5.Distribution and Antibacterial Resistance of 326 Strains of Nosocomial Infection Pathogens
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(18):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of nosocomial infection pathogens. METHODS Statistical methods were used to analyz the data of pathogens origin and drug resistance from 2005 to 2007. RESULTS A total of 326 strains were isolated from 604 nosocomial infection cases (54.0%),from which the Gram-negative bacilli were predominate (44.1%). The isolation rate ot fungi and Gram-positie bacteria was 41.6% and 14.3%,respectiviely. The top three pathogens were the fungi (41.6%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa14.3%,and enterobacter (10.6%). The rate of ampicillin-resistant Escherichia coli was 100%.The isolation rate of MRSA and MRCNS was up to 100.0% and 80.0%. CONCLUSIONS Fungi is common high among pathogens.The emergence of drug-resistant pathogens will continue to be a serious problem,we must take it intimately.
6.Basic Research Progress on Electro-Acupuncture Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(2):405-410
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia, which affects more than 35 million people worldwide with increasing tendency. AD brings stupendous economic burden for both the society and family. It has become a major global public health issue. Electro-acupuncture (EA) therapy has been widely used in AD treatment with satisfactory results. Based on the basic research, this paper explored the therapeutic effect of EA in AD treatment from the learning ability and morphological changes in AD animal models. From the cholinergic neuronal apoptosis theory, inflammatory response theory, oxidative stress theory and other aspects, the action mechanism of EA in the treatment of AD animal models were reviewed. At last, limitations of EA in AD treatment were analyzed. It proposed the outlook of a new type of EA-music EA in AD treatment. It provided a new idea and method for AD clinical treatment.
7.Suppressing Function of Breast Cancer Metastasis Suppressor 1 in Breast Cancer Metastasis
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To review the recent studies on the suppressing function of breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1 (BRMS1) in breast cancer metastasis. Methods The recent literatures on the mechanisms of BRMS1 in the breast cancer that were published in and abroad were reviewed and summarized. Results BRMS1, similar to the other anti-metastasis genes, only suppresses the metastasis of breast cancer cells but has nothing to do with the growth of tumor. BRMS1 could suppress metastasis of tumor cells by reestablishing both the homospecific and the heterospecific gap junctional intercellular comminications (GJIC) and by altering the expressions of relevant metastasis genes in the breast cancer. Conclusion Further studies on BRMS1 may be helpful to understand the metastasis of breast cancer, which may provide a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
8.The manifestation of children with dental disease and the relevant therapeutic ways
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective: To inquire into the discrepancy in the behavior and therapeutic ways for the children at different age with dental diseases.Methods: 994 children at the age of 1~12 with dental diseases were divided into 3 groups on the base of their ages. Relevant therapeutic ways were taken according to their behavior. The influencing factors that made dental treatment finished smoothly were reached through analyzing the relationship among the children, the parents and the medical personals. Results: The manifestations of children's behavior had significant age differences when they received dental treatment. Non cooperative children constituted the majority of the infantile children, while the school age children were mostly cooperative. The ways chosen to treat children's dental diseases also had significant age differences. Compulsory means was the main way to treat infantile children and routine means to the pre school age and school age children. Inductive and threatening ways were always used for the non cooperative pre school age children. The non cooperative school age children were always received inductive means and seldom threatening and compulsory ones. The parents often accompanied with the infantile children, but did not with the pre school age and school age children. Conclusion: The age is a key factor to determine the clinical manifestations and the methods used to treat children's dental diseases.
9.Curative Effect of Chuankezhi Injection Combined with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
China Pharmacist 2015;(11):1938-1939,1940
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Chuankezhi injection combined with budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) . Methods:Totally 120 patients with COPD were ran-domly divided into two groups:the observation group inhaled budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation combined with intramuscular injection of Chuankezhi injection, and the control group inhaled budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhala-tion. The treatment course was 28 days. The pulmonary function indices [ FEV1% expected value, FEV1 /FVC, 6 min walking dis-tance (6MWD)], the times of acute exacerbation and the adverse drug reactions during the treatment were observed and compared be-tween the two groups. Results:After the treatment, the lung function and 6MWD were improved in the two groups, and the improve-ment of FEV1% expected value in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group [(59. 7+12. 1)% vs (49. 8+11. 3)%, P<0. 05]. The number of patients with at least once of acute exacerbation was significantly reduced in the treatment group when compared with that in the control group (35% vs 62%, P<0. 01). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups showed no significant difference. Conclusion:Chuankezhi injection combined with budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for in-halation can notably improve the lung function in the patients with COPD and reduce the times of acute exacerbation without effect on the incidence of adverse drug reactions.

Jing XU ; Jiang ZHENG ;
Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 1989;0(04):-
Objective To analyze the genetic diversity of snail populations from five provinces in China mainland. Methods Genomic DNA was amplified by random primer and the products were electrophoresed by 8% polyacrylamide and stained by 0.6% silver nitrogen. The results were recorded and analyzed. Results The average similarity and match percentage among the nine snail populations were 0. 721 4 and 0. 680 9 respectively. The cluster trees showed that the nine snail populations could be divided into three groups ; snails from Dali of Yunnan Province and Puge of Sichuan Province were the first isolated group; snails from Fuqing of Fujian Province and Dongtai of Jiangsu Province were clustered into the second group; the other four populations from Anhui Province and snails from Yixing of Jiangsu Province belong to the last group. Conclusion There is a large diversity among smooth-shelled snails in China although close relationship exists. The cluster trees gained by different snail populations are basically the same and consistent with the distribution of these populations. However, further study should be carried out on the cluster of smooth-shelled snails from Dongtai of Jiangsu Province.
