2.Advances on correlation between Girdin protein and breast cancer
Practical Oncology Journal 2016;30(1):57-60
Girdin protein is a kind of actin binding protein, which has the complex molecular structure and takes part in a variety of signaling pathways related with causing cancer. The biological characteristics of Gir-din protein have close association with the proliferation and invasion of malignant tumor.Recent studies have shown that Girdin protein is closely related with occurrence and progress of breast cancer.Girdin protein expres-sion in breast cancer cells can not only promote the progress of breast cancer, but also affect the lymph node me-tastasis and prognosis. Therefore Girdin protein is expected as an independent biomarker to provide a new direc-tion for breast cancer treatment.

4.Study of cognitive dysfunction and its features in patients with age-related cerebral white matter changes
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2010;29(11):912-915
Objective To explore the relationship between age-related cerebral white matter changes (ARWMC) and cognitive function, observe the features of cognitive impairment in ARWMC patients, and provide evidences for preventing and treating cognitive impairment in elderly people. Methods Fifty patients with ARWMC were divided into mild-to-moderate group (n= 26, ARWMC score 1-10) and severe group (n= 24, ARWMC score> 10) based on the ARWMC scale of CT/MRI scans. Twenty healthy elderly people, who underwent physical examination in hospital, were selected as control group. The cognitive function was evaluated using Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA,Beijing version). Cognitive functions were compared between patients with ARWMC at different extents and the controls. The correlation between severity of ARWMC and cognitive function, the characteristics of cognitive impairment in patients with ARWMC were analyzed. Results The cognitive function in patients with ARWMC was impaired significantly (the MoCA scores were 26.60±1.23 in control group, 23. 19±2. 62 in mild-to-moderate group and 19.83±3. 09 in sever group, F =39. 930, P = 0. 000). The severity of ARWMC was negatively related with MoCA score (r =-0. 476, P=0. 000). The patients showed cognitive impairment especially in the visuoconstructional and executive functions (F= 13. 189, P<0.05), delayed recall (F=32.340, P<0.05) and orientation (F= 15.813, P<0. 05). Conclusions ARWMC is related with cognitive impairment. The severity of white matter changes is correlated with worse cognitive function.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(13):60-62
Objective To understand the comprehensive quality status of community nurses in Chongqing and seek the development strategy of community nursing education. Methods Related infor-marion was collected through questionnaire investigation in 104 community nurses from 9 community health service center and 18 community health station. Results The mastering degree of various community nursing knowledge was different among nurses with different education background and different profession-al titles (P < 0.05).More than 80% nurses considered it necessary to cultivate comprehensive technique of special courses ,the ability to cope with community emergencies and self-development in their work.78.9% nurses thought they should reinforce the ability in predicting potential problems in community and solving problems by theirselves, Conclusions We need to strengthen the work belief of community nurses, perfect training conditions, optimize course contents and cultivate nurses' comprehensive ability purposely.
7.Effect of Continuous Positive Airway Pressure in the Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syn-drome Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease
China Pharmacist 2016;19(6):1105-1107
Objective:To explore the application value of continuous positive airway pressure ( CPAP) in the treatment of obstruc-tive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS ) complicated with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:Totally 50 patients with OSAHS complicated with CHD from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and CPAP group with 25 ones in each .The patients in the control group were treated with the conventional drug therapy for coronary heart disease , while those in CPAP group were treated with CPAP additionally .After 6-month treatment, PSG index, clinical symptoms, arrhythmia and ischemia electrocardiogram changes of the patients in the two groups were compared .Results:After the 6-month treatment , AHI and oxygen desaturation index in CPAP group were significantly decreased when compared with those before the treatment , and the min-imum value of SaO2 and the average value of SaO 2 were higher than those before the treatment (P<0.01), and the above indices were better than those in the control group (P<0.01).The incidence rate of chest pain and chest tightness , arrhythmia, times of myocardi-al ischemia in a day and time of myocardial ischemia in a day were decreased after the treatment (P<0.01), and the decrease in CPAP group was more notable than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion: CPAP combined with the conventional drug therapy for coronary heart disease can improve the oxygen concentration and reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia in the patients with OSAHS with CHD , which can be widely used in clinics .
8.The regulation of Cathepsin B on cell apoptosis induced by SAHA in breast cancer cell line MCF-7
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2016;32(8):1086-1090
Aim To clarify the regulation role of ca-thepsin B ( Cat B ) in cell proliferation and apoptosis induced by SAHA in ER-positive breast cancer cell line MCF-7.Methods MTT was used to screen the optimal concentration and treatment time of SAHA . The expression levels of related proteins were deter-mined by ELISA , and the morphological changes were observed through time-lapse live cell imaging acquisi-tion.Cell viability and apoptosis assay in MCF-7 cells were assessed by Muse Cell Analyzer with SAHA and /or Cystatin C treatment .Results MTT assay showed that the anti-tumor efficacy of SAHA was significant . The optimal concentration and treatment time were 10μmol? L-1 and 24 h respectively . ELISA assay showed that SAHA could induce expression of Cat B in MCF-7 cells.Real-time live-cell imaging experiments demonstrated that the combination treatment of Cystatin C and SAHA significantly resumed the inhibitory effect caused by SAHA alone .Cytology test showed that SA-HA alone obviously depressed the cell viability and in-duced apoptosis . However , the effect was reversed with the combination of Cystatin C .Conclusion Cat B plays an important role in apoptosis induced by SAHA in ER +breast cancer cells MCF-7.

The interval between 2 injections was 3 days. Before treatment, the residual volume of urine after voiding was determined and the maximum urethral pressure was measured by urodynamic testing. One month after treatment the examination mentioned above was repeated. Results The decrease in residual volume of urine was (133.3?70.9)ml.The decrease in maximum urethral pressure was (35.4?25.8)cmH 2O(both P
10.Correlation of NDRG1 gene with liver tissue differentiation and hepatocarcinogenesis
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(05):-
Objective: To detect the expression profile of NDRG1 gene in different tissues and cell lines and explore the relationship of NDRG 1 with liver tissue differentiation and hepatocarcinogenesis. Methods: The expression profiles of NDRG 1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues, paired noncancerous liver (PNL) tissues, adult normal liver (NL) tissues, baby mouse liver tissues and fetal liver tissues in different developmental stages and cultured cell lines were performed using RT PCR and Northern Blot analysis. Results: Expression of NDRG 1 was significantly up regulated in HCC tissues compared to that of NL tissues and PNL tissues, however, the expressions of NDRG1 in NL and PNL tissues showed no evident difference. In ten cell lines, the highest expression was in the 293T human kidney cell line, the next one in liver cell L02, and the lowest one in the undifferentiated HLE cell line. Expression of NDRG1 in liver tissues enhanced with the development of the baby mouse and human fetus. Conclusion: NDRG 1 is probably related to the liver cell differentiation and is highly expressed in the specific stage of the differentiation. However, it could not be recognized as a marker of differentiation. The high expression of NDRG 1 in HCC indicates that HCC is not just distributed to a simple de differentiation. Much more study is necessary in understanding the comprehensive relationship of the disorder proliferation and differentiation of HCC and the related genes.
