Choriocarcinoma is a highly malignant trophoblastic tumor and is propagated by blood -borne.The diagnosis of choriocarcinoma is based on its histopathologic appearance and a high serum level of hu -man chorionic gonadotropin(HCG).To report a case on multiple organ metastasis of choriocarcinoma ,we retro-spectively analyzed the treatment by reviewing the interrelated articles to analyse the clinical characteristics and treatment of choriocarcinoma .
5.Status quo of smoking behavior of young male smokers with stroke
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(10):45-46
Objective To explore the smoking behavior and its influencing factors of young male smokers with stroke, and set basis for further smoking cessation intervention. Methods 209 male smokers(≤45 years old) with stroke were randomly chosen, the information of demographic factors and smoking behaviors from medical files was got. Results Older people were more likely to be heavy smokers, the biggest percent (45.2%) of heavy smokers came from more than 40 years old people.Smoking consumption per day was affected by age, education and occupation, significant differences were found. Conclusions More than 40 years old patients in young male smokers with stroke should be focused in the intervention of smoking cessation.
6.Efficacy of staged nursing intervention on smoking behavior in young male adult patients with first attack of stroke
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(21):55-57
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of staged nursing intervention on smoking behavior in young male adult patients with first attack of stroke. Methods 89 patients were randomly assigned to the intervention group (46 cases) and the control group (43 cases). In the intervention group, the patients were given staged nursing intervention based on their psychological stages in hospital and 11-week followup. The outcome of smoking cessation was evaluated three months after discharge. Results The rate of smoking cessation in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.Smoking abstinence for the intervention group was more than the control group.FTND (Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence) scores were significantly different between two groups. Conclusions The staged nursing intervention is feasible for young male adults with stroke. We should increase secondary prevention consciousness and strengthen the implementation of relevant countermeasures.
7.Inhibition effect of celecoxib on the experimental choroidal neovascularization
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2010;26(1):32-36
Objective To observe the inhibition effect of selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor (celecoxib) on the experimental choroidal neovascularization (CNV).Methods Thirty 8-10 weeks old healthy male Brown-Norway(BN) rats were randomly divided into the control, laser and celecoxib group, with 10 rats in each group. At the dosage of 50 mg/kg,celecoxib was garaged twice per day. After 7 days, experimental CNV was induced by Krypon laser on laser group and celecoxib group.Fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) was performed on days 3,7,14,21,30 after laser photocoagulation. On days 21 after photocoagulation,5 rats in each group were sacrificed and the relative thickness of CNV membranes, the expression of COX-2,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) Were studied by histopathologic or immunohistochemistry examination. Results On days 21 after photocoagulation, the incidence of CNV in the celecoxib group is significantly lower than that in the laser group (X~2=7.1068,P=0v0077);the relative thickness of the CNV membranes in the celecoxib group is reduced 41.38% compared to the laser group, the difference is statistically significant (t=16.7600,P=0.0000).COX-2,VEGF and MMP-2 expression in the CNV membrane of celecoxib group were significantly lower than in control group (t=5.7100,5.8400,8.0200;P=0.0000);the COX-2,VEGF and MMP-2 expressions in choroid and retina of control group were weak. Conclusion Prophylactic celecoxib can reduce the expression of VEGF and MMP-2 by inhibiting COX-2,and prevent the CNV induced by laser photocoagulation.

Chinese Journal of Geriatric Heart Brain and Vessel Diseases 2009;11(8):578-580
Objective To analyze the characteristics of pulse pressure index(PPI) and its value in predicting the risk for cerebral and cardiac vascular events in old males with hypertension. Meth-ods The 24-hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was performed in a total of 265 elderly men with essential hypertension(EH). The patients were classified into 3 groups based on the lev-el of PPI.PPI≤0.400(103) ,0. 401-0. 500(124) ,and≥0.501(38). Results There was significant difference in PP between day-time and night-time in hypertensive patients. The change of PPI was less than that of PP. With the increase in PPI, SBP(24 h, day-time, night-time), PP(24 h, day-time, night-time), the load of SBP(night-time), systolic blood pressure variation(BPV, 24 h, day-time) were raised significantly (P<0.01); while DBP(24 h, day-time, night-time), nocturnal de-cline in BP and the load of DBP(day-time) declined with the decrease in PPI (P<0.01). High PPI would increase the incidence of cardiac-cerebral vascular events (P < 0.01). Conclusion PPI is a useful parameter in clinical evaluation of arteriosclerosis. It may also have prognostic value for cardiac-cerebral vascular events in elderly men with EH.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(3):217-220
OBJECTIVETo explore the effective therapeutic method for reducing adductor muscle tension in the children of spasmodic cerebral palsy.
METHODSOne hundred and forty cases of spasmodic cerebral palsy met the inclusive criteria were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 70 cases in each one. In the control group, the conventional physical therapies (Bobath therapy and lower extremities therapy) and scalp acupuncture (seven-intelligent needles, motor area, sensory area, foot-motor-sensory area and balance area) were adopted. In the observation group, on the basis of the treatment as the control group, the three-spasm-needle therapy was applied to Jiejian, Xuehaishang and Houxuehai. The physical therapies were given once every day, acupuncture was given once every two days, the treatment of 20 days made one session. There were 15 to 20 days at the interval among the sessions and 3 sessions were required totally. Separately before and after treatment, the modified Ashworth scale was used to evaluate the adductor muscle tension, and measure the adductor muscle angle, and D and E regions of gross motor function measure (GMFM-88) were adopted for clinical efficacy evaluation.
RESULTSAfter treatment, the scores of the adductor muscle tension were decreased to different extends in the two groups (both P<0.01), the adductor muscle angle was increased as compared with that before treatment (both P<0.01) and the scores of D and F regions in GMFM-88 were all improved (all P<0.01). The efficacy in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group (all P<0.01).
CONCLUSIONThe three-spasm-needle therapy effectively reduces adductor muscle tension and improves the range of motion in hip joint, independent walking, running and jumping abilities in the children of spasmodic cerebral palsy.
