The different methods used in trehalose determination are introduced in the review. Comparisons on the characteristics and the applicational property of the methods are also discussed.
2.Cluster analysis on the job stress factors of drivers
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:To study the job stress factors of drivers. Methods:Cluster analysis. Results:The job stress factors of drivers can be divided into six clusters, which are social support, negative state, job requiring, job control, stress level, and job busyness and monotony. Conclusion:Comprehensive measures should be used to reduce the job stress.

4.Factors of resilience of primary caregivers of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy
Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(6):5-10
Objective To investigate the resilience of primary caregivers of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and explore the influencing factors. Methods General information questionnaire and Cornor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) were used in the survey among 173 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy as well as their primary caregivers. Results The score of resilience of primary caregivers was (70.76 ±13.34), at middle or above level. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that caregivers'resilience was affected by gender, age, family income and religious belief (all P<0.05). Conclusion The resilience among primary caregivers of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy is at a relatively high level. Clinically, we should pay more attention to female and young patients with lower family income and no religious beliefs.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(6):1124-1127
By using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system to analyze the dominant experience and recessive principles of the prescriptions for stranguria in the dictionary of traditional Chinese medicine prescription (DCMP), we aim to define the medication pattern and rule and to acquire new prescriptions. In dominant experience analysis, we were able to find 22 drugs used over 50 times, including drugs of clearing heat, diuresis and relieving stranguria which are the most used and drugs of clearing heat, cooling blood, benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin. In addition, drugs of activating Qi and Xue, eliminating phlegm and removing toxic are often used, including 34 herb pairs and 5 combinations of three-taste drugs are used more than 35 times. These results fully reflect the composition principles and compatibility characteristic of prescriptions for treating stranguria in DCMP. Thirteen new prescriptions by way of recessive principle excavating were acquired. These new prescriptions might be suitable to clinical treatments of variable syndromes. This article provides an useful clue to research and produce new drugs.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;(7):36-37
Objective To understand the etiology and clinical manifestation of malignant atrophic papulosis,to report the psychological care of one case with malignant atrophic papules, and patients to maintain a good psychological state. Methods Nursing measures such as strengthening skin care, reducing discomfort, avoiding aggravating the injury; attention to abdominal signs, detection of changes in disease condition, prevention of intestinal perforation, related medication education to increase medication compliance were given to this patients. Results The abdominal pain disappeared, lower limb muscle force recovered, and the patient was discharged after the disease condition was steady. Conclusions To patients with malignant atrophic papulosis, early detection and early treatment should be given to them.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
To investigate the repairing effect of fibrochondrocyte collagen construct in meniscus lesion, fibrochondrocytes were isolated and expanded in vitro , then seeded onto collagen construct .18 dogs with wedged shape lesion in the lateral meniscus were randomly divided into 3 groups: the lesion were filled with either cell collagen construct or collagen or untreated. The lateral meniscus was then examined grossly and histologically at different periods. The results showed that the lesions that had been filled with fibrochondrocyte collagen construct healed with fibrocartilage tissue. The results suggest that tissue engineering method is practical.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
To investigate the behavior of meniscal fibrocartilage cells in vitro ,human meniscal fibrocartilage cells were harvested from adolescents and sequentially digestied with 0 50% trypsin and 0 2% collagenase (type2). The isolated cells were cultured in Ham'sF 12 medium and identified by histochemical methods. Cell proliferation, morphology and ultrastructure were observed by phase contrast microscope and electronic microscope. In primarily cultured cells, fusiform cells dominated and they were confirmed by the positive result of immunohistochemical examination for type collagen staining. Our results indicate that it is a simple and highly effective method.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(07):-
More and more interest has been put on the investigations of saccharides recent years. Saccharides have a vast number of bioactivities and the immunomodulating effect of saccharides is one of the important mechanisms via which saccharides exert their bioactivities. Saccharides exert their bioactivities mainly by interacting with all kinds of saccharide receptors on cells, followed by a series of signal transduction process. In the present paper, numerous saccharide receptors and the characters of the mutual interaction between saccharides and their receptors are summarized.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 2001;0(05):-
Lymphocytes from thymus, spleen, macrophages and endothelial cells w.ere incubated with the fluorescent probe of 911-FITC and the colouring method with flow cytometry and fluorescent microscope was reviewed in this paper. The results indicated that 911-FITC could specifically bind to lymphocytes, macrophages and endothelial cells. These findings suggested that 911 could play a immunomodulatory effect by direct combination with immu-nocytes.
