Objective To optimize purification technology of total lignans in Myristicae Semen; To study its anti-inflammatory effects. Methods Macroporous adsorption resin was used for enrichment and purification of total lignans in Myristicae Semen, with adsorption rate, desorption rate and content of total lignans as indexes. The resin type, concentration of eluent, sample weight and dosage of eluen were investigated. Anti-inflammatory effects were studied by determining swelling degree and inhibition rate of mice with ear swelling induced by xylene. Results Purification technology of total lignans was processed on type of AB-8 resin. 1 g crude extract was dissolved as sample; 40 mL preprocessed resin including 16 g resin was added and static adsorpted for 12 hours; 30% ethanol was used firstly to elute to colorless and then 300 mL 70% ethanol was used to elute; the eluent of 70% ethanol was collected. The purity of total lignans was 45.8%. There was statistical significance in ear swelling degree of total lignans in Myristicae Semen high-, medium-, and low-dosage groups compared with model group (P<0.05). Conclusion The purification technology of total lignans is stable and reproducible, and total lignans in Myristicae Semen has significant anti-inflammatory activity.

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of conscious sedation and intravenous anesthesia used to endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatiography (ERCP) in treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods A total of 100 cases of extrahepatic bile duct stones patients in treatment of ERCP were encoded by the group order,50 cases of odd used intravenous anesthesia (intravenous anesthesia group),intravenous injection of propofol; 50 cases of even used conscious sedation (conscious sedation group),muscle injection of diazepam and pethidine.Intraoperative reaction (extubation behavior,own postural changes),changes in vital signs,operating time,the success rate of stone and complication were observed in two groups.Results The incidence of intraoperative extubation behavior and own postural changes in conscious sedation group were significantly higher than those in intravenous anesthesia group [24％ (12/50) vs.2％ (1/50),18％ (9/50) vs.0],and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).The heart rate and mean artery pressure in two groups were decreased at 5 minutes after administration than that before operation,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no statistical significance at 10 min after entering the mirror and postoperative awake compared with before operation (P ＞ 0.05).Pulse oxygen saturation between two groups had no statistical significance (P ＞0.05).The success rate of stone in two groups were 98％ (49/50).Operating time in intravenous anesthesia group was obviously shorter than that in conscious sedation group [(38.2 ± 6.3) min vs.(49.1 ± 9.9) min] (P ＜ 0.01).The complications between two groups had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Conscious sedation and intravenous anesthesia can be used to ERCP in treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones,but intravenous anesthesia can obviously reduce patients discomfort,shorten the operation time.

By introducing life cycle management into national continuing medical educa-tion project management, we make management run through the whole life cycle of national continuing medical education project, namely five aspects of management from reporting and publishing, planning and publicity, holding and supervision, graduation and certificates, as well as summary and feedback, which plays an impor-tant role in standardizing the national continuing medical education project and improving the quality of the project.

Objective To investigate the effect of the examination mode which focuses on students' comprehensive skill and capability, and then provide some references for the consummation of the examination evaluation system of the course of pathogenic biology and immunology experiments. Methods Students of five-year class of stomatology of Grade 2009 were selected to sit the innovating examination. The evaluation of the effect was analysed by the way of a questionnaire. Results Many students set higher values on the innovating course arrangement and examination mode which improved their capacity of experimental design, operational technique, writing of laboratory reports, innovative ability and so on. Conclusion The innovating course arrangement and examination mode are superior compared to the old one and can improve students comprehensive ability.

This paper can also help the improvement of the quality management, the revision of the relevant department policy system and the improvement of standards.

Objective To evaluate the effect of extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation (ECPR) and conventional cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CCPR) on survival and neurological function in adult patients with cardiac arrest.Methods The PubMed and Web of Science were searched to collect relevant literature from Jan 1980 to Nov 2015,and two reviewers strictly distinguished the studies,assessed the quality of studies and picked up the valuable data for statistical analysis by using RevMan 5.0.Results A total of 8 studies involving 27 18 patients were included in our review.Of them,462 patients were treated with ECPR and 2 256 patients were cared with CCPR.The meta analysis showed that the survival discharge rate (OR =2.92,95％ CI:2.24-3.81,P ＜ 0.01),long-term survival rate (OR =2.97,95％ CI:2.11-4.19,P＜0.01) and neurological function status (OR=3.50,95％CI:2.36-5.81,P＜ 0.01) of ECPR (n =182) were better than those of CCPR (n =182).In 4 studies,propensity score matching was used to minimize bias and heterogeneity.The meta analysis also showed that the rate of ROSC,survival discharge rate,long-term survival rate and neurological function status in ECPR were superior over CCPR.Conclusions ECPR would be the excellent measures to improve ROSC rate,survival discharge rate,long-term survival rate and neurological outcome in adult victims with cardiac arrest.
