ObjectiveTo discuss the relationship between post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) and self psychologieal elastic for and to provide the scientific basis early for PTSD and psychological intervention. Methods 592 students were selected with the method of random cluster sampling to be investigated with children self psychological elastic scale and post-traumatic stress disorder and screening of questionnaire.ResultsThere were 45 students were PTSD screening positive group, accounting for 7.60% of the total number, and 15 male students, accounting for 2.53% of the total number, there were 30 female students, accounting for 5.07% of the total number.Male and female in psychological elastic scale score were no significant differences (P> 0.05 ),PTSD positive group psychological screening elastic total cent and factors points were significantly lower than negative group(P< 0.05),PTSD total score was a significantly negative correlation( r =- 0.454,P =0.000).ConclusionPsychology resilience can be used as predictors of incidence of PTSD.

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2014;39(3):282-289
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) on ureteral injury repair via renal artery transplantation.
METHODS:
The left ureteral obstruction model was set up in 49 Balb/c mice by micro vascular clamp. The microscopic vascular clamp was taken out to lift the left ureteral obstruction after 10 days. The mice were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=25) and a control group (n=24). Balb/c mice BMSCs transfected by luciferase (Luc) were transplanted immediately through the renal artery after removing the microscopic vascular clamp from the experimental group; while mice in the control group was closed the incision after the microscopic vascular clamp was removed immediately and without BMSCs transplant. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was used to scan the experimental mice. By measuring the left renal pelvis volume of the experimental mice at different time points and comparing the left ureter recanalization rate after removing left ureteral obstruction of the experimental group and the control group, we evaluated the repair effect of BMSCs on ureteral injury.
RESULTS:
The volume of the left renal pelvis in experimental mice became bigger obviously after the left ureter was obstructed (P<0.01). The left renal pelvis volume of the experimental group and the control group had no statistical significance 10 days after the left ureteral obstruction was set up (P=0.693). In the experimental group, the left ureter recanalization rate was higher than that in the control group, after removing the left ureteral obstruction (P=0.012).
CONCLUSION
Transplantation through the renal artery can promote the restoration of ureteral injury in mice.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2023;43(3):283-287
Objective:To evaluate the effect of intraoperative individualized systolic blood pressure (SBP) management on myocardial injury after hip replacement in elderly patients at high risks of hypertension. Methods:One hundred and eighty-two patients of either sex, aged 60-89 yr, with body mass index of 18-26 kg/m 2, with a history of hypertension requiring drug treatment and stratified high risk factors of cardiovascular risk factors, scheduled for elective hip replacement under general anesthesia, were divided into 2 groups ( n=91 each) using a random number table method: routine management group and individualized SBP management group. Individualized SBP management group maintained the intraoperative SBP at 90%-110% of the baseline value, and routine management group implemented blood pressure management according to the current routine clinical pathway. The intermedian cubital venous blood samples were collected before surgery and at 24, 48, and 72 h after surgery for determination of the serum concentrations of high sensitivity cardiac troponin T. Postoperative myocardial injury and myocardial infarction were also recorded. The 30-day all-cause mortality was recorded on day 30 after surgery. Results:The incidence of postoperative myocardial injury and serum concentrations of high sensitivity cardiac troponin T at 24, 48 and 72 h after surgery were significantly decreased, and the length of hospital stay was shortened in individualized SBP management group as compared with routine management group ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Intraoperative individualized SBP management can reduce the postoperative myocardial injury in elderly patients at high risk of hypertension undergoing hip replacement.

Objective:
To investigate the status of abnormal menstruation in female nurses in a comprehensive hospital in Beijing, China and related influencing factors.
Methods:
In July 2016, a cross-sectional survey was performed, and a self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate the status of menstruation and occupation in female nurses in a comprehensive hospital in Beijing. The chi-square test and a multivariate logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.
Results:
A total of 892 female nurses were investigated, and among them, 485 experienced abnormal menstruation within the past three months, resulting in an abnormal menstruation rate of 54.37%. The female nurses who were exposed to harmful factors during work, negative life events, or high workload had a significantly higher abnormal menstruation rate than those who were not exposed to such factors (χ2=5.199, 16.186, and 10.227,

Objective:
To investigate the application of Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) in Chinese nurses.
Methods:
We performed a literature search for articles in Chinese on the mental health of nurses investigated using the SCL-90 that were published from January 2007 to December 2016. A total of 129 articles were included, involving 178 groups of valid samples as well as 36316 subjects in 27 provinces or cities in China. The metafor package of R 3.2.1 software and Excel were used for meta-analysis and data statistics.
Results:
Heterogeneity was identified for the nine factors included in the literature data (Q test:

Objective:To investigate the awareness and knowledge of influenza and vaccine among primary care providers in Shanghai. Methods:An online questionnaires survey was conducted by Shanghai Alliance for Respiratory Diseases in Primary Care from December 2017 to August 2018, healthcare providers in district central hospitals and community health care centers of Shanghai were invited to participate in the survey. The questionnaire contained the following items: the basic information of respondents; knowledge of influenza and its vaccine; current status of influenza vaccination; factors affecting promoting vaccination; the intention, attitude, perception of promoting vaccination and the influencing factors, and suggestions on promoting influenza vaccination. Results:A total of 1 542 valid questionnaires were collected, 88.3% (1 361/1 542) responders correctly recognized main symptoms of influenza; 58.2% (898/1 542) ignored the contact transmission of influenza; 41.6% (641/1 542) didn′t know the frequency of influenza vaccination; 82.7% (1 276/1 542) failed to recognize that pregnant women should also receive influenza vaccination. The survey showed that 31.2% (481/1 542) of responders had been vaccinated against influenza. The vaccination rate in community health care institutions was significantly higher than that in district central hospitals [39.1% (304/778) vs. 23.2% (177/764), χ 2=45.44, P<0.05]. Factors affecting vaccination for healthcare providers were: influenza antigen was variable, and vaccination had no effects [49.5% (404/816)]; the efficacy of the flu vaccine was doubt [48.8% (634/1 298)]; the vaccine wasn′t free [46.5%(604/1 298)]. The respondents believed that the main ways to improve the influenza vaccination were to formulate relevant national vaccination policies [79.7%(1 229/1 542)], to regularly publicize knowledge of influenza and influenza vaccine to residents through communities [65.8% (1 015/1 542)], and to recommend the patients by primary care medical staff [64.4% (993/1 542)]. Conclusion:Many healthcare providers have insufficient knowledge about influenza and vaccine. The vaccination rate of community health institutions is higher than that in district central hospitals in Shanghai. The willingness to promote influenza vaccination can be influenced by some factors. Increasing the willingness of healthcare providers might be helpful to improve the vaccination coverage among residents in the community.
