1.Facial hormone-dependent dermatitis: a clinical analysis of 68 cases
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2010;16(3):164-166
Objective To explore the incidence of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis, and to raise the healing rate of it. Methods We applied non-steroid drug topically, cold compress combined with anti-histamine agents to treat facial hormone-dependent dermatitis in 68 cases. The results were compared before and after the treatment. Results There were significantly clinical effects of non-steroid drug topically, cold compress combined with antihistamine agents on facial hormone-dependent dermatitis, with healing rate of 82. 4 % , and effective rate of 100 %. Conclusions In order to reduce the incidence of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis, we should follow the principal of applying steroid agent strictly to treat facial dermatitis. Meanwhile, there is significantly clinical effects of non-steroid drug with topical use and cold compress combined with antihistamine agents on facial steroid-dependent dermatitis.
2.Evaluation of visual function in cataract patients after phacoemulsification
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2011;29(4):377-380
Lens opacity attenuates the contrast sensitivity and clarity of eye due to scattering of light, which leads to poor vision in cataract patients.Phacoemulsification with primary intraocular lens is the primary surgical approach. Some complaints of vision discomfort commonly occur although the vision acuity is good.It is,therefore, vital for us to seek an objective evaluation system of visual quality after cataract surgery.Contrast sensitivity test and visual questionnaire offer valuable input for this issue.Contrast sensitivity can estimate vision function more accurately to better measure visual impairment preoperatively and vision outcome after cataract extraction.
3.Literature Analysis of 1 Case of Allergic Dermatitis Induced by Meropenem
China Pharmacy 2005;0(24):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the general regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reaction caused by meropenem, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs.METHODS:Vesicle and bullous change occurring in one patient with allergic dermatitis, age of 80,treated with meropenem were analyzed.Literatures about meropenem-induced ADR reported in domestic pharmaceutical journals from Jan.1994 to Dec.2009 were collected and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Meropenem rarely caused ADR.The most clinical manifestations were diarrhea, rash and abnormality of liver function.CONCLUSION:Meropenem-induced ADR case is rare as well as allergic dermatitis.Great importance should be attached to meropenem-induced ADR.

7.The general situation of climacteric syndrome treated with traditional Chinese medicine
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;37(12):1141-1144
Climacteric syndrome is a common clinical disease with high incidence. The understanding of the disease is progressing in recent years. This article collects thirty-seven documents in this field in recent eight years. The pathogenesis of climacteric syndrome is divided into two aspects as the deficiency of the kidney and the imbalance of the liver, the spleen and the heart. It also sums up the therapy of climacteric syndrome from this two aspects. At last, the authors propose that we should pay attention to the importance of the liver, the spleen and the heart in both the pathogenesis and the therapy.
8.The effect and mechanism of ginseng polysaccharides injective solution on invasive ability of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells
Practical Oncology Journal 2015;(4):333-336
Objective To evaluate the effect and mechanism of ginseng polysaccharides injective solu-tion on invasive ability of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Methods Human breast cancer MCF-7 cells were treated with different concentrations of ginseng polysaccharides injections(12.5μL/mL,25μL/mL,50μL/mL or 100μL/mL),and phosphate buffer saline was served as control. The invasive ability, transfer ability and protein expression of matrix metalloproteinases-2 ( MMP-2 ) and matrix metalloproteinases-9 ( MMP-9 ) were determined via transwell matrigel invasive test, scratch test and Western Blot, respectively. Results Ginseng pol-ysaccharide injection on invasive ability and transfer ability in vitro of MCF-7 cell had significant role in inhibi-ting effect, and showed dose and time dependent. After ginseng polysaccharides injection treatment, the MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein expression significantly reduced, and showed dose and time dependent manner. Conclusion Ginseng polysaccharides injection is able to inhibit the invasion and transfer in MCF -7 cells. Moreover, theregulation of MMP -2 and MMP -9 expression may be involved in this effect.
9.Clinical Observation of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium in the Decremental Treatment of Chronic Urticaria
China Pharmacy 2015;(24):3326-3328
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the effect of desloratadine citrate disodium in the decre-mental treatment of chronic urticaria. METHODS:212 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into decremental treat-ment group and control group. Decremental treatment group was treated with Desloratadine citrate disodium capsules 17.6 mg in the first week,orally,qd;8.8 mg in the second week,orally,qd;8.8 mg in the third week, orally, qod;and 8.8 mg in the fourth week,orally,q3d. Control group was treated with Desloratadine citrate disodium capsules 8.8 mg,orally,qd. The treatment course for both groups was 4 weeks. The clinic data was observed, including clinical efficacy, and serum IgE,clinical symptom scores before and after treatment, recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions. RESULTS:The differences were not statistical-ly significant in the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05). The recurrence rate in decre-mental treatment was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). When treatment ended and after 4 weeks of drug withdraw-al,serum IgE levels in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, and decremental treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.01);the IgE level in control group was signiciantly higher after 4 weeks of drug withdrawal(P<0.01)than the end of treatment. After treatment, clinical sympton scores in 2 groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.01),however the ditferenc-es was not significant between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Desloratadine citrate disodium have similar clinical efficacies and safety in the decremental treatment and conventional treatment of chronic urticaria. However, decremental treatment of deslo-ratadine citrate disodium is better than conventional treatment in terms of improving the level of IgE.
