Chinese Journal of Pharmacoepidemiology 2007;0(02):-
Objective:To find out the situation of the use of the nutrition support drugs in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital.Method:The method of the use of the nutrition support drugs was adopted to analyze its situation in the hospital during 2005-2006 with respect to the sum of money, frequency of use, increase of charge for medicine and kinds of drugs. Results:The sum of money has been descent 70 000 yuan in 2006 than in 2005,and the frequeacy of use also has been descent 60 000.Conclusion:Parenteral nutrition(PN)drugs were more frequently used than enteral nutrition(EN) drugs.EN was advocated to be used as early as possible so as to maintain the intestinal tract mucosal barrier and recover the intestinal tract function.EN was fit to the physiological need and more scientific than PN.

Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 1982;0(01):-
Objective In order to probe other possible mechanisms of aerobic tra ining in anti-atherosclerosis besides lipid-regulation, we observed the influenc e of aerobic training on the formation of atherosclerotic plaque, the concentrat ion of nitric oxide(NO) in serum, the content of inducible nitric oxidase (iN OS) and endothelial nitric oxidase (eNOS) in thoracic aorta in ApoE-deficient mi ce. Methods The atherosclerotic lesions, the serum NO, the con tent of thoracic aortic iNOS and eNOS by ABC immunohistochemical staining combin ed with computer image quantitative analysis technique on frozen sections were m easured after 10-week swimming training. Thoracic aorta Oil Red O (ORO) staining on the intima were als o analyzed. Results Compared with controls, aerobic training d elayed the plaque formation i n ApoE-deficient mice (P

Objective:To introduce several international long-term care insurance systems so as to provide references for building China's long-term care insurance system. Methods:Literature of International long-term care insurance system were reviewed to extract and summarize the content so as to provide suggestion and references for China's system construction. Results:It concluded 4 modes of systems for long-term care insurance including the private long-term care social insurance like Netherlands, the public long-term care social insurance like German and Japan,long-term care commercial insurance like America and national long-term care insurance like England. The advantages of different modes could be learned to form Chinese system. Conclusion:The long-term care insurance systems of Netherlands,German,Japan,American could be learned for our system construction, but they also had disadvantages. Therefore,on the basis of the foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, the reasonable long-term care insurance system was formed.

Objective To investigate the expression of PTPN13 in human gastric cancer and gastric cancer SGC-7901celllineanditsassociationwithproliferationandinvasion.Methods 106casesgastriccancertissuesamples and matched normal peritumorial tissues were collected .SGC-7901 cells were cultured and divided into two groups including pcDNA3.1-PTPN13 transfection group and without transfection group .Immunohistochemical technique was used to detecte protein expression of PTPN 13.The association of PTPN13 expression with tumor location , tumor size , depth of invasion and tumor metastasis were analyzed .The survival rate of patients with different PT-PN13 expression was calculated by Kaplan-Meier curves.CCK-8 assay was used to estimate the proliferation chan-ges.Using Trans-well assay analyzed the invasion of SGC-7901 cells. Moreover, Western blot was performed to de-tect the markers of EMT including E-cadherin, Snail and MMP9.Results Immunohistochemistry showed the expression rate of PTPN13 in gastric cancer tissues was lower than normal tissue (31 %vs 83%, P<0.05).The expression of PTPN13 in patients was related to with different tumor size , depth of invasion and tumor metastasis (P<0.05).The 2-year survival rate of patients with negative PTPN13 expression were lower.Overexpression reduced both proliferation and invasion in SGC-7901 cells.Up-regulated PTPN13 may increase E-cadherin level but decreases the level of Snail and MMP9 .Conclusions PTPN13 plays a role in gastric cancer tissue and cells as a tumor suppressor.Lower PTPN13 may predict a poor prognosis.PTPN13 may be used as therapy target in gastric cancer.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(14):2021-2022
Objective To explore the syphilis epidemiological characteristics of blood recipients in Xinyang ,reduce medical dis‐putes and prevent hospital infection .Methods The gender ,age ,occupation ,education and other data of 16 429 blood recipients in our hospital were collected .Then we performed statistical analysis on the test results of syphilis antibodies to all kinds of people . Results Out of 16 429 samples ,137 cases were detected positive ,the prevalence was 0 .83% .Among them ,there were 70 males ,ac‐counting for 0 .74% male patients ,67 females ,accounting for 0 .96% female patients ,and there was no significant difference be‐tween the male and female patients(P>0 .05) .Syphilis infection in different age groups had significant difference(P<0 .05) .Mean‐while ,linear trend test suggested that syphilis infection rate increased with age(P<0 .01) .Different cultural level also had different infection rate of syphilis ,the higher cultural level ,the lower infection rate .Among non‐employed persons and farmers the prevalence of syphilis was highest .In contrast ,the prevalence was lowest among students .Conclusion Syphilis infection rates were not the same among different kinds of people ,and the syphilis test should be strengthened to blood recipients .

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical characteristics and prevention of urinary system infections in type 2 diabetic patients.METHODS An analysis of pathogens and clinical characteristics of 120 hospitalized type 2 diabetic patients complicating urinary system infections was performed.RESULTS In type 2 diabetic patients complicating urinary system infections, the most common pathogen was Escherichia coli, the next were Staphylococcus epidermidis,Klebsiella pneumoniae, etc. There were no significant difference of pathogens between symptom group and non-symptom group. But they were obviously more among senile patients aged over 60 in non-symptom group than that in symptom group(P

Abstract: Schistosomiasis is a serious major parasitic disease that threatens human life and health. A better understanding
of the mechanism of host-schistosome interactions is the key to designing new prevention and control strategies. MicroRNAs
(miRNAs) are endogenous small non-coding RNA molecules, which lead to the degradation of the target messenger RNA
(mRNA) or inhibition of its translation in a sequence-specific manner. Both schistosome and its host produce miRNAs, which
can be secreted by extracellular vesicles (EVs). There is accumulating evidence that miRNAs from schistosome can be taken
up by host cells, and finely manipulate the phenotype of host cells for their survival or pathogenesis in a cross-species manner,
even inhibiting the growth and metastases of hepatoma cells. It is still unknown whether host free miRNAs can be taken up by
schistosome, but this phenomenon is highly probable. miRNA-mediated cross-species regulation has emerged as a novel
mechanism for host-schistosome interactions, and this review summarizes the advances in this regard.
