1.Study on Procedure of Guipi Oral Liquid (Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macroephalae. etc.)
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(09):-
Three different procedures of Guipi Oral Liquid have been studied. By comparison of TLC spots of n-buranol and n-hexane extracts from the sample and the UV absorption spectrum of the main component, ferulic acid, the rational production process was developed, which provides an experimental base for preparation improvement.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(17):2433-2435
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of clinical pharmacist participating in clinical consultation, and to provider ref-erence for clinical pharmacists participating in clinical practice. METHODS:436 cases/times of clinical consultation in which clini-cal pharmacists participated in Zhengzhou Seventh People’s Hospital from 2012 to 2015 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:2012-2015,the number of clinical consultation in the hospital showed rising tendency;23 departments applied the consultation, among which top 5 were endocrinology department, gynaecology department, neurosurgery department, neurology department and orthopedics department. The reasons for consultation mainly were the formulation of therapy plan (430 cases/times,accounting for 97.95%). The consultation suggestions were adjusting drug types(303 cases/times,69.17%). Consultation suggestions were adopt-ed completely in 405 cases/times(92.89%). There were 307 cases/times of effective outcome, with effective rate of 75.80%(307/405). CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists participated in clinical consultation is helpful to optimize therapy plan, play a positive play on the safety of drug use. Clinical pharmacists should further learn clinical medical and pharmaceutical knowledge and summa-rize the experience of clinical practice to improve the quality of consultation.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(15):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Gongyanping dispersible tablets.METHODS:Melastoma dodecandrum,Zanthoxylum nitidum and Ficus simplicissima in the formulation was identified by TLC,and the content of gallic acid in gongyanping dispersible tablets was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The TLC spots were clear,well-isolated and distinctive. The linear range of gallic acid was 0.146 48~2.929 6 ?g(r=0.999 7)and its average recovery was 99.89%(RSD=2.53%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The established quality standard can be used for the quality control of Gongyanping dispersible tablets.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To summarize the experiences of surgical treatment of infective endocarditis. Methods The treatment for 116 patients (53 male and 63 female) with bacterial endocarditis admitted consecutively from June 1996 to July 2002 was analyzed retrospetively. Their age ranged from 5 to 64 years (mean 35.8?10.6 years). Thirty-three patients underwent operations at active phase, as the others were operated after infection was controlled. Eradication of infective vegetations was done in 109 patients, and in 43 of them valvular replacement was also performed. Correction of congenital heart diseases was done in 68. In 3 patients, myxomas were removed. Results Two patients died before the operation, and 3 patients died after surgery. Serious postoperative complications included severe low cardiac output in 5 patients, multiple organ failure in 3, and re-infection in 3 patients. Conclusion Appropriate preoperation preparation, early surgical treatment, and management of complications should be emphasized in the treatment of infective endocarditis.

Chongqing Medicine 2015;(18):2501-2503
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of erectile dysfunction (ED) and to assess the risk factors of ED in male post‐stroke patients .Methods One hundred and twenty six male post‐stroke patients were invited to par‐ticipate in this study .Patients were divided into ED group and non‐ED group according to the erectile function evaluated by Interna‐tional Index of Erectile Function‐5 (IIEF‐5) .The neurological impairment was measured using the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) .Depressive symptoms was measured using the Hamilton Depression Scales (HAMD) .The global cognitive function was measured using the Mini mental Status Examination (MMSE) .The clinical and psychosocial factors were compared between the ED and non‐ED groups .Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were employed to assess the risk factors with ED .Results There were 38 patients (30 .2% ) with ED in all the 126 male post‐stroke patients .Univariate Logistic regression analyses revealed that hypertension ,diabetes ,ACEI ,and depression were significantly related to ED in male post‐stroke patients (P<0 .05) .Multivariate Logistic regression analyses revealed that ACEI and depression were independently associated with ED in male post‐stroke patients (P<0 .05) .Conclusion ED is common in Chinese male post‐stroke patients .ACEI and depression are the major determinants of ED .

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(06):-
Objective:To observe the resistance of hypericum japonicum Thunb.to helicobacter pylori. Methods:Liquid dilution method was used to culture mixture of hypericum japonicum Thunb.extractum and helicobacter pylori, hypericum japonicum Thunb.extraction and helicobacter pylori respectively. The minimum inhibitory concentration and minimal bactericidal concentration of hypericum japonicum Thunb.extractum and extraction were determined by comparing the growth condition of helicobacter pylori. Results:Both of hypericum japonicum Thunb.extractum and extraction had obvious resistant effect on helicobacter pylori.Conclusion:25 mg/ml hypericum japonicum Thunb.extractum and 6.25 mg crude drug/ml hypericum japonicum Thunb.extraction can suppress the growth of helicobacter pylori effectively.

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
Objective: The antitumor mechanism of Pleurotes sapidus on 4 kinds of tumor cell lines was studied. The active components of its ethanol extracts were studied. Methods:Using techniques of cell culture in vitro, phytochemical methods, FACS and RT-PCR, expressions of p53 and fas gene of four tumor cell lines treated with Pleurotas sapidu were analysed. Results:The apoptosis rates were remarkably increased after treated by ethanol extracts (0.1g/ml) and water extracts (0.1g/ml) for 12 h and 24 h respectively. The expression of P53 protein in the groups of ethanol and water extracts were significantly increased, and the gene expressions of p53 and fas were aslo highly up-regulated. Conclusion:The antitumor effect of Pleurotas sapidus on tumor cell lines in vitro is evident, and its mechanisms are probably associated with the regulation of apoptosis by inducing the gene expressions related to apoptosis.
