Effects of Lopid and Fenofibrate on serum lipids, lipoproteins, apolipoproteins were studied in 22 diabetic patients with dyslipidaemia. The levels of FBG, HBA1, lipids, lipoproteins and apolipoproteins were determined before treatment, 3 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment. The results showed: 1). Lopid lowered the levels of TC, HDL-TG,TG,apoB100 and raised the levels of HDL-C, apoA-I significantly.2). Fenofibrate lowered the levels of TG, TG, HDL-TG, apoB100 and raised the level of HDL-C, but no effect on apoA-I. Comparing the efficacy of these two drugs on lipids metabolism, i seems that Lopid is better than Fenofibrate. Both of the drugs can be well tolerated by most diabetic patients.

This article introduced the thoughts and practice of implementing microbiology course reform for stomatology majors in school of stomatology and department of microbiology in Tianjin medical university.To make the introductory courses more suitable and meet the needs of stomatology better,our microbiology classes included the basic knowledge of oral microoganism.

Objective To establish the determination method of baicalin in the children's YifeiPingchuan mixture by RP-HPLC.Methods A Kromasil C18 column was used with methanol-(0.4％)phosphoric acid-triethylamine (45 ∶ 55 ∶ 2 drops) as mobile phase with a column temperature of 28 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 277 nm.Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.040～1.000 μg (r=0.9999) with a average recovery of 99.82 and RSD of 1.01％.Conclusion The method for quantification of baicalin was sensitive,accurate,and convenient,which can also be used as one of basis of quality standard for Yifei-Pingchuan mixture.

Objective To create the effective community-based day-care model of mental disability with multiple approaches. Methods 30 subjects with schizophrenia in Taoranting community in Beijing were selected in control group (n=15) and intervention group (n=15). A day-care multiple rehabilitation model had been implemented in the intervention group. They were evaluated with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and WHO Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0 (WHO-DAS 2.0). Results The scores of PANSS negative symp-tom, general psychopathological symptom and WHO-DAS 2.0 significantly reduced continually in the intervention group 8 and 12 weeks af-ter intervention (P<0.01). Conclusion Community-based day-care model can improve the rehabilitation of mental disabled people and inte-grate the community resources for the schizophrenics.

Background Blepharitis is a common ocular surface disease.It is associated with the disorder of lipid secretion of meibomian gland.The change of tear film stability can cause dry eye symptoms,so blepharitis is thought to be one of the factors causing dry eye,but the relation between them is in study. Objective This study was to observe the morphology of meibomian gland in blepharitis patients and to investigate the correlation of morphology of meibomian gland with dry eye. Methods A series of case-observational study was designed in this study.A total of 83 eyes of consecutive 83 blepharitis patients were enrolled in Henan Eye Institute from October 2010 to April 2011.Blepharitis was diagnosed based on American Preferred Practice Pattern Guidelines.Some relevant ocular examinations were performed under the informed consent of the subjects,including the anterior segment manifestation by the slit lamp,such as meibography,lid margin abnormality,and the dry eye-relevant examinations,such as tear film break-up time (BUT),Schirmer test Ⅰ and corneal fluorescein staining also been carried out.Tear film shape was examined by film interference images and scored.Absent degree of meibomian gland was graded under a Noncontact Infrared Meibography.The correlations of absent degree of meibomian gland with ocular syndrome score,dry eye examination results were evaluated using Spearman rank correlation coefficients.Informed consent was obtained prior to this trail. Results No significant difference in the frequencies of blepharitis was found between male and female among different ages (x2 =2.69,P =0.75 ).Absent grading of the meibomian glands was positively correlated with age of blepharitis patients ( r =0.58,P =0.00 ),lid margin abnormality scores ( r =0.64,P =0.00 ),conjuntival hyperemia score ( r=0.50,P =0.00),tear film interference imaging grade ( r =0.23,P =0.04 ),corneal fluorescein staining score( r =0.50,P =0.00 ) but was negatively correlated with BUT ( r =-0.32,P =0.00 ).No significant correlation was found between meibography grading and gender( r =-0.09 ; P =0.99 ) or Schirmer test Ⅰ ( r =-0.05;P =0.69 ).No significant difference was found in meibography grading between male and female in different age groups(Z=-0.09,P=0.93). Conclusions Blepharitis can irriter dry eye symptom because of overevaporation of tear fluid and abnormality of secreting function of meibomian glands.The missing of the meibomain glands increases with age in the patients with blepharitis.Noncontact Meibography System is an assistant tool to the diagnosis of blepharitis.

Objective To discuss the ability of nursing major undergraduate students in disaster response in order to construct undergraduate's disaster response ability evaluation system.Methods Delphi method was used to draw the evaluation system framework on the basis of consulting literature material and analyzing theories.35 related experts attended it.The choice was evaluated according to the 5 classification Likert evaluation method.Results Consensus was reached after two rounds inst.Questionnaire recovery rate was 100％.Construct undergraduate's disaster response ability evaluation system with 3 first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes,37 third-level indexes.Conclusions The undergraduate's disaster response ability evaluation system based on Delphi experts method is reliable.It can provide reference for the nursing major undergraduate student's disaster response training and research.
