The paper explains factors that restricting the development of the mobile healthcare information system in small and medi -um hospitals , summarizes strategies for constructing the mobile healthcare information system in small and medium hospitals , and analy-zes advantages of the Android system as the development platform of the healthcare information system .On the basis of above , it designs a model suitable for the mobile healthcare information system in small and medium hospitals and introduces the system in details including the design principles , structure and service modes for clients , etc.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between circulating endothelial cell(CEC)(numbers),blood lipid levels and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) and their clinical(significance).Methods: CECs were separated by isopyknic centrifugation method and blood lipid was(determined) in(35 MODS) patients and 20 healthy controls.CEC numbers and blood lipid were compared in both groups.(Acute) physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ) score was recorded to evaluate the severity of the MODS patients.The relationships were analyzed between APACHEⅡ score and CEC numbers,(between) APACHEⅡ and blood lipid levels and between CEC numbers and blood lipid levels.Results: CEC numbers in MODS patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P

Positron emission tomography(PET) plays an important role in the research of substance distribution in Human body. The distribution of substance in whole body is carried out by the transport via circulation system and exchange between blood and tissue which occurs in microvascular. Both the research of PET and of microvascular are focused on the transport and exchange of substance in human body. So it should be meaningful to apply PET image to the research of microvascular, and to use the microvascular theory to improve on the analysis of PET image. Aim To explore the correlation of positive specific IgE antibodies with penicillin allergy and HLA-DRB genetic polymorphism.Methods Sequence specific primer-polymerase chain reaction(PCR-SSP) was used to type human leucocyte antigen-DBR(HLA-DRB) alleles in 80 patients with positive IgE antibodies to penicillin and 101 healthy subjects without any allergic reactions.Results When different penicillin antigens were analyzed separately,the gene frequencies of DR16 in patients with positive BPO-IgE antibody and DR14.1 in patients with positive PVO-IgE antibody were found greatly lower than those of the control subjects(0 vs 8.62%,P

Objective To discussing the methods used in creating non linear developable biomechanical models of skeletal muscle.Methods One of the basic tools of the analytical approach in analytical mechanics, the principle of virtual work for deformable systems, was used to create the model. By means of method of Lagrange multipliers, the problems of constraints, such as the incompressibility of skeletal muscle, were effectively tackled. Results and Conclusion The biomechanical models of skeletal muscle has been developed. The program of this model can be used to obtain nodal displacement coordinates of given nodal coordinates and parameters.

Objective:To investigate the effect of fluvastatin sodium (FS ) on MMP-9 expression in tongue squamous carcinoma Tca81 1 3 cells.Methods:Immunofluorescence method and Western blot were used to detect the level of MMP-9 expression in Tca81 1 3 cells treated by different concentration of FS for 24 h,the data were statistically analyzed.Results:MMP-9 expression in FS treated cells was significantly reduced(P<0.05)compared with control cells.With FS concentration increase the protein expression decreased in a dose-dependant manner detected by the 2 mothods.Conclusion:Fluvastatin Sodium can dose-dependantly inhibit the expression level of MMP-9 in Tca81 1 3 cells.

Objective To investigate the combination of blepharoplasty with rhytidectomy for correction of the aging face. Methods In addition to conventional rhytidectomy, the operation included transection of lower orbicularis palpebrorum ligament ,excision of the herniated orbital fat, suspension of lower obicularis palpebuorum muscle. Results The method has produced a satisfied result in 25 cases since 1999. Conclusion On the base of conventional rhytidectomy, we transect the lower orbicularis palpebrorum ligament to elevate and stabilize the orbicularis muscle to the periosteum above the level of lateral canthus, which improves nasopalpebromalar groove and obtains more youthful appearance of the mid face.
