2.A study on the transformation of scientific research function for medical institutions
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2015;28(5):366-370
Objective To analyze the transformation of the function of research management department in medical institutions based on the knowledge management. Methods The value chain is introduced to portray the functions of research management department, and a survey is employed to collect existing problems in research management. Results Lack of knowledge management is main reason that limits the research development in medical institutions. Conclusions It is very important to re define the strategy for conducting the research in the medical institutions and to improve the knowledge management in those medical institutions.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(7):802-807
Many specific therapeutic antibody drugs have been developed for different indications. In drug development, it has been found that the antibody isotype framework can not only affect the physical and chemical properties of therapeutic antibodies, but also influence the activity and therapeutic effect. As a result, IgG isotype selection should be considered carefully in antibody drug development strategies. Because of the unique biological characteristics, IgG4 isotype has been used in some therapeutic antibodies for which effector functions are not desired. In order to provide new ideas for the development of antibody drugs, the research and application progress of IgG4 isotype in therapeutic antibody drug development has been reviewed.

Objective To investigate the serum calcium absorption level ,distribution level and nutritional status of 25‐hydroxy vitamin D and parathyroid hormone (PT H ) in pregnant and puerperal women .Methods A total of 740 healthy pregnant women and puerperal women in the perinatal clinic of our hospital from September 2014 to August 2015 were recruited as the observation group and divided into second trimester group ,third trimester group and puerperal group .Contemporaneous 100 healthy non‐preg‐nant women were chosen as the control group .The levels of serum 25‐hydroxy vitamin D and PTH in all research subjects were de‐tected by using the electrochemiluminescence method .Then the differences of detection results were compared among various groups .Results The serum 25‐hydroxy vitamin D level was (57 .9 ± 18 .2)nmol/L in the second trimester group ,(39 .4 ± 15 .0) nmol/L in the third trimester group ,(65 .1 ± 19 .6)nmol/L in the puerperal group and (78 .6 ± 16 .2)nmol/L in the control group , the differences among groups were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The serum PTH level in the third trimester group was higher than that in the second trimester group ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Serum calci‐um ,magnesium and alkaline phosphatase levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group with statistical‐ly significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Pregnant and puerperal women usually have low levels of calcium and magnesium ,and 25‐hy‐droxy vitamin D deficiency .It is necessary to supply vitamin D and other mineral elements when taking calcium supplement .

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 2010;17(1):109-114
miRNA is a kind of endogenous non-coding short RNA. Mature miRNA was formed through the process of shearing and transporting after genetic transcription. miRNA exhibits many important biological functions through regulating expression and translation of target mRNAs. Different miRNAs may act as oncogenes or antioncogenes, and have tissue specificity. The progress of the tumorigenesis is usually accompanied by expression-profile changes of miRNAs. MiRNA regulates many tumor biological behaviors such as differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, invasion, metastasis, and drug resistance of tumors. Furthermore, some miRNAs have clinical significance in predicting prognosis of tumor patients.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the bioequivalence of the domestic pidotimod granules with the imported pidotimod syrup as control.METHODS:20 healthy male volunteers were treated with a single dose(800 mg)of pidotimod granules(test formulation)or pidotimod syrup(reference formulation)by a randomized crossover design, with plasma concentrations of pidotimod determined by HPLC and pharmacokinetic parameters of pidotimod computed, and the bioequivalence between two formulations was evaluated using DAS2.0 program.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetic parameters of the reference formation vs.the test formulation of pidotimod were expressed as follows:t1/2(2.70?0.80)h vs.(2.62?0.84)h;Cmax(4.04?0.59)?g?mL-1 vs.(3.87 ?0.66)?g?mL-1;tmax(2.28?0.44)h vs.(2.13 ?0.43)h;AUC0~14(22.11?4.20)mg?h?L-1 vs.(23.00?4.25)mg?h?L-1;AUC0~∞(22.85?4.42)mg?h?L-1 vs.(23.83?4.52)mg?h?L-1.The relative bioequivalence of the test formulation as against the control was(106.08?22.05)%.CONCLUSION:The pidotimod granules and pidotimod syrup are bioequivalent.
