1.Effect of Hanfangji compound on proliferation of hepatic stellate cells and expressions of TTR, ITIH1 and SERPINF2.

OBJECTIVETo observe and compare the effects of Hanfangji Compound and IFN-gamma on expressions of transthyretin (TTR) , inter-alpha inhibitor H1 (ITIH1) and serpin peptidase inhibitor clade F member 2 (SERPINF2) of hepatic stellate cells (HSC-T6).
METHODHanfangji Compound and IFN-gammaof different concentrations were used in hepatic stellate cell-T6 (HSC-T6) for 48 h. Flow cytometer was used to detect the effects of Hanfangji Compound and IFN-gamma on HSC proliferation. RT-PCR method was adopted to detect mRNA expressions of TFR, ITIH1 and SERPINF2. TTR, ITIH1 and SERPINF2 secretions were detected by ELISA. The protein localizations of TTR, ITIH1 and SERPINF2 were examined by immune fluorescence. The protein expression of TfR and ITIHI were determined by Western blot.
RESULTAfter Hanfangji Compound and IFN-gamma were adopted in HSC-T6, compared with the control group, the cell proliferation was inhibited obviously (P < 0. 05) , protein expressions of TTR, ITIH1 and SERPINF2 and mRNA expression increased significantly, with certain correlation with concentrations of Hanfangji Compound. The 2. 5 g L-I Hanfangji Compound group was superior to the IFN-gamma group (P <0. 05).
CONCLUSIONHanfangji Compound can inhibit HSC proliferation, upregulated TTR, ITIH1 and SERPINF2 proteins and mRNA expression, which may be one of mechanisms of anti-hepatic fibrosis of Hanfangji Compound.

2. Tolerance and efficacy of nasogastric enteral nutrition for severe acute pancreatitis: A meta-analysis

Objective To evaluate the tolerance and efficacy of nasogastric enteral nutrition (NGEN) in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods PUBMED, Web of Science and The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials from 1966 to 2011 (up to October) and Chinese Journals Full-text Database (CNKI), Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals (VIP) and Wanfang Digital Journal Full-text Database from 1978 to 2011 (up to October) were retrieved to collect clinical randomized controlled trials of NGEN to compare with nasojejunal enteral nutrition (NJEN) in the treatment of SAP. Two reviewers independently screened the literature for eligibility and evaluated the quality with confirmation of cross-check. Different opinions would be decided by the third party. Statistical analysis was performed by meta-analysis using Review Manager 4.2. Results Three randomized controlled trails including 159 patients with SAP met the inclusion criteria, involving 82 patients in NGEN group and 77 in NJEN group. There was no significant difference between NGEN and NJEN group in the risk of mortality of SAP (RR=0.69, 95%CI: 0.37-1.29, P=0.25), conversion to surgery (RR=2.09, 95% CI: 0.55-7.92, P=0.28), diarrhea subsequent to enteral nutrition (RR=1.43, 95% CI: 0.59-3.45, P=0.43), rate of tube displacement (RR=0.42, 95%CI: 0.08-2.17, P=0.30) and pain related with enteral nutrition (RR=0.94, 95%CI: 0.32-2.70, P=0.90). While compared with NJEN, the risk of infectious complications was lower than NGEN (RR=0.64, 95%CI: 0.42-0.99, P=0.04). Conclusion In enteral nutrition support of SAP, NGEN is comparable to NJEN in efficacy and tolerance, but the former has the lower rate of infectious complications and easier to operate, and there is a tendency of NEGN to replace the latter.

Chemical investigation of the culture extract of an endophytic Penicillium citrinum from Dendrobium officinale, afforded nine citrinin derivatives (1-9) and one peptide-polyketide hybrid GKK1032B (10). The structures of these compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods. The absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were determined for the first time by calculation of electronic circular dichroism (ECD) data. Among them, GKK1032B (10) showed significant cytotoxicity against human osteosarcoma cell line MG63 with an IC50 value of 3.49 μmol·L-1, and a primary mechanistic study revealed that it induced the apoptosis of MG63 cellsvia caspase pathway activation.

4.Clinical Efficacy and Safety of R-CDOP Regimen for Treatment of Newly Treated DLBCL Patients with Adverse Prognostic Factors.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the clinical efficacy and Safety of R-CDOP regimen for treatment of newly diagnosed DLBCL patients with adverse prognostic factors.
METHODS:
The clinical data of 94 patients who suffered from DLBCL and received treatment with R-CDOP regimen, from October 2013 to February 2018 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. The clinical efficacy, survival benifits and safety, as well as the OS and PFS were compared according to clinical features.
RESULTS:
After treatment of 94 cases with R-CDOP regimen, 73 cases reachived CR, 14 cases reachived PR, 2 cases were in SD and 4 cases were in PD, the ORR was 92.55% (87/94). The OS rate and PFS rate in followed-up 1 year were 94.68%(89/94) and 85.11%(80/94) separately, However, the median OS and PFS were not reached. There was no significant difference in the followed-up cumulative OS rate and PFS rate between patients with different Age, Ann-Arbor stage, IPI score, number of extranodal tumors, tumor diameter, expression of Ki-67 and LDH level and tissue involvement status(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the 1 years PFS rate and OS rate between patients with number of extranodal tumors for 0-1 and ≥2(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the 1 years PFS rate and OS rate between patients with tumor diameter for <7.5 cm and ≥7.5 cm(P>0.05).
CONCLUSION
The R-CDOP regimen in the treatment of newly diagnosed DLBCL patients with poor prognostic factors can efficiently improve the early clinical efficacy, prolong the survival time and possess good safety, but the clinical prognosis for long-term remains to be observed.

5.Soluble tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis inducing ligand (sTRAIL) and clinical outcome of HBV infection in human.

OBJECTIVETo explore the role of sTRAIL in the pathogenesis of HBV infection in human being.
METHODSsTRAIL in 153 patients' sera was examined with ELISA. Correlations between sTRAIL and liver functional parameters were analysed.
RESULTSThe levels of sTRAIL in patients with various clinical types of hepatitis B as well as primary hepatocellular carcinoma were all higher than that in normal persons and became almost normal in recovering stage cases. In acute and chronic HBV infection, sTRAIL level was negatively correlated with ALT, AST and total bilirubin levels, and positively correlated with serum albumin.
CONCLUSIONThe results indicated that higher level of sTRAIL expression is correlated with liver damage, and apoptosis induced by sTRAIL is one of the mechanisms of liver damage in HBV infection.

Recent studies showed that pathology of alcoholic encephalopathy was associated with cerebral vascular damage. TMP (tetramethyl- pyrazine) is widely used in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, however, it has not been reported whether TMP can relieve alcohol-induced cerebral vascular damages. The study was performed to investigate the learning and memory, cerebrovascular pathological changes and the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and serum levelsofendothelin-1 (ET-1) in the rat model of chronic alcoholic encephalopathy, and explore the effects of TMP intervention on alcoholic encephalopathy. In the present study, the rat model of chronic alcoholic encephalopathy was established by the gavage administration of alcohol; the learning and memory ability was tested by Morris water maze; the expression of VEGF was measured by RT-PCR and Western blot; and the serum levels of ET-1 was measured by radioimmunoassay. We found that alcohol intoxication impaired learning and memory, induced VEGF overexpression and increased ET 1 concentrations. TMP intervention improved learning abilities, increased the VEGF expression and reduced ET-1 level. These results indicate that TMP exhibits therapeutic effects on chronic alcoholic encephalopathy.

7.Study on the PTEN Tumor Suppressor Gene

PTEN (also designated MMAC1) gene is a new tumor suppressor gene proved to be a lipid phosphatase. The target lipid, called phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate, PIP3, and it is a key component of the major cell growth control pathways, acting both to stimulate cell growth and to inhibit tumor cell proliferation blocking apoptosis. PTEN mutations have been linked to a variety of human cancers. Mutations of PTEN during tumorigenesis allow the mutated cells to grow unchecked when they should die.
8. Literature research on application of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology in the core nursing periodicals from 2013 to 2019

Objective:
By a statistical analysis and summary of the literature on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing technology published in the core nursing periodical, research the currect status of TCM nursing technology.
Methods:
Retrieved CNKI database (CNKI) and Wanfang medical journal database,according to Chinese Journal Citation Report (2017 edition) of China Institute of science and Technology Information Research, Choose 10 core nursing periodicals and retrieve the experimental articles related to TCM nursing technology from January 1,2013 to January 1, 2019.this paper analyze time, resources, authors, fund-sponsored researches, statistical methods by bibliometrics analysis.
Results:
A total of 624 papers were included,of which 132 were in 2013 and 124 in 2014, 103 in 2015, accounting for 57.5%. "Nursing Research" contains 227 articles, 100 "Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing, 98 "Journal of Nursing", accounting for 68.1%. The literature has been published in 28 provinces and cities, 117 in Jiangsu Province, 100 in Guangdong Province, and 89 in Shanghai, accounting for 62.6%. The source of funds for fund papers is mainly provinces and cities, accounting for 38.4%. Involving 22 TCM nursing technology operations, 762 applications, 174 acupoint massage, 113 auricular point application, 109 acupoint points, and 106 moxibustion methods, accounting for 66.3%. There are more than 120 types of diseases involved, mainly cancer, stroke, hypertension, and diabetes. There are more than 180 kinds of symptoms, mainly about pain, constipation, quality of life and so on.
Conclusion
TCM nursing research has made great progress, TCM nursing technology is currently widely used in clinical practice. Scientific research has also confirmed its effectiveness, but it lacks high-quality core papers. At the same time, due to the diversity of research content, there is a lack of evidence-based nursing research literature.
9.Lignans with NO inhibitory activity from Tinospora sinensis.

10.Anatomic study and clinical application of thinned posterior tibial artery perforator flap.

OBJECTIVETo explore the feasibility and therapeutic effect of thinned posterior tibial artery free perforator flap for the reconstruction of soft tissue defects at dorsum of hands.
METHODSSix fresh adult lower limbs specimens were injected with red latex via arterial cannula and dissected. The number, distribution, branches, and outer diameter of posterior tibia artery perforators were observed. Based on the anatomic study, the perforator flaps were designed to reconstruct soft tissue defects at dorsum of hands and wrists. The redundant fat on the flaps was removed, but preserving the nutrient vascular system. 11 flaps were used with the size ranging from 2 cm x 5 cm to 10 cm x 14 cm.
RESULTS43 skin perforators of posterior tibial artery were observed in six lower limbs, 29 perforators with the outer diameter is greater than 0.5 mm when they threading over the deep fascia plane, on average every 4.8 bundles of sides. The mean outside diameter of perforating artery is (1.8 +/- 0.5) mm, and the length is (44 +/- 15) mm. 6 perforators were founded both in the second and fifth zone which could be used for anastomosis for its better diameters. All flaps survived completely without any complication at donor sites. 7 cases were followed up for 3-12 months. Both satisfactory functional and cosmetic results were achieved with a soft and thinned appearance.
CONCLUSIONSThe thinned posterior tibial artery free perforator flap has a reliable blood supply and good appearance. It is very suitable for the reconstruction of small or medium-sized defects at the dorsum of hands and wrists.
