1.Effect of Compound Aescin Gel on Massage of the Commonly Encountered Diseases in Orthopedic Traumatology
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(4):343-344
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of compound Aescin gel on the massage of the commonly encountered diseases in orthopedic traumatology.MethodsAll 219 patients (acute sprain of waist, radiohumeial epicondylitis, frozen shoulder) were divided into the treatment group (n=112) and control group (n=107). The treatment group was treated with compound Aescin gel in massage treatment, and the control group treated only with massage.ResultsThe recovery rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionCompound Aescin gel used in massage can improve effect of commonly encountered diseases in orthopedic traumatology.
2.Analysis on composition and medication regularities of prescriptions treating hypochondriac pain based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system inheritance support platform.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(6):1203-1206
To analyze the composition and medication regularities of prescriptions treating hypochondriac pain in Chinese journal full-text database (CNKI) based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system, in order to provide a reference for further research and development for new traditional Chinese medicines treating hypochondriac pain. The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform software V2. 0 was used to build a prescription database of Chinese medicines treating hypochondriac pain. The software integration data mining method was used to distribute prescriptions according to "four odors", "five flavors" and "meridians" in the database and achieve frequency statistics, syndrome distribution, prescription regularity and new prescription analysis. An analysis were made for 192 prescriptions treating hypochondriac pain to determine the frequencies of medicines in prescriptions, commonly used medicine pairs and combinations and summarize 15 new prescriptions. This study indicated that the prescriptions treating hypochondriac pain in Chinese journal full-text database are mostly those for soothing liver-qi stagnation, promoting qi and activating blood, clearing heat and promoting dampness, and invigorating spleen and removing phlem, with a cold property and bitter taste, and reflect the principles of "distinguish deficiency and excess and relieving pain by smoothening meridians" in treating hypochondriac pain.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2015;21(5):277-280
Objective To investigate the effect of cosmetic surgery on the facial soft tissue injuries. Methods The clinical data of 52 patients with facial soft tissue injuries from June 2013 to June 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. And plastic surgical techniques were applied to the early treatment of facial soft tissue injuries in patients, according to the size of defect and the degree of deformity of the patients, different plastic surgery treatment was chosen, such as skin flap or skin graft to repair wound surfaces. In this process, one must follow sterile noninvasive principle strictly with emphasis on the technique of plastic surgery such as entire debridement, wound healing application of skin flap and so on.Results Total 49 cases of facial soft tissue injuries were healed by first intention without significant complications, while 4 cases of them had mild scars.Absorbable suture exposition appeared in 3 patients after primary healing. Those sutures were romoved after disinfected and no sequelaes were happened. All patients were recovered with good appearances and functions to the most exent. Conclusions The treatment of facial soft tissue injuries,by applying plastic and aesthetic surgery, could reduce scar and postoperative deformity, and secondary corrective procedures can be avoided in most patients.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(6):95-97
Objective To investigate relationship between microRNA-200c and ZEB1 in cervical epithelial mesenchymal transition factor. Methods 50 cases diagnosed with cervical cancer whose tumor tissue were taken to be the experiment group.50 cases diagnosed with uterine myoma whose normal tissue were taken to be the control group.ZEB1 and microRNA-200c of uterine tissue were were detected. Results The average level of ZEB1 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and in cervical cancer, lymph node metastasis and the depth of myometrial invasion had statistically significant (P<0.05).In experimental group, microRNA-200c average was lower than control group (P<0.05), and in cervical cancer, different pathological grade group, lymph node metastasis and deep muscular layer infiltration had statistically significant(P<0.05).In experimental group, ZEB1 and microRNA-200c showed negative correlation(r =-0.270 P =0.001).Conclusion The expression level of ZEB1 in cervical cancer is higher, and the expression level of microRNA-200c in cervical cancer is lower, suggesting that the two factors may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer. The correlation between the two factors suggests that microRNA-200c may be involved in the process of cervical cancer by ZEB1.

OBJECTIVE:A pharmacoeconomical analysis was performed to evaluate three therapeutic schemes for preventing post-appendectomy infections in children METHODS:The study included 119 children undergoing appendectomy According to the pathological results of appendix, they were divided into group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,and treated with three different schemes respectively The schemes consisted of A:cefazolin+benzylpenicillin+metronidazole,B:cefotaxime+benzylpenicillin+metronidazole and C:cefazolin+benzylpenicillin+metronidazole+claforan These three schemes were assessed with pharmacoeconomic evaluation RESULTS:As for group Ⅰ,scheme A and B were better than scheme C As for group Ⅱ,scheme A was the best CONCLUSION:Application of pharmacoeconomics will optimize therapeutic scheme and guide rational use of drugs

Objective To re-evaluate the diagnoses of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and nonradiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA) and analyze the incidence and reason of misdiagnosis. Methods Patients who were previously diagnosed as AS and nr-axSpA before referrals to Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH) were re-evaluated by three rheumatologists of PUMCH according to the modified New York criteria for AS and Assessment of SpondyloArthritis international Society (ASAS) axial SpA classification criteria for nr-axSpA.Results Totally 87 prior AS patients and 53 prior nr-axSpA patients were enrolled in this study. After re-evaluation,57 patients were still diagnosed as AS and 16 patients were still diagnosed as nr-axSpA.The misdiagnosis incidences were 34.48% and 69.81%,respectively.The misdiagnosis incidence of nr-axSpA was higher than that of AS (P < 0.01).Conclusions The misdiagnosis of AS were mainly due to the misjudgment of sacroiliac joints by CT.The misdiagnosis of nr-axSpA were mainly due to the misjudgment of sacroiliac joints by magnetic resonance imaging. Moreover, the misuse of ASAS axial SpA classification criteria contributed to the misdiagnosis also.
