In order to reduce the working intensity of medical staff in inspecting patients during traditional infusion, a remote monitoring system for intravenous infusion is designed for solving the problem of delay in handling treatment during infusion process and to reduce the incidence of medical accidents. The system uses Visual Basic.NET language to develop the upper computer platform for infusion monitoring. It uses the Arduino control board and infrared photoelectric sensor to form a monitoring device to detect relevant information. At the same time, it uses Zigbee wireless sensing technology to transmit data and upload it to the software platform. The results show that the system can receive data from multiple monitoring terminal devices in the upper computer platform application interface at the same time. It can display the data in the nurse station in a graphical way, and perform alarm warning and information storage during the infusion process. The infusion monitoring system can observe the monitoring situation in real time, reduce the workload of medical staff, and further improve the operating efficiency and safety of the hospital.

2.Research progress on the etiology, clinical examination and treatment of peri-implantitis
Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2018;26(6):401-405
Peri-implantitis is an inflammatory disease that occurs around dental implants and damages both soft and hard tissues, the characteristic feature of which is bone loss. The major etiology of peri-implantitis is dental plaque, including implant overload implants, a history of periodontitis, smoking and diabetes as risk factors. The standards for the clinical diagnosis of peri-implantitis are bleeding on probing, suppuration, a peri-implant pocket depth ≥5 mm, and X-ray evidence. Treatment includes mechanical debridement, drug therapy, laser treatment and surgical treatment. Regular supportive peri-implant therapy can be effective for curing and preventing peri-implantitis. In this paper, the etiology, clinical examination and treatment of periodontitis are reviewed.

Chinese Journal of Experimental and Clinical Virology 2018;32(2):220-224
The level of viral DNA in patients with occult hepatitis B virus infection (OBI) is very low, and it is difficult to detect the conventional serum marker-HBsAg. OBI brought challenges to the clinical diagnosis and treatment and blood transfusion safety. The mechanism involved in OBI and the clinical implication are getting more and more attention. OBI has a complex mechanism that may involve host factors, the virus itself, and other viral or nonviral factors. OBI has the risk of HBV transmission. HBV can be reactivated and the liver disease can be aggravated in patients with OBI.

Objective To study the effect of sub-glottal convergence angle on the degree of glottal closure, and to analyze the potential mechanism of dysphonia by the incomplete glottal closure. Methods Three vocal fold positions (adduction, intermediate and abduction) were evaluated by the degree of glottal closure, and divided into three groups. The neck CT images of the subjects were gathered. The vocal folds were adduction group when the normal subjects made a sustaining phonation /i:/ during CT scanning;the vocal folds were abduction group when the normal subjects made a deep breathing during CT scanning, and the unilateral vocal folds were incomplete closing group when the unilateral vocal fold paralysis subjects made a deep breathing during CT scanning.3D models of the vocal folds and the airway were reconstructed using Mimics software, through which the sub-glottal convergence angle was measured.Using one-way factor analysis of variance, we compared the angle among three groups. Results The angle changed with degree of glottal closure, with statistically significant differences among the three groups(P<0.01).The means of the angle in three groups were 33.49°±3.75°, 55.03°±2.61° and 75.02°±7.32°.Conclusion The 3D model generation from CT data is an effective method of measuring the sub-glottal convergence angle, while the angle changes with the degree of glottis closure. The angle may affect sub-glottal pressure distribution in the sub-glottal shear or normal direction and influence vocal fold vibration, which would make vibration and vocal fold mucosal wave generation more difficult, and might cause dysphonia.
6. Effect of tripterine on surface ultrastructure and proliferative activity of Raji cells
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2012;33(8):856-859
Objective To investigate the effect of tripterine on surface ultrastructure and proliferative activity of Burkitt lymphoma cell line Raji. Methods Raji cells were treated with different concentrations (0. 5,1. 0,1. 5,and 2. 0 μg/ml) of tripterine. Then the proliferation of Raji cells was determined by CCK8 assay, the cell membrane ultrastructure was analyzed by atomic force microscope, the apoptosis of cells was determined by Hoechst 33258 staining and flow cytometric analysis, and the cell cycle was assayed by flow cytometry. Results CCK8 assay showed that the survival rate of cells decreased from (80. 67 ± 2. 08)% to (38. 53 ± 2.25)% 24 h after treatment with different concentrations of tripterine. The cell survival rate decreased from (74. 17 ± 3. 20)% to (33. 22 ± 1. 64)% 48 h after treatment. Tripterine significantly inhibited the proliferation of Raji cells and the inhibition was in a time-and concentration-dependent manner. Atomic force microscope scan showed that the untreated Raji cells were round, with relatively smooth surface. After Raji cells were treated with 2. 0 μg/ml tripterine for 24 h and 48 h, the ultrastructure of the cell membrane was collapsed, and the cell surface was rough and uneven. Hoechst 33258 staining demonstrated apoptotic cells. Apoptotic rate of the Raji cells increased from (3. 50 ± 1. 73)% to (38. 27 ± 6. 05)% 24 h after treatment with different concentrations of tripterine. Flow cytometry analysis showed that 24 h after treatment with 1. 5 μg/ml tripterine, S phase Raji cells were significantly increased compared with control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Our results demonstrate that tripterine can alter the cell membrane ultrastructure of Raji cells and can inhibit Raji cell proliferation through inducing cell apoptosis.
7.Restructuring Trade: Circulation of Medicinal Materials in East Asia in the 18th Century
Korean Journal of Medical History 2023;32(1):279-319
In the 18th century, the trade of medicinal materials in East Asia showed a trend of rapid development, and by the second half of the 18th century, it became the largest commodity category in East Asia's international trade. The growth of medicinal material trade during this period was not a simple trade issue, but was closely related to a series of changes in economic fields, such as the market network, trade balance and production. The changes in the international trade environment from the 17th to the 19th centuries greatly increased the demand for medicinal materials. It also affected the production of medicinal materials. The medicinal material industries in East Asian countries were characterised by specialisation and marketisation, and provided the market with abundant and high-quality medicinal materials. In turn, the development of the medicinal material industry promoted international trade, making medicinal materials the largest traded commodity in East Asia. In the 18th century, the development of medicinal material trade promoted the recalibration of international trade, and changed the commodity structure of East Asian trade. It is a result of the transformation of international trade and economic relations, and an important participant in the development of East Asian economy. Trade of medicinal materials in the 18th century expanded the market network and formed a positive interaction between trade and production, and reshaped the international trade structure of East Asia.

Chemical investigation of the culture extract of an endophytic Penicillium citrinum from Dendrobium officinale, afforded nine citrinin derivatives (1-9) and one peptide-polyketide hybrid GKK1032B (10). The structures of these compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods. The absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were determined for the first time by calculation of electronic circular dichroism (ECD) data. Among them, GKK1032B (10) showed significant cytotoxicity against human osteosarcoma cell line MG63 with an IC50 value of 3.49 μmol·L-1, and a primary mechanistic study revealed that it induced the apoptosis of MG63 cellsvia caspase pathway activation.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2023;36(3):208-211
【Objective】 To investigate the effectiveness of current indicators in initial screening and retest before donation and access the optimal testing strategies. 【Methods】 Data of initial screening (rate method for ALT, colloidal gold method for HBsAg) and retest (rate method for ALT, ELISA for HBsAg) of 18 510 platelet donors in our center from January 2019 to December 2021 were collected, and the results were retrospectively analyzed and compared in terms of different years and number of donations. 【Results】 From 2019 to 2021, data of initial screening and retest of platelet donors were as follows: 1) the deferral rate of ALT and HBsAg was 12.98% (2 403/18 510) vs 0.26%(40/15 412); 2) the deferral rate of ALT was 13.19% (712/5 398) vs 0.20%(9/4 410)in 2019, 13.33% (873/6 549) vs 0.06%(3/5 387)in 2020 and 11.05% (725/6 563) vs 0.07%(4/5 615)in 2021; for initial screening, significant difference was noticed in ALT reactivity in 2021 as in comparison to other two years(P<0.05); 3) the reactive rate of HBsAg was 0.43% (23/5 398) vs 0.18%(8/4 410)in 2019, 0.66% (43/6 549) vs 0.20%(11/5 387)in 2020 and 0.41% (27/6 563) vs 0.09%(5/5, 615) in 2021. For initial screening, HBsAg deferral in 2021 was significantly different from 2019, while similar with 2020. 4) Among ALT deferral samples in the retest, 68.75% (11/16) were ALT≥45 U/L. Among HBsAg reactive samples, 91.67% (22/24) were reactive by single reagent. 【Conclusion】 Setting the threshold value of ALT for platelet donors in initial screening as less than 45 U/L can effectively reduce the reactive rate in the retest. HBsAg screening only for first-time platelet donors can reduce the detection cost. Adding pre-donation detection indicators according to local prevalence of transfusion transmitted diseases is conductive to reduce the discarding rate of platelets.
