Objective To explore the relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention among nurses of tertiary hospitals and to provide implications for human resource management.Methods Totally 511 nurses were recruited from four tertiary hospitals of Jinan City and investigated with Organizational Justice Questionnaire and Turnover Intention Scale.Results The average scores of turnover intention and organizational justice were (2.46±0.61) and (3.55±0.62),respectively.Distributive justice and informational justice were significant predictors of turnover intention.Conclusions The turnover intention of nurses in tertiary hospitals is high.It is beneficial for mitigating nurses' tumover intention to improve their organizational justice,apply post management and performance appraisal model.

AIM: To establish a RP-HPLC method to determine the fingerprint of Compound Fufangteng Mixture (Radix Ginseng Rubra, Radix Astragel. etc). METHODS: Chromatographic conditions included Shim-pack CLC ODS column and the mobile phase composed of a mixture of acetonitrile-water (gradient elution), detection wavelength at 203nm. The mobile phase flow rate was 1.0mL?min -1. RESULTS: 19 peaks existed on the HPLC fingerprint of Compound Fufangteng Mixture. CONCLUSION: The method can provide more information for the quality control of Compound Fufangteng Mixture.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of tubular aggregate myopathy.Methods Eight patients as experimental group were diagnosed with tubular aggregate myopathy in Department of Neurology,People' s Liberation Army General Hospital,between March 2000 and March 2013.The data were retrospectively analyzed.Enzyme histochemical techniques and electron microscopy were taken to observe the muscle structures.Results The detection rate of tubular aggregate was 0.374％ (8/2 137).All of the 8 patients with tubular aggregate myopathy were male.Five patients presented with episodes of muscle weakness,while 3 patients presented chronic progressive muscle weakness.The main clinical features of all patients were muscle weakness.The creatine kinase level was mildly elevated in 4 patients,while it was normal in the other 4 patients.Electromyogram showed myogenic damage in 5 patients and normal in 3 patients.All of the 8 patients denied family history.By light microscopy,hematoxylin-eosin staining showed that tubular aggregates were multiple basophilic subsarcolemmal substance.Tubular aggregate stained red with modified Gomori trichrome stain,reacted intensely for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotidetetrazolium reductase,and remained unstained on oil red O,periodic acid Schiff,sudan black B,acid phosphatas,adenosine triphosphatase.By electron microscopy,tubular aggregates were densely packed tubules predominantly in the subsarcolemmal region.Conclusion Enzyme histochemical staining and electron microscopy show special features of tubular aggregate myopathy,are the critical techniques for the diagnosis of the disease.

Objective investigate the correlation between plasma soluble receptor for advanced glycation endproducts (sRAGE) and arterial stiffness in patients with different types of metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods A total of 180 subjects were drawn from a epidemiologic follow-up study,including 60 cases non-metabolic syndrome (NMS),60 cases metabolic syndrome without diabetes mellitus (NDMMS),60 cases metabolic syndrome with diabetes mellitus (DMMS).Carotid femoral arterial pulse wave velocity (CFPWV) was assessed by the French KangPuLe atherosclerosis measurement instrument,and plasma sRAGE levels were measured by ELISA.Comparison of mean in multiple groups was conducted by analysis of variance.Multivariate analysis was done with multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.P ＜ 0.05 was considered as statistically significant difference.Results Compared with NMS group,plasma sRAGE levels were significantly lower in DMMS and NDMMS groups [(635.07 ± 229.20) pg/mL vs.(671.17 ± 358.16) pg/mL vs.(992.99 ± 427.83) pg/mL,P =0.001].CFPWV of DMMS group was significantly higher than that of NMDMS and NMS groups (14.22 ±3.14) m/s vs.(12.15 ±2.79) m/s vs.(11.66 ± 2.52) m/s,P =0.002).Plasma sRAGE level was negatively correlated with CFPWV (r =-0.278,P =0.005).(3) Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that age (β =-0.091,95％ CI-0.096 ～-0.095,P =0.031),HDL-C (β =1.295,95％ CI 1.231 ～ 1.360,P =0.022) and sRAGE (β =0.119,95％ CI 0.118 ～ 0.130,P =0.032) had a significant effect on CFPWV.Conclusions The increased arterial stiffness is closely related to the discreased plasma sRAGE levels in MS.Plasma sRAGE maybe a novel target for vascular disease prevention and treatment in patients with metabolic syndrome.

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of diabetes self-management education through telemedicine on glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c). Methods Randomized clinical trials (RCTs) that assessed the effectiveness of remote diabetes self-management education in patients with diabetes were systematically reviewed using multiple electronic databases. The searching time was from database establishment to May 2015. These articles were analyzed after evaluation of their quality. Results Eight RCTs were included involving 2 047 patients.The results of Meta-analysis showed the effectiveness of remote DMSE on reduction of HbA1c of patients with type 2 diabetes was more significant than that of the control group [WMD=-0.50,95%CI (-0.88,-0.12),P < 0.05],while failing to support the effectiveness of remote DMSE on patients with type 1 diabetes [WMD=0.62, 95%CI(-0.19,1.43), P>0.05]. Conclusions Remote DMSE is effective to improve the glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes,while the effect on patients with type 1 diabetes is still not certain. Large-scale and multi-centered RCTs are needed to confirm its effectiveness.

The aim is to explore a teaching-centered management system to suit the development of clinical medicine education for international students by setting the educational aim and making training plans in combination with the present condition of the university.All the aspects of teaching such as the establishment of the teaching rules,training of the teachers,reform in teaching,teaching material as well as the teaching and student management and the service in the dorm are strengthened,so as to ensure the steady development of the foreign students education.

Teaching the foreign students clinical medicine in English in the earlier period of foreign students education has played a vital role but also has such problems as teachers,difficulties in the later teaching and so on.Through practice we find that it is necessary to transit the mode from teaching in English to bilingual education,and finally teaching in Chinese in the internship to conform with the present medical foreign students education situation.Therefore ability of teaching in English and proficiency in Chinese are needed to improved as soon as possible.

Objective To compare the efficacy of low temperature controlled plasma technology by nasal endoscopy and cystectomy via labiogingival groove approach in treatment of nasal vestibular cyst. Methods 38 patients with nasal vestibular cyst from Jan 2013 to Nov 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group (n = 20) and observation group (n = 18). The control group received cystectomy via labiogingival groove approach and the observation group received low temperature controlled plasma technology by nasal endoscopy. The time of surgery, bleeding volume in surgery, hospitalization, postoperative complications and relapse were collected and compared between the two groups. Results We found that the observation group have less surgery time than that in control group [(65.45 ± 27.51) vs (34.72 ± 17.61) min, P = 0.000], less bleeding volume in surgery [(22.35 ± 18.41) vs (3.17 ± 1.69) ml, P = 0.000), less postoperative complications [(6.35 ± 0.75) vs (3.61 ± 1.19) d, P = 0.000] and less postoperative complications (16 vs 1, P = 0.000), but relapse of the two groups have no statistical difference (1 vs 0, P = 0.783). Conclusions Low temperature controlled plasma technology by nasal endoscopy in treatment of nasal vestibular cyst have many advantages than cystectomy via labiogingival groove approach such as shorter time of surgery, less bleeding volume in surgery, shorter hospitalization and less postoperative complications. Therefore it's worth of applying clinically.

AIM:To study the correlation of serum uric acid ( UA) level with carotid plaques and arterial stiff-ness in the patients with essential hypertension ( EH) , and to explore the predictive value of serum UA for evaluating EH preclinically .METHODS:A total of 92 patients with EH and 30 healthy individuals were enrolled .The value of UA and other indicators were detected .B-mode ultrasound examination was performed to measure the common carotid artery intima -media thickness ( IMT) and the sites of plaque in the internal carotid-artery, external carotid artery and carotid bifurca-tions.Carotid-femoral arterial pulse wave velocity ( CFPWV) was assessed by Complior?atherosclerosis measurement in-strument.RESULTS:The serum level of UA in the patients with EH was higher than that in control group [(361.51 ± 83.81) μmol/L vs (317.03 ±62.22) μmol/L, P<0.05].The mean value and abnormal rate of IMT between hyperten-sion group and control group were significant difference [(0.69 ±0.14) mm vs (0.60 ±0.12) mm, 42.39%vs 10.00%, P<0.05].In 92 EH patients, 45 cases had carotid plaques .These 45 cases were divided into 3 groups according to the plaque severity, among which the serum UA level had statistically significant differences [(285.25 ±78.41) μmol/L, (341.19 ±63.99) μmol/L and (401.33 ±88.49) μmol/L, P<0.05].Compared with rigid plaque group ( n=34), the serum UA level in soft plaque group (n=11) was significantly higher [(389.00 ±69.45) μmol/L vs (323.03 ± 72.71) μmol/L, P<0.05].A stepwise multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that age ( r=0.414), systolic blood pressure (r=0.224), pulse pressure (r=0.270) and uric acid (r=0.219) were predisposed factors for higher CFP-WV (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:UA is one of the risk factors causing hypertension .Serum UA level may reflect the sever-ity and stability of carotid plaques .The increased arterial stiffness is closely related to the increased serum UA level in EH .
