4.Correlative issues summary about time-to-event evaluation index in clinical observation.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(24):4877-4879
The time-to-event index is a kind of common evaluation index. It measures the speed of intervention effect. It is different from other index in research design, source material filling, data checking and statistical analysis. To obtain the time-to-event index, investigators can fill in the table directly and statistical analyst can compute after clinical observation. When filling in the source material or data checking, it is should be noticed that the logical relation between the time-to-event index and the visiting point and between the time-to-event index and the correlative other indicator. When statistical analyzing, it is an important issue how to deal with the cases whose time-to-event index does not appear till the observation period ends. Understanding the difference clearly can make the time-to-event index evaluate the effect of the intervention truly and make the clinical observation results reliable.

5.The effects of Metacycloprodigiosin on tumor metastasis-associated cell behavior in vitro
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2010;26(4):501-505
Aim To investigate the effects of Metacycloprodigiosin(MP) on tumor metastasis-associated cell behavior in vitro. Methods The effects of MP on the proliferation of HUVEC and 4TO7 cells were observed by MTT assay.Migration abilities of HUVEC and 4TO7 cells were measured by wound healing assay.Tube formation of HUVEC in the presence of MP for 10 hours was evaluated on matrigel basement membrane matrix. The abilities of adhesion and invasion of 4TO7 with MP for 24 hours were measured quantitatively by cell adhesion and transwell assay. Results MP did not affect proliferation of HUVEC and 4TO7 cells in concentration less than 10 μmol·L-1.MP inhibited HUVEC cells migration and formation of the tube in the concentrations of 0.01 to 1 μmol·L-1.In these concentrations MP could also inhibit 4TO7 cells migration, adhesion and invasion. Conclusion sThese results demonstrate that MP effectively inhibits tumor metastasis in vitro. All these findings suggest its potential as an anti-tumor metastasis compound in vivo.
6.Investigation of the Stability of the Potassium Sodium Dehydroandrographolide Succinate Injection in 6 Kinds of Infusions
China Pharmacy 2005;0(23):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection in six infusions.METHODS:The changes of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection in appearance,pH value, content and insoluble micrones after mixing with six infusions(0.9% NaCl solution,Compound sodium chloride injection,Glucose saline,DX 40 glucose injection,5% glucose injection in glass or plastic containers)were determined respectively.RESULTS:No significant changes were noted for the mixture within 4 h in appearance,pH value and content.Except the micrones in potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate mixed with compound sodium chloride injection were up to the standard(China Pharmacopeia,2005 edition),the micrones in all the other mixtures failed to meet the standard.CONCLUSION:Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection can be used in combination with compound sodium chloride injection.
7.Biomechanics during Achilles tendon healing

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(42):-
After Achilles tendon (AT) rupture operation, traditional gypsum immobilization must lead to AT in a condition of a tension-free or even "disuse"-negative balance healing system, which may inhibit the key opportunity of AT healing process to induce "active" mechanical signals stimulation, and AT "passively or intermittently" accepts the mechanical stimulation even applying the ultrasound, vibration and other mechanical stimulation to AT in the course of treatment. If using the method of active movement after operation,it can accelerate the AT healing, maintain function and promote re-construction of the AT,thereby help to restore the biomechanical properties of AT. Using proteomics techniques can reveal the mechanical signal transduction mechanisms of kinesiatrics promoting the AT healing in the high-throughput molecular level.
8.The Training Mode and Appraisal Mechanism of Clinical Community Skills in General Practice
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
Clinical communication skills are the one of seven lowest requirements of global medical education. This review emphasizes the importance of cultivating communication skills in general medical, indicates the defections of curriculum installation and discusses the training mode and examination mechanism.
9.Cognitive function and plasma somatostatin level in patients with leukoaraiosis
Journal of Clinical Neurology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To explore the relationship between the cognitive function and plasma somatostatin(SS) level in the patients with leukoaraiosis(LA).Methods According to the clinical findings and CT imaging, the subjects were divided into three groups:26 patients with LA and dementia, 47 patients with LA but without dementia, and the normal controls for 38 cases. The three groups were determined by means of Hasegawa's Dementia Scale(HDS)and SS levels in plasma. Results As compared with the control group,HDS score and plasma SS level in patients with LA (including dementia group and non dementia group) decreased remarkable(P0.05).Conclusion LA might be the cause of cognitive impairment, the concentrations of plasma SS had declined before dementia did not occur, the cognitive impairment in patients with LA might relate to the decrease of SS levels in the body.
