Objective To explore the relationship between quality of life and sub-health state of Guangdong urban dwellers. Methods A total of 2 200 urban dwellers were investigated using SF-36 and Sub-Heahh Measurement Scale Version 1.0(SHMS V1.0).Results As for the scores in PCS,MCS,psychosocial symptom, cognitive function, social adaptability, those of man urban dwellers (respectively (78.89± 15.25),(73.15 ± 15.26),(63.73± 18.82),(62.13± 19.34),(68.04± 17.90)) were higher than those of woman dwellers (respectively(76.98± 14.20),(71.76± 14.72),(60.53± 18.28),(57.00± 17.89),(65.73± 17.07)).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Bivariate correlation analysis showed that the PCS and MCS of quality of life were positively related with all dimensions of sub-health (P<0.001).Canonical correlation analysis indicated that vitality, social adaptability, psychosocial symptom and positive emotion were the main factors of sub-health status, and MCS was of quality of life. Conclusion Sub-health state of Guangdong urban dwellers is positively related with quality of life, and the more serious sub-health state is,the worse quality of life is.Therefore, intervention of subhealth and quality of life should be targeted to be strengthened according to the investigation.

Objective To screen the indicator system of sub-health.Methods Three rounds delphi consultations were conducted for selected indicators of sub-health.30 experts were selected for the three rounds' consultations. Results The experts who had been invited are from about 10 different majors and have been engaged in their current profession for 21.75 years on average. The enthusiasm coefficient of specialists in pretest and two rounds' formal consultations were 90.00%, 93.33% and 89.29% respectively. The coordination coefficients Kendall' W of the experts' opinion were 0.327,0.185 and 0.249 respectively. The weight of the first grade indexes of the sub-health namely physical, mental and social sub-health indicator dimension were 40.61%, 33.34%and 26.05% respectively. After two rounds' formal consultation,64 assessing indicators were remained in the final. Conclusion It is practical, efficient and successful to use Delphi method in screening indicator system of assessing sub-health.

Fifty five patients with alcohol induced-mental disorder (study group) and 43 local inhabitants without history of alcohol abuse (control group) were surveyed with family environment scale (FES-CV) and generic quality of life inventory-74 (GQOLI-74). The total score and the scores of all dimensions except material life in GQOLI-74 of study group were significantly lower than those of control group(P <0. 05). Compared with control group, the scores in FES of study group were lower for factors of cohesion, expressiveness, active-recreational orientation, moral-religious emphasis and organization in the patient's family, while the scores for conflict and control were higher( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01 ). The results indicate that family environment is closely correlated with quality of life in patients with alcohol-induced mental disorder, and family therapy would improve their quality of life.

OBJECTIVETo explore new source of skin for burn wound coverage.
METHODSSplit-thickness consanguineous skin was harvested from New Zealand white rabbit and was soaked in 200 g/L of multi-peptides of Tripterygium wilfordii, 50 g/L of dexamethasonel, on 9 g/L of normal saline solution for 15 - 30 mins, respectively. The consanguineous skin was thereafter grafted onto the whole layer skin defects in filial generation of rabbits with non-consanguineous skin as the control. The survival time and rejection of the grafted skin was observed.
RESULTSThe rejection appeared evidently less intense and survived significantly longer (43 +/- 3.5 days) when the consanguineous skin was pretreated by Tripterygium wilfordii. However the grafted consanguineous skin survived for 30 +/- 2.5 days when it was pretreated by dexamethasone. The grafted skin was quickly rejected and survived only for 11 +/- 1.6 days when the skin was pretreated by normal saline or the skin was non-consanguineous.
CONCLUSIONConsanguineous skin possessed partial compatibility with the recipient due to similar antigen, which was beneficial to the its survival, especially after the skin was pretreated.

Objective:
To construct an index system for evaluating the effectiveness of dynamic pricing adjustment of medical services, for the purpose of providing a set of evaluation tools for price regulatory authorities to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing adjustment of medical services, to keep track of pricing trends, to implement dynamic monitoring and to guide decision-making.
Methods:
Oriented to public hospitals in Guangdong province, literature analysis and Delphi method were used to construct the index system for evaluating the effectiveness of dynamic adjustment of medical service price. Descriptive analysis, consistency test and index importance evaluation were applied to statistical analysis.
Results:
Thirty-two experts evaluated the importance of 41 alternative indicators. The index system for evaluating the effectiveness of dynamic adjustment of medical service price was finally constructed, including six structural indicators, six process indicators and six result indicators.
Conclusions
Experts are representative, authoritative and well-coordinated. The consultation results are reliable. The evaluation index system has high reliability and validity, and can be used to objectively evaluate the dynamic adjustment effect of medical service price.

Objective:To develop an evaluation index system for dynamic adjustment effect of medical service prices in public hospitals, as a set of quantitative evaluation tools for management departments to keep track of the trend in time, implement dynamic monitoring and guide decision-making.Methods:Based on the evaluation system of price adjustment effect, through the importance assessment of expert consultation and multiple index percentile method, the scoring criteria were formulated and the empirical analysis was carried out. Results:The total scores of hospital A and hospital B were 71.31 and 77.94 respectively, classified as " average" . The evaluation could basically reflect the effect of dynamic adjustment of medical service price in public hospitals. Conclusions:The evaluation has the functions of displaying differences, witnessing achievements and tracing causes. It can be used to evaluate the effect of dynamic adjustment of regional prices, to assist the regulators to keep track of trends, monitor dynamically and guide decision-making in time, and be used by hospitals in self-evaluation to find problems, improve their own operation and promote the healthy development of hospitals.

【Objective】 To study the changes of platelet components(PC), apheresis platelets (AP) and pooled platelet concentrates (PPC) production of 19 provincial blood centers before and during the COVID-19 epidemic. 【Methods】 The data related to the collection of AP and the preparation of PPC from 2016 to 2021 of 19 provincial blood centers was collected. The production of PC, AP and PPC during the four years before the epidemic (i.e. 2016-2019) and during the COVID-19 epidemic (i.e. 2020 and 2021) were calculated respectively, and the change of production was analyzed. 【Results】 The total production of PC in 19 blood centers steadily increased from 2016 to 2019, with a decrease of 4.16% in 2020 and an increase of 15.60% in 2021, exceeding the output before the COVID-19 epidemic. In 2020, the production of PC of 42.11% (8/19) blood centers decreased compared with 2019, while 94.74% (18/19) in 2021 increased compared with 2020. The changes of AP output was basically consistent with the trend of PC. The total production of PPC in 2017 and 2018 both doubled compared to the previous year, while decreased by 67.98% in 2019, increased by 30.38% in 2020 and decreased by 27.08% in 2021. 【Conclusion】 The total production of PC kept increasing steadily between 2016 and 2019, but decreased in 2020 under the COVID-19 epidemic, with some blood centers being significantly affected. In 2021, with the strong support from government and various measures by blood centers, the total production of PC increased.
