ObjectiveTo evaluate the uncertainty for the determination of ethanol in human blood by auto-headspace gas chromatography (HS-GC) with internal standard curve method. Methods Each source of uncertainty, arising from the procedure of testing, was analyzed and conifrmed according to the guidelines of the uncertainty in measurement . After each uncertainty component was quantized, the combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty of the result were calculated. Results The relative uncertainty brought from the measurement repeatability, standard solution of the ethanol, the sample of blood, internal standard solution of the tert-butyl alcohol, the calibration cure, gas chromatography were 3.4%,0.71%,0.61%,0.41%,1.1% and 1.3% respectively; the relative expanded uncertainty of ethanol in blood was 3.9%.Conclusion The measurement uncertainty of the concentration of ethanol was came primarily from the measurement repeatability of sample, HS-GC and standard curve of ethanol.

Objective:To investigate the relationship of expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and clinical features in patients with intracranial aneurysm and arteriovenous malformation (AVM).Methods:A total of 64 patients with AVM and intracranial aneurysm, who were treated in First Hospital of Shijiazhuang from February 2011 to November 2015,were chosen as research subjects,AVM were 32 cases and intracranial aneurysm were 32 cases. The samples were sectioned for VEGF immunohistochemical staining;the location and intensity of staining were recorded;the positive indexes were computed. The VEGF expression of different age and Hunt&Hess classification in patients with intracranial aneurysms were analysed;the VEGF expression of different diameters, ages,Spetzler classification in patients with AVM were analysed. Results:There were no statistical differences in the VEGF expression of different ages in patients with intracranial aneurysms (P>0.05);the VEGF expression of different Hunt&Hess classification in patients with intracranial aneurysms was statistical difference (P<0.05).The positive rate of VEGF in the artery of AVM was lower than that in the vein, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the VEGF expression of the different Spetzler classification, different diameters and different ages in patients with AVM (P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of VEGF in the vein and the artery of patients with AVM is different, the expression of VEGF is not correlated with the age of intracranial aneurysm and the size and age of AVM.VEGF cannot be used as a predictor in the patients with intracranial aneurysms and AVM.

Objective To explore the correlation of helicobacter pylori(HP) infection in liver cirrhosis(LC) of different syndrome patterns with blood ammonia level. Methods Two hundred and seventeen LC patients were divided into Hp-positive group and Hp-negative group. The patients were classified into 6 syndrome patterns: liver-Qi stagnation, internal accumulation of water-dampness,stagnation of damp-heat,deficiency of liver and kidney yin, deficiency of spleen and kidney yang, and blood-stasis blocking collaterals.Parameters of blood ammonia level, hepatic function and blood coagulation function were observed in LC patients with different syndrome patterns. Results The Hp infection rate in 217 LC patients was 40.1%,the difference being insignificant in the patients with different syndrome patterns and hepatic function grading. The percentage was in a decreasing sequence in syndrome patterns of stagnation of damp-heat,internal accumulation of water-dampness,blood-stasis blocking collaterals, deficiency of liver and kidney yin,liver-Qi stagnation, deficiency of spleen and kidney yang. The difference of blood ammonia level was significant between Hp-positive group and Hp-negative group(P0.05).Conclusion Hp infection is an important factor of inducing the increase of blood ammonia level in LC.Blood ammonia level increases in LC patients after Hp infection, especially in patients with blood-stasis blocking collaterals. The hepatic function grading is corrected with blood ammonia level, the worse the hepatic function, the higher the blood ammonia level.

An LC-MS/MS method was developed to investigate the pharmacokinetic parameters in healthy Chi-nese volunteers following single and multiple oral administration of dimemorfan phosphate. In the Single-dose study,two-period and crossover study was conducted in 12 healthy volunteers,which were administered with single-dose of 10 mg or 40 mg of dimemorfan phosphate. And another 12 volunteers were administered with 20 mg. The values of AUC0-48 h,t1/2,and cmax were (11. 81 ±14. 46),(52. 60 ±96. 01 )and (34. 70 ±29. 59)ng. h/mL,(12. 11 ±2. 54),(12. 16 ±2. 01)and (12. 77 ±1. 27)h,and (0. 9653 ±0. 8178),(3. 150 ±3. 451)and (2. 167 ±1. 650)ng/mL for 10 mg,40 mg and 20 mg oral administration. The same 12 healthy volunteers as the group of single-dose of 20mg were participated in multiple-dose study,which were administered dimemorfan phos-phate 20 mg,three-time a day until the day-8,showed AUC0-48 h,t1/2,and cmax were (115. 9 ±135. 2)ng.h/mL, (11. 22 ±1. 61)h,and (7. 418 ±7. 010)ng/mL. The accumulation parameter Rcmax and RAUC was (3. 14 ±1. 34) and (3. 38 ±1. 22),respectively. Dose proportional of cmax and AUC was not concluded ranging from 10 mg to 40 mg after confidence interval criteria method. An accumulation was occurred after multiple -dose administra-tion with the consequence. And the results demonstrated significant individual difference.

objective:To evaluate the sensitivity and predictive value of grey scale and power Doppler ultrasound assessment of bone erosionin disease activity in patients with early rheumatoid arthritis (Ra).
Methods:Fifty-six patients with early Ra underwent blinded sequential clinical, laboratory and ultrasound assessments, and at the same time 20 of these patients underwent X-ray and enhanced MRi. For each patient, 28-joint disease activity score (DaS28), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (eSR), C reactive protein (CRP) and health assessment questionnaire (haQ) were recorded. The presence of bone erosion and synovitis was investigated in 28 joints by gray-scale and power Doppler ultrasonography. The ultrasound joint count and index for active synovitis with power Doppler signal were calculated.
Results:The number of bone erosions detected by ultrasonography was 5.7 times that of X-ray, while both MRi and ultrasonography were consistent (91.5%). The number of synovitis detected by ultrasonography was 1.6 times as much as by physical examination, and consistent MRi (95.7%). PDUS parameters demonstrated a highly significant correlation with DaS28, eSR and CRP, while a negative correlation with haQ.
Conclusion:Grey scale and power Doppler ultrasonography is a sensitive and reliable method to assess bone erosion and inflammatory activity in early Ra. PDUS findings may have a predictive value in disease activity.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of CBLB 502 on radiation pneumonitis and pulmonary fibrosis for confirming the feasibility of CBLB502 as a clinical anti-radiation drug release. Methods With a single 20 Gy irradia-tion, C57BL/6J mice was sacrificed on 24 h, 1 month, 3 months and 5 months and lung tissue was assayed by TUNEL method for apoptosis of alveolar epithelial cells and endothelial cells , HE staining showing fibrosis changes , immunohisto-chemistry detecting the expression of specific indicators , as well as pathological changes of the fur and skin radiated site . Results CBLB502 inhibits apoptosis in mice alveolar epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cells after irradiation , slowing the process of pulmonary fibrosis , while reducing the expression of laminin and maintaining the expression of surfac-tant protein B, and the skin inflammation also significantly reduced .Conclusion CBLB502 could alleviate the occurrence of radiation pneumonitis and pulmonary fibrosis as well as radiation-induced skin injury .
