China Pharmacist 2017;20(3):565-567
Objective:To improve the quality standard for Shengji ointment. Methods:A TLC method was used to identify Resina draconis and Olibanum. An HPLC method was used to determine the content of silver sulfadiazine. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. The determination was performed on a Wondasil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid(8: 92). The injection volume was 5 μl. Results:The TLC spots were clear, specific and repro-ducible. A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak areas and the concentrations of sulfadiazine within the range of 40. 97-1024. 18 μg·ml-1(r=0. 9999). The average recovery was 100. 17% (RSD=0. 64%,n=6). Conclusion: The methods are easy-operated, specific, reproducible and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of the preparation.

Objective:To establish a GC method for determining the content of amantadine hydrochloride in pediatric paracetamol and amanatadine hydrochloride granules. Methods:The ingredients were separated on an Agilent DB-5 quartz capillary column (30 m ×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm), the carrier gas was N2,and the flow rate was 1 ml·min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 130℃, the injection temperature was 250℃,the detection temperature was 280℃ with an FID as the detector , the injection volume was 2 μl, and the split ratio was 20∶1. Results:A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of amantadine hydrochloride within the range from 0.103 2 to 6.456 0 mg·ml-1(r =0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.18%(RSD=0. 11%, n=6). Conclusion:The method is specific, accurate, reliable and reproducible, which can be used in the quality control of pediatric paracetamol and amanatadine hydrochloride granules.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2017;49(4):704-708
Objective:This study was based on digital orthodontic diagnosis work flow for indirect bonding transfer tray model design and three-dimensional (3D) printing, and the aim of this paper was to inspect the dimensional accuracyof 3D printed brackets, which is the foundation of the follow up work and hoped that will illuminate the clinical application of the digital orthodontics work flow. Methods: The samples which consisted of 14 cases of patients with malocclusion from Department of Orthodontics Peking University were selected, including 8 cases with tooth extraction and 6 cases without tooth extraction. All the 14 patients were taken intra-oral scan (Trios 3Shape,Denmark)and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT, NewTom 3G volumetric scanner, Aperio Service,Italy)shooting after periodontal treatment.STL data and DICOM data were obtained from intraoral scans and CBCT images.Data segmentation, registration, fusion, automatic tooth arrangement, virtual positioning of orthodontic appliance and conversion the coordinates of malocclusion model were all done with self-programming software. The data of 3D printing model with brackets on it were output finally and printed out with EDEN260V (Objet Geometries, Israel) to make indirect bonding transfer tray.Digital vernier caliper was used to measure the length and width of upper and lower left brackets and buccal tubes on those 3D models after removal of surrounding supporting material by ultrasonic vibration and water-spray.Intra-examiner reliability was assessed by using intra-class correlation coefficients (ICC), and one-sample T test was used to compare the measurements with the standard dimensional data of the brackets. Results: There were significant differences which range in 0.04-0.17 mm between the 13 items out of the 19 measurement items.Except for the length of the lower left premolars''brackets, mean values of the other items were greater than the test value. Conclusion: Although the measurement results in the width of brackets and the width and length of the buccal tubes obtained experimentally were slightly larger than the test value, this may not reduce the accuracy of indirect bonding procedure in clinic necessarily.Whether the differences which range in 0.04-0.17 mm would actually affect the retention and positioning of brackets needs to be confirmed by further studies.

National Journal of Andrology 2016;22(1):57-62
Studies of biological feedback (BF) for the treatment of chronic prostatitis (CP) are occasionally reported have exhibited some related problems. This article presents an evaluation of the published literature on the BF treatment of CP at home and abroad in the aspects of instrument, method, application, effect, function, and mechanism. UROSTYMTM and MyoTrac are often employed and their operating paths are basically the same. NIH prostate symptom scores, urinary function, pain, sexual function, immune function, prostate fluid, and other indicators are generally used for the analysis of the effects of BF alone or in combination with other therapies on CP and its related symptoms. Either BF alone or BF combined with other therapies can promote urination, reduce pain, improve the quality of life, attenuate inflammation, improve sexual function, adjust immunity, and lessen physical and chemical stimulation. However, the relevant literature is of low quantity and quality, the reported studies are not standardized, and exploration of the action mechanisms is neglected.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2009;44(12):1313-1319
The inhibition of protein degradation through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway is a recently developed approach to cancer treatment which extends the range of cellular target for chemotherapy. This therapeutic strategy is very interesting since the proteasomes carry out the regulated degradation of unnecessary or damaged cellular proteins, a process that is dysregulated in many cancer cells. Based on this hypothesis, the proteasome complex inhibitor Bortezomib was approved for use in multiple myeloma patients by FDA in 2003. Drug discovery programs in academy and the pharmaceutical industry have developed a range of synthetic and natural inhibitors of the 20S proteasome core particle that have entered human clinical trials as significant anti-cancer leads. The main results from the use of proteasome inhibition in cancer chemotherapy, the structure of several proteasome inhibitors and their synthesis is going to be reviewed in this paper.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of methylmalonic academia in adolescence cases. Methods 4 cases were diagnosed methylmalonic academia by gas chromatography- masss pectrogram whose clinical, manifestations and treatment process were analyzed. Results The main clinical manifestations in 4 cases with methylmalonic academia were intellect impairment, epilepsy, pyramid signs; 2 of them suffered with hypopsia and optic atrophy, one of them suffered with papilledema. Symptoms were improved after treated with cobamamide and L-carnitine in all the 4 cases 1 months later. Conclusions The main clinical characteristics of methylmalonic academia in adolescence were intellect impairment, epilepsy and pyramid signs. The symptoms could be improved after treatment.

ObjectiveTo investigate the practicability of gastric intubation with zebra-guidewire under the induction of anesthesia with sevoflurane (zebra-guidewire was the obsolete guide wire in percutaneous nephrolithotomy in urology surgery). MethodsThe patients who needed gastric intubation were randomized into the experimental group and the control group with 20 patients in each group.the experimental group received gastric intubation with zebra- guidewire under the induction of anesthesia with sevoflurane. In the control group, the gastric tubes were catheterized with routine method. The physiological indices changes, incidence rate of adverse reaction and success rate of one-time catheterization and average time of catheterization per patient were compared between the two groups. ResultsIn patients of the experimental group, the blood pressure, heart rate before and during the intubation did not fluctuate evidently, but in the control group the results were the opposite. In the experimental group the incidence rate of adverse reaction, success rate of one-time catheterization and average time of catheterization per patient were superior to the control group. ConclusionsGastric intubation under the induction of anesthesia with sevoflurane was a painless way of gastric intubation.Gastric intubation with zebra-guidewire under anesthesia state was simple and fast.
