Objective To evaluate the application of fluorescent multiplex amplification of short tandem repeat(STR)for monitoring survival of engraftment after bone marrow transplantation(BMT).Methods Three STR loci named D12S391,D18S865 and D20S161 in 56 cases were detected by fluorescent multiplex amplification.PCR products were separated and typed by DNA Sequencer.Results The genotypes of STR in 52 recipient after bone marrow transplantation were completely identical with those of the donors.In another 4 cases the evidences of mixed chimerism were observed.Conclusion The system of fluorescent multiplex amplification of STRs exhibited high capacity of discrimination and low cost.Its application in the detection of STR after BMT is reliable,sensitive and simple.Combined with the clinical manifestation it can be used to evaluate the effect of BMT.

Objective To explore stimulative of posttraumatic growth(PTG) of head-injured patients associated with limb movement disorder,in order to provide reference for psychological nursing intervention.Methods Phenomenological methodology was used in the study.A semi-structured interview was conducted on seven head-injured patients with limb movement disorder recruited by purposive sampling method.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi's analysis procedure.Results Through interview,the following four themes were summarized:positive state of mind and coping style of patients; patients' high level of self-efficacy; social support; high quality of medical services.Conclusions In order to promote PTG of head-injured associated with limb movement disorder patients,nurses should strive to adjust the patient mentality and coping strategies,improve their self-efficacy levels,help patients get support from the community,at the same time should also focus on quality of medical services.

Objective To observe the expressions ofα-catulin and E-cadherin in tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC)tissue, and to explore their relationship with the occurrence and development of TSCC.Methods The expressions ofα-catulin and E-cadherin in 55 cases of TSCC tissue and 10 cases of normal tongue tissue were examined by immunohistochemistry SP method. The relationship between the expressions and the clinicopathological characteristics and the relevance of the expressions ofα-catulin and E-cadherin in TSCC tissue were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates ofα-catulin in TSCC tissue and normal tongue tissue were 69.09% and 20.00%,respectively,and there was difference between them (P<0.01).The expression ofα-catulin was correlated to the histological differentiation,clinical stage and lymph node metastases of TSCC (P<0.05).The positive expression rates of E-cadherin in TSCC tissue and normal tongue tissue were 38.18% and 80.00%,respectively, and there was significant difference between them (P< 0.01 ). The expression of E-cadherin was correlated to the clinical stage and lymph node metastases of TSCC (P<0.05 ). There was a negative correlation between the expressions ofα-catulin and E-cadherin in TSCC tissue (r=-0.466,P<0.01). Conclusion The expressions ofα-catulin and E-cadherin may be associated with the occurrence and development of TSCC,and they could be used as the parameters which predict the malignant degree and prognosis of TSCC.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancre-atography (ERCP)by using a duodenoscope in patients with prior Billroth Ⅱ gastrectomy.Methods Data of 98 patients(including 7 who underwent Billroth Ⅱand Braun)with prior Billroth Ⅱ gastrectomy who un-derwent ERCP from January 2008 to May 2014 at Endoscopy Center of Ruijin Hospital were retrospectively studied.Results A total of 98 patients accepted 111 ERCP procedures,the overall success rate was 75.7%(84 /111).The success rate of accessing Vater′s papilla was 82.0%(91 /111)and the selective can-nulations success rate was 92.3%(84 /91).In the cases of successful access,therapeutic procedures were achieved in 100.0%(84 /84)of all patients.The overall rate of complications was 4.5%(5 /111),with mild post-procedure pancreatitis occurring in 3 cases,cholangitis in 2 cases,respectively.Conclusion ERCP u-sing a duodenoscope can be safely and effectively performed in patients with prior Billroth Ⅱ gastrectomy with high cannulation and treatment success rates.

AIM: To confirm the effects of capillary endothelium injury in the lung with ischemia reperfusion. METHODS: The rabbits pulmonary models of ischemia reperfusion (I-R)injury were established. Plasma nitric oxide and endothelin levels, arterial oxygen tension and wet/dry weight ratios were determined in different periods in control and I-R groups, and the pulmonary ultrastructure abnormities were analyzed under electromicroscope. RESULTS: The plasma levels of NO and ET-1 in I-R animals increased significantly ,compared with those in sham treated control groups. The level of ET-1 had significantly negative correlation with PaO 2 and positive correlation with the value of the wet/dry weight ratios. The swelling and karyopyknosis of capillary endothelium in the lung with I-R groups were observed in ischemia periods. The injuries of endotheliums and typeⅠandⅡ alveolar cells in 0 5 h of reperfusion were more severe than those in ischemia time, and the injuries began to repair in 2 h of reperfusion time. CONCLUSION: In the I-R group, pulmonary capillary endothelium have been injuried, which may play a prominent role in I-R injury and dysfunction of the lung.

Objective To provide the nurse care evidence of nutritional intervention in patients with lung cancer during radiotherapy and chemotherapy by analyzing the nutritional status of these patients.Methods 55 patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy and radiotherapy were selected.The nutritional status of these patients were evaluated by laboratory examination data at the time of hospitalized,ongoing and the end of radiotherapy. Results The hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB),body mass and body mass index(BMI)were (130.50 ±17.80)g/L, (41.02 ±5.68)g/L,(61.29 ±8.75)kg,(22.36 ±2.78)kg/m2 respectively at admission;(115.90 ±19.00)g/L, (37.94 ±5.55)g/L,(59.95 ±9.05 )kg,(21.86 ±2.86)kg/m2 respectively during the course of radiotherapy;(110.40 ±19.40)g/L,(36.91 ±5.30)g/L,(58.91 ±9.30)kg,(21.48 ±2.99)kg/m2 respectively at the end of radiotherapy.At different stages of radiotherapy,the nutritional index gradually decreased,the Hb was lower in the middle of the radiotherapy than on admission,the difference was significant(t =8.611,P <0.05).The Hb in the late stage of radiotherapy was lower than the middle,the difference was significant(t =2.492,P <0.05).Although the ALB in the latter stage of radiotherapy was lower than the middle,but the difference was not statistically significant (t =1.464,P >0.05),and the difference was significant compared with on admission(t =4.815,P <0.05).The weight of the patients in the middle period of radiotherapy was less than the time of admission,but the difference was not statistically significant(t =0.781,P >0.05).The weight of patients in the late stage of radiotherapy was lower than the medium term,but the difference was not statistically significant as well(t =0.601,P >0.05),and there was no significant difference compared with on admission(t =1.382,P >0.05).The BMI of the patients with radiotherapy was lower than that at the time of admission,the difference was not statistically significant(t =0.091,P >0.05).The BMI of patients with radiotherapy was lower than that in the medium term,whereas the difference was not statistically significant(t =0.690,P >0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant compared with on admission(t =1.599,P >0.05).The Hb (F =16.643,P =0.000)and ALB(F =7.736,P =0.001)decreased significantly in particular.Conclusion The risk of malnutrition in patients with lung cancer is exist during radiotherapy and chemo-therapy,and it is obvious in the middle -late stage,the changes of physical and biochemical indexes have been appeared,and among them,Hb and ALB are the most obvious,so should be monitored and managed cause these data varied significantly.

Objective:To investigate the effect of live lactobacillus preparation in the treatment of postpartum vagina microenviro-ment dysbiosis. Methods:Totally 300 cases of postpartum women were selected in our hospital from February 2013 to November 2013, including those with normal delivery, cesarean section and vaginal delivery after lochia, and each was with 100 cases. The vaginal se-cretion was withdrawn from vagina and the microenvironment was assessed. The patients with dysbiosis were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was treated with living lactobacillus preparation and the treatment group was without treatment. The effi-cacy and incidence of bacterial vaginosis(BV) were observed. Results:Totally 88 cases (29. 3%) occurred vaginal dysbiosis. There were significant differences in the dysbiosis incidence rate, pH, H2 O2 results, microscopic examination results and the distribution of flora between the two groups (P <0. 05). The effective rate of the observation group was 95. 5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (29. 5%). The incidence rate of BV was 4. 5% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group [75%] (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The effect of the lactobacillus preparation in the treatment of postpartum vagina microenviroment dysbiosis is promising and safe.

Objective To investigate the reliability of a novel rating scale, unified multiple system atrophy rating scale, section Ⅰ(UMSARS-Ⅰ) in the evaluation of illness severity in patients with multiple system atrophy (MSA). Methods A retrospective analysis and a prospective follow-up study were conducted by using UMSARS-Ⅰ in 46 patients with MSA, and the Schwab and England scale was employed and illness severity was graded. The reliability, validity and sensitivity to change of UMSARS-Ⅰ in evaluating the illness severity of MSA were estimated. Results UMSARS-Ⅰ enjoyed high internal consistency (standard Crohnbach's ?=0.88) and sound content, criterion-related, construct and discriminant validity in the evaluation of illness severity of MSA, and a moderate sensiti-vity to change was found(effect size=0.61). Conclusion UMSARS-Ⅰ is a reliable and multidimensional semi-quantitative scale in the measurement of severity and progression of impairment in MSA.

Objective To study causes of deterioration of sudden mydriasis in craniocerebral trauma patients with normal intracranial pressure and verify the efficiency of specific treatments.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on causes of four cases of accidental mydriasis in normal intracranial pressure among 473 cases of craniocerebral trauma treated from June 2008 to March 2012.Changes of patients' condition and monitoring indices were observed after specific treatments.Results Abnormal mydriasis with synchronously normal intracranial pressure was largely due to sufficient decompression after a certain period of intracranial hypertension and persistence of brain perfusion pressure to more than 110 mm Hg or due to high cerebral perfusion pressure caused by redundant drainage of cerebrospinal fluid or low intracranial pressure (＜ 10 mm Hg),together with factors like low plasma osmotic pressure and carbon dioxide accumulation.The study showed that the intracranial pressure was maintained normal,that the brain swelling took a turn for better,that medical condition were stabilized and that pupil returned to normal in the four cases after treatment with specific protocol.GOS was four points in three cases and five points in one during follow-up at six months postoperatively.Conclusion Incidence of mydriasis with normal intracranial pressure in craniocerebral trauma patients can be efficiently declined through reduction of peripheral blood pressure,perfusion pressure controlling,hypertonic remedy maintenance and brain edema relief.

Objective:To detect the correlativity between clinical periodental indexes and C-terminal telopeptides of type I collagen (CTX)concentration in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF).Methods:77 teeth with periodontitis in 60 patients from the international Bethune peace hospital were included.The concentration of CTX in GCF was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The plague indexe(PL),gingival indexe(GI),probing depth(PD)and attachment loss (AL)level were recorded at clinic.The correla-tion of CTX concentration and clinic indexes was analysed by Kruskal-Wallis test using SPSS 1 1 .0 software.Results:The Spearman correlation coefficient of PL,GI,PD and AL with CTX was 0.386(P <0.01 ),0.366(P <0.05),0.382(P <0.05)and 0.31 4(P <0.05)respectively.Conclusion:PL,GI,PD and AL are positively correlated with the concentration of CTX in GCF(P <0.05).
