1.Clinical analysis of 52 cases of placental abruption

Objective To investigate the causes and characteristic of placental abruption.Methods Clincal data of 52 patients with placental abruption were retrospectively analyzed.Results Compared with other incentives,gestational hypertension disease(especially in the severe group)had a significant difference (P < 0.05),but in this group of materials due to placental premature rupture caused by placental abruption are light;on two groups of children to mode of delivery were compared,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05) ;on two groups of maternal postpartum were compared,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05) ; the two group of fetuses were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).On 7 cases of fetal asphyxia of active treatment were cured.Conclusion In order to further reduce the incidence of placental abruption should the knowledge of this disease is caused take seriously,strengthen to the prevention of the disease as well as publicity and education,and further improve the prenatal diagnosis and treatment level,as the child 's life to provide security protection.
2.Effect of sonodynamic therapy with hematoporphrin on the expression of VEGF in chick chorioallantoic membrane

Objective:To investigate the effect of sonodynamic therapy with hematoporphrin on the expression of VEGF in Chick Chorioallantoic Membrane and provide experimental basis for appling sonodynamic therapy(SDT)on anti-angiogenesis in tumor therapy.Methods:The hatching eggs cultured for 7 days were randomly divided into 4 groups:blank control group,ultrasound group,hematoporphrin group,sonodynamic therapy group.The express of VEGF in CAM was detected by immunity histochemistry.Result:There were significant differences between control group and ultrasound group(P0.05),conclusion The results show that sonodynamic therapy with hematoporphrin has a significant inhibitionary effect on the express of VEGF in CAM and this maybe is the most important mechanism of its anti-angiogenesis effect.

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is the leading cause of the irreversible vision loss in population over 55 years of age.With the increasingly serious problem of aging,the prevalence of AMD is rising year by year.However,as the pathogenesis of dry AMD is largely unknown,the effective therapy still is lack.Given that there was a lack of proper animal models,it brought about obstacles to researches about molecular mechanism underlying dry AMD.Nowadays,lots of murine models of dry AMD have been established and developed,which provide suitable tools for relevant researches.But,different dry AM D models show varied pathogenesis features,and a reasonable choice of models is very important for different studies.The characteristics of different dry models were reviewed in this article.

5.Determination of Content and Content Uniformity of Minoxidil Tablets by HPLC

To establish an HPLC method for the determination of content and content uniformity of minoxidil tablets. Methods:An Xbridge C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm)was used with methanol-0.03 mol·L-1 KH2PO4 solution -triethyl-amine(60∶40∶0. 1)(adjusting pH to 3. 5 with phosphoric acid ) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 and the detec-tion wavelength was 287 nm. The column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results:There was a good linear relationship within the range of 8. 056-32. 224 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 99. 68%(RSD=0. 36%,n=9). The average content of 3 batches of samples was 100. 2%,100. 5% and 99. 8% and the content uniformity was 5. 5,6. 2 and 4. 9, re-spectively. Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used in the quality control of mi-noxidil tablets.
6.The Application of CBCL,YSR and TRF for 12-18 Years of Age Students in Beijing

Objective:This study explores Achenbach's three famous checklists regarding to children's behavior problems:CBCL,YSR,TRF.The checklists are translated into Chinese and tested for their relativity and applicability.Methods:1410 adolescents selected from 6 middle schools in Beijing are investigated with CBCL,YSR and TRF.Results:The Cronbach ? among the items of the three checklists and the total score are 0.96,0.95,and 0.99 respectively,the split-half reliability are 0.93,0.89,and 0.97 respectively,which demonstrates an obvious homogeneity within the three checklists.Scores in YSR are generally higher than those of the other two checklists, scores in CBCL follow immediately,and scores in TRF are the lowest(except for a minority of individual factors). OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the rationality of drug use in cancer patients in Tiantan Hospice Hospital.METHODS:By a retrospective study,the drug use in cancer patients in Tiantan Hospice Hospital who died during Jan.2008 and Sep.2008 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The drug use in cancer patients in Tiantan Hospice Hospital was rational on the whole.Step medication,oral medication,on time medication and individual medication were realized in Beijing Tiantan Hospice hospital and treatment on cancer patients in this hospital was in line with the Guideline for Cancer Pain Management Based on the Three-step Analgesic Ladder recommended by WHO.

Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE) has been validated for its accurate diagnoses and quantitave mearsurement of mitral valve disease,which could act as a guide in selecting the proper therapeutic strategy for each individual in clinical setting.In this article,the recent research achievements on RT-3DE in mitral valve disease were summarized,and the application of RT-3DE in surgical approach to mitral valve disease was discussed as well.

Bispheno|A(BPA)is an endocrine disruptor with estrgenic properties,which is a widely used industrial platicizer.When exposure to BPA for long-term,it would impact on multiple systems and organs including reproductive.developmental,neurological,endocrine function and so on,particularly in obesity.ExpoSUre to BPA during pregnancy and postnate,it can increase the sensitivity to obesity in offsprings.BPA may be contributed to obesity by enhancing triglyceride accumulation and accelerating adipocytes differentiation,affecting endocrine function of adipocytes and blood glucose and insulin metabolism.However,the dosage effect of BPA is not a simple linear rehionship.The impact of environment-related dosage on the human is worthy ot research in future.
10.Progress in the therapy of dry age-related macular degeneration

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) can cause irreversible severe visual impairment.At present,a large number of basic and clinical research has documented several effective treatment for wet AMD.As for dry AMD,so far there is no effective therapy and preventive measure.Dry AMD probably worse for macular choroidal neovascularization (CNV) or geographic atrophy (GA) to its later stage,resulting in severe visual impairment.In recent years,some promising treatment strategies are emerging,mainly in the prevention of the damage of photoreceptor and retinal pigment epithelium,such as drug therapy,laser photocoagulation,surgery,plasma exchange,stem cell transplantation and gene therapy.These therapies are expected to be able to bring hope for arresting the development of dry AMD.This article reviews the current researches and possible future management of dry AMD.
