1.Document Analysis of89Cases Adverse Reaction Caused by Levofloxacin
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the general regularity and the characteristics of the adverse reaction resulted from Levofloxacin so as to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS:89cases of adverse reaction resulted from Levofloxacin covered by the medical and pharmaceutical periodical of recent10years were statistically classified and analyzed.RESULTS:The adverse reaction were mainly manifested as allergic reactions and symptoms in neural system, digestive system and respiratory system, and the adverse reaction were more likely to occur in the senile patients.CONCLU-SION:Great attention should be paid to the anti-bacteria effect of Levofloxacin and the danger posed by its adverse reaction in the clinic.

Objective To investigate the relationship between anti-lymphocyte antibody (ALA) and clinical and immunological parameters in primary Sj(o)gren syndrome (pSS).The significance of ALA and lymphopenia in pSS was explored. Methods Serum samples were obtained from 143 patients with pSS.Clinical and laboratory data were collected.Sera from 45 healthy individuals were collected as the controls.Serum ALA IgG was detected by indirect immunofluorescence test (IIFT).x2 test and t test were used for statistical analysis. The reasons of lymphopenia in pSS patients were analyzed. The correlation between ALA,lymphopenia and clinical manifestations as well as laboratory parameters was analyzed. Results ① Of the 143 pSS patients,25.2%(36/143) were serological positive for ALA,which was significantly higher than the normal group (6.5%,5/77) (x2=27.496,P<O.01).② The prevalence of leukopenia (55.6%,20/36),lymphopenia (77.8%,28/36),anti-nuclear antibody(80.5%,29/36) and C3 decrease(50.0%,18/36) was higher in pSS patients with ALA than those without (x2=8.296,25.348,3.929,3.866,P<0.05).③ 46.2%(66/143) patients had lymphopenia.Comparing with patients with normal lymphocyte count, the incidence of ALA positive, leukopenia,PLT decrease and anti-SSB antibodies positivity was significantly higher in patients with lymphopenia (x2=27.496,51.344,5.320,8.950,7.782; P<0.05).Conclusion The ALA is likely to be a meaningful sera marker for pSS patients with lymphopenia, and this suggests that it has an important role in the clinical progress of SS.

Objective To investigate the sensitivity and specificity of anti ? fodrin polypeptide antibody in Sjgren′s syndrome (SS) patients. Methods Synthesized ? fodrin polypeptide was used as substrate in enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect the specific antibody in sera of SS and other rheumatic diseases. Results Antibody against ? fodrin polypeptide were detected in 73% of patients with primary SS,40% of patients with secondary SS,19 5% of patients with SLE,29 5% of patients with RA,and 3 8% of normal blood donors. The positive rates of ? fodrin polypeptide antibody in primary and secondary SS (73% and 40%,respectively) were significantly higer than those in SLE,RA and normal controls ( P

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(17):77-79
Objective To observe the stressor characteristic of patients with maintained hemodialy-sis (MHD). Methods The Chinese version of bemodialysis stressor seale(HSS) was adopted among 436 bemodialysis participants and the results underwent analysis. Results Among 436 patients psychological stressors> physiological stressers > social stressors, the most severe stressors included the requirement of long-term dialysis, the rest showed sequence from high to low: medical cost, concerning about the future, changes in family responsibility and decrease in sexuality. The slightest stressors included decreased ability to procreate, being limited in some styles of clothing, arterial and venous stick, reversal in family role with the children and changes in body appearance. Significant differences existed in patients with different age, gender, education background, working status and economic status, it manifested as follows: the more elder-ly, the more severity of stress, male patients had more severe stress than the female, patients with higher e-ducation background showed lower stress level, patients who kept working had lower level of stress, pa-tients who had better economic status showed lower stress level. Conclusions MHD patients often expe-rience high stress levels. Some measures should be taken to help MHD patients to cope better with stress.

Chinese Journal of Internal Medicine 2008;47(5):366-368
Objective To compare the specificity and sensitivity of antibodies against SSA and SSB,anti-M3 receptor polypeptide antibodies,anti-α-fodrin(IgG)antibodies in primary SjSgren's syndrome (pSS).Methods One hundred and ten pSS patients(mean age was 49.2±14.8.mean disease duration was 5.6±4.6),80 systemic lupus erythmatosis(SLE)patients(mean age was 25.5 4-4.6,mean disease duration was 2.5±1.2)and 80 rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients(mean age was 44.6±3.5.mean disease duration was 4.2±1.1)were studied.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure these antibodies. Results The seropositive rates of anti-SSA,anti-SSB antibodies,anti-M3 receptor polypeptide antibodies and anti-α-fodrin(IgG)antibodies were 45.5%,30.9%,78.2%and 77.3%,respectivelv in pSS.They were much higher than those in RA and SLE patients(P<0.05).Specificities of SSA、SSB antibodies,anti-M3 receptor antibodies and anti-α-fodrin IgG were 83.8%,97.7%.92.0%and 90.O% respectively. With the combination of these antibodies in the diagnosis of pSS.the Sellsitivity can be increased at least to 88.2%and the specificity was not decreased significantly. Conclusion Combination of these antibodies can significantly improve the sensitivity of these antibodies in the diagnosis of pSS.Anti-SSA and SSB antibodies,anti-M3 receptor antibodies and anti-α-fodrin(IgG)antibodies are specific antibodies for the diagnosis of pSS.
