Objective To explore the master degree on knowledge of forensic medicine of clinical medical students who had been educated with it,and their suggestion to the course,to adjust the teaching reform in forensic medicine in medical college for nationalities. Methods This investigation was made by anonymous questionnaire in clinical medical students (224),who had accept forensic medicine course. Results The knowledge of forensic medicine of most clinical medical students in medical college for nationalities was good, yet it was not enough to them; and the present teaching method was too simple. Conclusion We should teach forensic medicine definitely for clinical medical students of medical college for nationalities with plentiful pictures and videos.

Objective To analyze the histopathology of patients with atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS),and provide evidence for further classification and clinical treatment of ASCUS.Methods The histopathology of cervical biopsy specimens from 249 patients with ASCUS diagnosed by liquid-based cervical cytology examination was analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 249 ASCUS patients, the proportion of patients with inflammation was 34.14% (85/249), morphological change by human papillomaviral infection was 19.28%(48/249), CIN I was 32.53%(81/249),CIN II was 8.84%(22/249),CIN III was 3.21%(8/249), infiltrating squamous cell carcinoma was 1.20%(3/249),and endometrioid adenocarcinoma was 0.80%(2/249) . Conclusion It is very important to to further definitude the diagnosis of ASCUS, because a certain proportion of cervical cancer and precancerous leisions woud be confirmed.

Objective To study the contraction of artery in colonic cancer. Methods Arteries in the cancer part and the cancer ambient part of patients with colonic cancer, the concentration-contractile curves induced by the noradrenaline(NA),sarafotoxin 6c(S6c) and endothelin-1(ET-1) in cumulative application were recorded by myograph. Results The E_(max) and pD_(2)of normal colonic artery contraction induced by NA were(97?19)% and(5.94)?0.17.The E_(max)and pD_(2) of contraction in colonic cancer artery was lower than that in cancer ambient artery(P0.05)).Conclusion The ?-adrenoceptor and ET_(A) receptor are main receptors mediating contraction in colonic cancer artery.

Objective To explore the effect and method of the theory teaching of general practice course for eight-year program of clinical medical students. Methods The course of General Medicine was set up for 87 students from two grades in their fourth school year. All of them attended a closed-book exami-nation when they finished the lectures. The satisfaction rates, necessity and the suggestion of teaching and assessment were collected from the questionnaire. Results The examination results of the two grade students were (80.92±7.26) and (83.76±5.75); The satisfaction rate was 40.2% (35/87); Necessity of the courses was between 3.6 to 4.1 (5-point-Likert-scale). The way of teaching method students chose was dif-ferent by course content. Conclusion The theory teaching of general practice course for eight-year program of clinical medical students needs more reform from curriculum designing, teaching methods, faculty train-ing and evaluation methods.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinicopathological features and the differential diagnosis of poroma and porocarcinoma.
METHODSHistopathological characteristics and clinical data of 35 cases of poroma and 10 cases of porocarcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.
RESULTSThe average age of 35 patients of poroma was 48 years. The average age of 10 patients of porocarcinoma was 65 years. Both poroma and porocarcinoma occured most frequently on the scalp and face,as well as the extremities. Histologically, cases of poroma were divided into three subtypes, including classic poroma (23 cases), hidroacanthoma simplex (3 cases) and dermal duct tumor (9 cases). Residual foci of benign poroma were found in all cases of porocarcinoma, most of which were classic poroma. The malignant components showed severe dysplasia and/or stromal infiltration.
CONCLUSIONThe diagnosis of poroma and porocarcinoma is mainly based on the microscopic characteristics. An invasive architectural pattern and/or significant cytologic pleomorphism are the most important clues for the diagnosis of porocarcinoma. Neither focal mitotic activity nor the presence of necrosis was the diagnostic feature of porocarcinoma. Malignant transformation can occur in some cases of long existing poroma with recent, rapid tumor enlargement.
