OBJECTIVE:To investigate the influence and safety of etomidate or sevoflurane combined with sacral or epidural block anesthesia on anesthesia effects and inflammatory factors. METHODS:160 children undergoing surgery selected from our hospital during Feb. 2012 to Dec. 2015 were divided into group A and B according to random number table,with 80 cases in each group. Group A was given etomidate 3 mg/(kg·h)for anesthesia maintenance+sacral or epidural block;group B received sevoflu-rane inhalation 1%-3% for anesthesia maintenance+sacral or epidural block. The anesthesia effects were compared between 2 groups as well as the levels of serum S100β,NSE,Aβ and inflammatory factors before and after surgery. The occurrence of ADR was observed. RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in SpO2 between 2 groups before and after surgery(P>0.05). The anesthesia induction time,postoperative recovery time and heart rate of group A were significantly longer or higher than those of group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the levels of serum S100β,NSE,Aβ and inflammatory factors between 2 groups before surgery(P>0.05). After surgery,the levels of serum S100β,NSE,Aβ,CRP,IL-2 and IL-6 were significantly increased in 2 groups,and group A was significantly higher than group B,with statistical significance (P<0.05);there was no statistical significance in TNF-α before and after surgery or between 2 groups (P>0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Sevoflurane combined with sacral or epidural block anesthesia is better than etomi-date combin ation anesthesia,with in mild inflammatory reaction and good safety.

Objective:To observe the effect of combined Sanjin Tablets and antibiotic on women with urinary tract infection after sex life. Methods: 306 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group, taking oral SanJin Tablets and intravenous drip of ciprofloxacin, and the control group only ciprofloxacin given by intravenous drip, treatment course lasted for half a month. Results: In the treatment group, the total effective rate reached 96.77% and the rate of symptomatic improvement was 100.00%, and those indexes in the control group can only reached 80.00% and 82.35% respectively. Objective To investigate the effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)on the recovery of neurological function and the expression of neurofilament protein(NFP)-200 in rats with cerebral infarction.Methods The string-fastening method was used to establish focal ischemia-reperfusion models in 60 Sprague-Dawley rats and the rats were divided into the TMS group and the sham TMS group(composed of 30 rats each).Then each group were divided into the treated 1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d and 21 d subgroups(composed of 6 rats each).TMS group rats were administered with 2 sessions of TMS(200 pulses total)daily,keeping on corresponding days in different groups.The recovery of neurological function and the optical density of NFP-200 by immunohistochemistry in the infarct peripheral zone in two groups were detected after therapy.Results At the 14 d and 21 d after treatment,neurological deficit scores of TMS group(2.67?0.82,1.50?0.55) were significantly lower than those of the sham TMS group(3.67?0.52,3.17?0.75)(P

Objective To explore the changes of serum leptin level in patients with diabetic microangiopathy.Methods A total of 90 subjects were assigned to three groups which included 30 healthy controls,30 diabetic patients without microangiopathy and 30 patients with diabetic microangiopathy.The studing groups were matched for sex and BMI.The level of serum leptin ,ⅣC,insulin and glucose of these patients were measured,and the correlation between serum leptin level and other indexes was analyzed.Results The level of serum leptin in controls,diabetic patients without microangiopathy and patients with diabetic microangiopathy were (7.20?2.11) ?g/L, (7.95?3.78)?g/L and (10.26?4.37)?g/L respectively .The patients with diabetic microangiopathy had higher serum leptin levels than in the diabetic patients without microangiopathy( t =2.18, P

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 153 Sm-EDTMP treatment on pain palliation in the patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer, breast cancer or prostate cancer. Methods 166 patients with bone metastasis of cancers were intravenously injected 18.5～37 MBq/kg (0.5～1.0 mCi/kg ) body weight of 153 Sm-EDTMP, once a month or two months. Results The effective rate of pain palliation of 153 Sm-EDTMP treating bone metastasis of lung cancer, preast cancer and prostate cancer were 68.5%, 89.3% and 100%, respectively. Objectives To study the clinical and pathological features of patients with ANCA-negative pauci-immune crescentic glomerulonephritis.Methods ANCA was detected and the clinical and pathological features were analyzed in 33 patients with pauci-immune crescentic glomerulonephritis.Results Of the 33 patients with pauci-immune crescentic glomerulonephritis, 15(45%) were ANCA negative, which accounted for 15% of the patients with crescentic glomerulonephritis. Of the 15 patients with negative ANCA,9 had multi-system involvement and 6 were clinically limited to kidney only. Renal biopsies showed small vessel vasculitis in 2 patients. After intensive immunosuppressive therapy, one out of thirteen patients was cured,six achieved clinical remission,while the other 6 became dialysis dependent.Conclusions The clinical and pathological features of the patients with ANCA-negative pauci-immune crescentic glomerulonephritis are similar to those with ANCA-positive,while the ages of these patients are younger and the prognosis poorer.
