Objective: To investigate the relationship between vocabulary understanding ability and performance of theory-of-mind tests of children and to confirm the applicability of Chinese revision of Theory of Mind Tests in China. Methods: 100 children aged from 3 to 5 years in Harbin City in China completed the Chinese revision of Theory of Mind Tests and Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test(PPVT). Results:The pass rates of 'expression recognition' tests from 3 to 5 years groups were 100%, and that of 'expression reasoning' tests were 76%,97%,97%. There were 36%,76%,93% of children passed the 'place change' false belief tests and 15%,42%,59% of children passed the 'content change' false belief tests. Objective To explore the effects of health education combined with WeChat′s public platform in the management of risk factors in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group and there were 50 cases in each group by the random number table. The intervention group received health education about risk factors combined with WeChat′s public platform for 6 months. The control group received routine health education. Evaluate the control rate of blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid and the score of coronary heart disease self-management scale of the two groups before and after the intervention. Results At the 6th month after intervention, the control rate of blood pressure of the intervention group was 88.0％(44/50) and it of the case group was 70.0％(35/50).The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (χ2=4.882, P < 0.05). The score of coronary heart disease self-management scale of the intervention group was (102.44±8.22) points and it of the case group was (89.82±8.01) points . The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(t=7.776, P < 0.05). Conclusions The health education combined with WeChat′ s public platform contributed to help coronary heart disease patients to establish good self-management behavior and it can be widely used in the management of coronary heart disease risk factors.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effects of Yili dark bee propolis on the main cariogenic biofilm and mechanisms.

METHODSSusceptibilities to the ethanolic extract of propolis against Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans), Streptococcus sobrinus (S. sobrinus), Streptococcus sanguis (S. sanguis), Actinomyces viscosus (A. viscosus), and Actinomyces naeslundii (A. naeslundii) were analyzed by crystal violet stain method to determine the minimum biofilm eradication concentration (MBEC). The biofilm was initially cultivated for 24 h. Subsequently, the propolis groups with different concentration MBEC and initial pH 7.0 were cultured for 24 h. Moreover, the pH value was measured to evaluate the acid-producing ability of the tested plaque biofilm. The effects of propolis on the insoluble extracellular polysaccharide synthesis of S. mutans biofilm were evaluated by anthrone method.

RESULTSThe MBEC of Yili propolis on S. mutans, S. sobrinus, S. sanguis, A. viscosus, and A. naeslundii were 6.25, 1.56, 3.13, 0.78, and 0.78 mg.mL-1, respectively. Propolis could decrease the ΔpH of the tested plaque biofilm, and the differences between the control and propolis groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). At MBEC, propolis could reduce the ability of S. mutans in synthesizing insoluble extracellular polysaccharides.

CONCLUSIONYili propolis demonstrate remarkable eradicative effects on the cariogenic plaque biofilm, showing inhibition of the synthesis of biofilm-produced acids and insoluble extracellular polysaccharides.

Objective To investigate the relationship between head nurse's authentic leadership and degree of solidarity among nurses in operating room.Method A total of 120 nurses in the operation room of 3 general hospitals in Jiamusi City were enrolled in the study by way of the questionnaire on authentic leadership and the scale of solidarity.Results The mean score on the head nurse's authentic leadership (41.28 ± 8.48) was above the middle-high level.The mean score on the solidarity (68.67 ± 8.82) was in the middle-high level.There was a positive correlation between the head nurses' authentic leadership and the degree of solidarity among nurses in the operating room.Conclusion Hospital and nursing administrators should take active and effective measures to improve the leadership of head nurses so as to improve the degree of solidarity among nurses in the operating room as well as the quality of nursing.

Objective To understand the current situation and the main influencing factors of hospital staffs' scientific research work in a affiliated hospital of Xinjiang,so as to provide the basis for improving awareness and level of scientific research of hospital staffs.Methods Survey using stratified random sampling method,using self-questionnaire research capacity factors questionnaire, to investigate the status of project leaders' research capacity in a affiliated hospital of Xinjiang.Using frequencies and relative number described ability to research,using x2 to compare research level among the various metrics.Scientific research levels' multivariate analysis using Ordinal Logistic Regression Analysis.Results regarding of scientific research,low level of 14 people,accounting for 4.9％,the middle level of 158 people,accounting for 55％,a high level of 115 people,accounting for 40.1％.Univariate analysis showed that age,length of service,education level,job title,whether master instructor it is,the research team,the situation of foreign training and learning opportunities,foreign academic session (times),support from leadership and family,non-working time for research,the total research funding (ten thousands yuan),discipline level have impact on the level of scientific research work.Ordinal Logistic regression analysis showed that age,length of service,educational level,whether master instructor it is,the total research funding (ten thousands yuan),discipline level are the main factors on level of scientific research work.Conclusions The scientific research level needs to be further improved,the level of scientific research is affected by many factors.

Objective To evaluate the effect of transnasal optic nerve decompression for traumatic optic neuropathy in different surgery time. Methods The databases of the Cochrane library, Embase, PubMed, Wanfang Database, China Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Weipu Database(VIP) were searched for retrospective studies and clinical controlled trials. The search words included traumatic optic neuropathy, TON, eye traumas, transnasal endoscopicoptic decompression, TEOND, decompression of optic canal and endoscopy. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the data were extracted. The RevMan 5.3 was used to analyze the data. Results All of 1 087 studies were detected. Sixteen eligible studies were enrolled, including 803 eyes. Meta analysis showed that the recovery degree of visual acuity, curative effect in operation group within 7 d of trauma was obviously superior to the operation group 7 d after trauma (OR=2.78;95%CI:2.02-3.82;P<0.01). Conclusions Transnasal endoscopic optic nerve decompression in treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy should be operated as soon as possible, and it is better to operate within 7 d.

Objective Searching for natural anticariogenic agent has become a focus at home and abroad.The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Yili dark bee propolis on the main cariogenic bacteria . Methods ①The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Yili dark bee propolis on oral common cariogenic bacteria was detected by the liquid diffusion method.②The four different con-centrations lower than MIC were used to confect culture media with pH 7.0 and the normal culture media was used as control group .The pH and the changes of pH (ΔpH) were evaluated to detect the effect of Yili dark bee propolis on acid producing ability of tested bacteria .③The effects of propolis on extracellular polysaccharides synthesis of S.mutans and A.viscosus were evaluated by anthrone method. Results①The MIC of Yili dark bee propolis on S.mutans, S.sobrinus, S.sanguis, L.acidophilus, A.viscosus and A.naeslundii were 0.78, 0.39, 1.56, 0.39, 0.2, 0.2 mg/mL, respectively.The minimum bactericidal concentrations were 1.56, 0.78, 3.125, 0.78, 0.39 and 0.39 mg/mL.②The propolis could decrease theΔpH of tested bacteria, and the differences between propolis groups and control group were statis-tically significant (P<0.05).③The propolis could reduce the ability of S.m and A.viscosus synthtic extracellular polysaccharides at MIC, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Yili propolis could inhibit the growth, acid producing ability and polysac-charides synthesis of the main cariogenic bacteria to some extent, and it could be deemed as a natural anticariogenic agent.
