3.The Q value of cornea in adults with myopia ZHAO
Ophthalmology in China 2006;0(05):-
Objective To observe the distribution of cornea Q value in adult myopia, and its relationship with age, sex, eye and refraction.Design Prospective case series.Participants Consecutive 510 patients (1020 eyes) of myopia of adults. Methods Cornea Q values were obtained with OrbscanⅡz Anterior Segment Analysis System in all subjects of adult myopia.Normal distribution test of Q value and correlation analysis with sphere, cylinder, sex, and age were performed.Main Outcome Measures Q value of cornea,corre- lation coefficient. Results In 1020 eyes of adult myopia, the mean Q value was-0.27?0.16 (range from-0.86 to 0.25) with near nor- mal distribution. The difference of Q value between right eyes and left eye was not statistically significant (P=0.675).The Q value be- tween male (-0.26?0.15) and female(-0.27?0.17) was not statistically difference(P=0.697).No significant relation was found Q value with either sphere (r=0.057,P=0.068) or cylinder (r=0.044,P=0.156).Mean Q value of below 20 years old was maximal,-0.24,while over 40 years old was minimal,-0.36,and the difference were statistically significant (P=0.000).Conclusions Q value of cornea has negative shift with the increase of age, especially in over 40 years old.Q value of cornea has no relationship with left or right eyes, sex and refraction, but it is highly customized.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(2):189-193
Objective To compare the effects of neutral posture training (NPT) and gas resistance training on balance and motor func-tion in stroke patients. Methods From June, 2014 to February, 2016, 44 hemiplegic patients were randomly divided into control group (n=22) and experimental group (n=22). The control group received conventional decubitus trunk muscle training and sitting gas resistance train-ing. The experimental group received NPT. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremities (FMA-UE), Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Lower Extremities (FMA-LE), and Berg Balance Scale (BBS) before and after training. Results There was no significant differ-ence in the scores of FMA-UE, FMA-LE and BBS between two groups (t<0.962, P>0.05). The scores significantly increased after training in both groups (t>12.248, P<0.001), and were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (t>1.972, P<0.05). Conclusion The NPT could improve the motor and balance function of stroke patients, rather than gas resistance training.

A total of 183 patients of ectopic pregnancy due to tubal factors were divided into the methotrexate (MTX),conservative surgery and salpingectomy groups. The dose of gonadotropin, counts of harvested oocytes and high-quality embryos and pregnancy rate were compared among three groups to analyze the differences of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET).And the above parameters showed no significant differences (P >0.05 ).The clinical pregnancy rate of the conservative group was higher than the other two groups. And the difference was statistically significant compared with salpingectomy ( P < 0.05 ).It suggested that the treatments of ectopic pregnancy had some effects on the outcome of IVF-ET.The pregnancy rate was slightly higher in the conservative surgery group.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2012;18(2):128-131
ObjectiveTo study the expression of telomerase of fibroblasts in the formation and development of scar, and to investgate the relationship between the telomerase activity and the formation and development of scar.MethodsExpression of telomerase was detected by immunohistochemical techniques in 18 specimens from granulation tissue,17 keloid,16 specimens from hypertrophic scar,28 specimens from mature scar,32 specimens from normal skin, and SPSS16.0 statistics software was used to analyze the relationship between telomerase and scar. Results It was shown that the positive expression rate of telomerase in the granulation tissue group was 94.4 %,that in the keloid group was 58.8 %,that in the hypertrophic scar group was 18.8 %, and that in the mature scar and in the normal skin was zero. comparisons between groups,in addition to the normal scar group and normal skin group, other groups were statistically significant differences.ConclnsionsScar formation is a process with multi-factor participation, while telomerase activation is an important factor. Detecting telomerase activity in the development process of scar formation may determine the prognosis.Through the control of telomerase activity in the pathogenesis of scar may become a new approach of scar treatment.

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination gensenoside Rg1 , Rb1 and notogensenoside R1 in Sanqi Jiegu pills and to investigate the stability of saponins in the granulation process. Methods:The separation was performes on a COSMO-SIL 5 C18 MS-II(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm)column with gradient elution using water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 , the detection wavelength was 203nm, the column temperature was 30℃, and the injection volume was 10 μl. The content change of triterpene saponins in Sanqi Jiegu pills prepared by the granulation process at different drying temperature was al-so investigated. Results:The linearity of notogenoside R1 , gensenoside Rg1 and gensenoside Rb1 was good within the range of 0. 211 8-2.648 0 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 7),0.566 1-7.076 0 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 7) and 0.317 2-3.964 5μg·ml-1(r=0.999 7) with the average recovery of 98. 2%(RSD=0. 82%,n=6), 98. 1%(RSD=0. 72%,n=6) and 98. 1%(RSD=0. 59%,n=6),respectively. The content of saponins in Saqi Jiegu pills was decreased obviously with the increase of the drying temperature. Conclusion:The meth-od is simple, quick and reliable, and can be applied in the quality control of Sanqi Jiegu pills. It is recommended that the drying tem-perature in the granulation process should be controlled below 60℃.

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;30(8):635-637
Taurine is one of the extremely important amino acids in the body, and is also the most abundant free amino acids in the central nervous system(CNS).Taurine as a conditional essential amino acids exerts a wide range of physiological and pharmacological effects.Taurine, especially as a neurotransmitter in the developing CNS,can maintain the structural integrity of the membrane, regulate calcium transport and calcium homeostasis, also as nutritional factors, osmolyte, neuromodulator, neuroprotective agents, plays an important role.In this paper, physiological and biochemical properties of taurine, source and distribution in vivo, synthesis and metabolism, absorption and transport, and its protective effect on the CNS are reviewed.

Chinese Health Economics 2013;(11):76-78
Objective: To summarize the experiences and problems in economic management of county-level hospitals in Yulin area, provide decision foundation for the further reform of the county health service system in China. Methods: Using descriptive study to analyze the economic operation condition of the 5 pilot county-level hospitals. Results: The effect and issues of the reform both exist in financial input, pharmacy income, asset utilization and operation capabilities in pilot county-level hospitals. Conclusion: It is needed to deepen the operation mechanism and compensation mechanism of public hospitals, reform the “using drug to compensate the medicine” mechanism, strengthen the hospital asset management and optimize liability structure.
