauterine growth restriction(IUGR)af-fects the growth of fetus and impairs the brain development severely, resulting in long - term neurological sequelae such as motor and behavioral disorders. Since their brain underdevelopment originated in the uterus, postnatal interventions usually fail to improve the brain function. Then antenatal interventions become urgent to protect the brain, taurine has appeared a high practical value in improving the brain development. The adverse effects of IUGR on fetal brain develop-ment and the possibilities of antenatal interventions were introduced in this paper in order to improve the prognosis of the nervous system.
10.THE ENERGY COST AND TOTAL ENERGY EXPENDITURE PER DAY OF COLLEGE STUDENTS
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
The energy cost of the daily major activities, the basal metabolic rates (BMR), resting metabolic rates (RMR) and total energy expenditure of university students per day under normal conditions were determined respectively by Douglas' method. The average BMR of male and female subjects were 2.80?0.14 and 2.74?0.13 kJ.m-2min-1. (0.669 and 0.656 kcal?m~2?min-1) respectively. The total energy expenditure per day of male students was 11.32 MJ, and of female students 9.92 MJ per day. The energy cost of different activity can be used as the basic data in studies of energy metabolism.
