The acupuncture-moxibustion serum has received wide attention as a new idea and method. Its application on researches in vivo and the treatment of disease not only has an important theory value, but also provides new ideas for overcoming the limitations of researches in vivo and some disease's treatment. Literature regarding the basic research of acupuncture-moxibustion serum for last more than 10 years is reviewed, and the effects of acupuncture-moxibustion serum on respiratory system, digestive system, cardiovascular system, nervous system, immune system, anti-aging, bone metabolism and anti-cancer are summarized, hoping to provide references for clinical treatment and evidence-based medicine.

Objective To establish a multiple regression equation of long delayed recall of the amnestic mild cognitive impairment,in order to predict the scores.Methods 248 old people were investigated by convenience sampling.Auditory verbal learning test (AVLT) was used to evaluate the ability of memory of the old people,and their general demographic data were collected.Multivariate linear regression analysis was conducted,the regression model was established and AVLT-long delayed recall scores (N5) to the predicted value got from the 3 times scores of study stage scores (N1,N2,N3) and short delayed recall (N4) of Auditory Verbal Learning Test were compared.Results The multiple linear regression equation between the variables was established.There was no significant difference between N5 and the predicted value.Conclusions N2,N3,N4 could be used to predict N5 during screening of amnestic mild cognitive impairment to make the screening process faster and briefer.When the score ≤4 points,the screening continues,if the score ＞5 points,the screening ceases in order to improve the efficiency of screening.

Objective To investigate the causes and treatment methods of complications induced by the long-pulsed alexandrite laser on hair removal. Methods A total of 2 562 patients (3 279 sites) with unwanted hairs were treated by the long-pulsed alexandrite laser. Wave length was 755 nm. With 20 msec pulse width. 12. 5 mm spot size, 12. 0-16. 5 J/cm2 treatment energy, and 50-60 days intermitted between each treatment. Results There were 242 patients with complications such as erythema, eruption, blister, bulla, hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation, and scar. Conclusion The long-pulsed alexandrite laser on hair removal is effective and safe, and the correct procedures of treatment can reduce the complications.

Objective To establish an expression system of TCRγ9/δ2-Fc protein by baculovirus vector ex-pression system and identify biological function of expressed TCRγ9/δ2-Fc protein. Methods γ9Fc and 82 (OT3) Fc gene fragments were amplified by overlap PCR and inserted into expression vector pBACp10ph. The recombinant plasmid pBACp10ph-γ9/δ2(OT3)-Fc and the baculovirus DNA were co-transfected into st9 cells. The expression position of TCRγ9/δ2 (OT3)-Fc was identified by Western blot and the expression efficiency of γ9Fc and δ2 (OT3) Fc was tested by flow cytometry (FCM). Furthermore, the binding activity of TCRγ9/δ2 (OT3)-Fc protein with SKOV3 ceils and MNS protein was evaluated with laser scanning confocal microslopy and surface plasmon resonance (SPR). Results The recombinant vector pBACp10ph-γ9/δ2(OT3)-Fc was constructed and TCRγ9/δ2(OT3)-Fc protein was expressed in sf9 ceils. However, the expression efficiency of γ9Fc and 82 (0T3) Fc was quite differ-ent. It was proved that purified TCRγ9/δ2 (OT3)-Fc protein can bind with SKOV3 cell and MNS protein. Conclu-sion TCRγ9/δ2-Fc protein is successfully expressed in baculovirus vector expression system and TCRγ9/δ2-Fc protein can simulate the binding activity of TCR in vitro.

Objective To explore the relationship between the change of serum ferritin level and acute lung injury.Methods 192 cases living hospital patients with critical factor of acute lung injury were divided into two groups:acute lung injury group(study group,52 cases)and having critical factor of acute lung injury but not devel- oped acute lung injury group(control group,140 cases).50 people at the same time were selected as normal group. AIM: To explore the influence of CD47 molecules on the maturation and function of cultured dendritic cells (DCs). METHODS: Monocyte cell-derived DCs were propagated in granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) plus interleukin (IL)-4, in the presence or absence of anti CD47 monoclonal antibodies (anti-CD47 mAbs). Flow cytometry was used to detect the cell surface phenotype. The concentration of IL-12P70 in supernatant was measured by ELISA technique. Objective To explore the infiltration and apoptosis of eosinophilia(EOS)and the influence of death receptor(Fas) and B cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) expression after Belamcanda and Ephedra Decoction on asthma rats.Methods40 healthy rats of Holland were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into four groups: control group,asthma model group, dexamethasone group,Belamcanda and Ephedra Decoction group with 10 rats in each group.Rat asthma model was prepared by repeated stimulation of egg protein,the symptoms of asthma in each group were evaluated;the number of EOS infiltration in lung tissue was detected by staining method;EOS apoptosis was detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) method;Blot Western was used to detect the expression of Fas and Bcl-2 protein;the flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of EOS in rat.ResultsCompared with the rats in the model group, dexamethasone group, Belamcanda and Ephedra Decoction group rats asthma symptoms were significantly reduced, scores were significantly lower (P< 0.05),there was no significant difference between Dexamethasone group and sheganmahuang Decoction group.In the asthma model group,the number of EOS infiltration and EOS% in venous blood and lung tissue were significantly higher than those in control group,EOS apoptosis rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05).In Dexamethasone group,Belamcanda and Ephedra Decoction group infiltration number of EOS and EOS% were significantly lower than that of model group but higher than the control group, the apoptosis rate of EOS protein was significantly higher than the model group and the control group (P< 0.05),there was no significant difference between Dexamethasone group and sheganmahuang Decoction group.The expression of Fas in dexamethasone group,Belamcanda and Ephedra Decoction group was significantly higher than the control group and model group (P< 0.05),Bcl-2 protein was significantly lower than the control group and model group (P< 0.05),there was no significant difference between Dexamethasone group and sheganmahuang Decoction group.Cell flow cytometry showed that the control group had no cell apoptosis,a large number of apoptotic cells were appeared after Belamcanda and Ephedra Decoction treat with.ConclusionBelamcanda and Ephedra decoction can induce apoptosis of EOS expression,it may be associated with the upregulation of Fas, downregulation of Bcl-2 expression.
