The present paper reports a systematic research of the antifatigue effect of Flammulina velutipes. The antifatigue effect was judged by the examination of serum lactate dchydrogenase activity, level of blood lactic acid, serum urea nitrogen, muscle and liver glycogen,The experiments indicated that feeding Flammulina velutipes to mice for several days the lactate dehydrogenase activity, muscle and liver glycogeu levels were significantly higher than that of the control. After exercise, the levels of blood lactate and serum urea nitrogen were significantly lower than those of control. After exercise, the recovery rate of lactic acid was much faster than that of control.From the above results, we concluded the Flammulina velutipes may have significant effect on the capability of adaptation to heavy exercise and prevention or elimination of fatigue after exercise.

Objective : To analyze the trend of lung cancer incidence in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province from 2014 to 2019, so as to provide the basis for lung cancer prevention and control. Methods : The data of lung cancer were collected through the information management system of chronic disease surveillance in Zhejiang Province.The crude incidence rate, age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population ( ASIRC ) and by world standard population ( ASIRW ), truncated rate ( 35-64 ) years old ), and cumulative rate (0-74 years old) were calculated. The annual percentage change ( APC ) was used to analyze the trend of lung cancer. The annual contribution rate was used to analyze the contribution of the incidence trend with age to the total trend. Results : Totally 22 261 cases of lung cancer were reported in Shaoxing from 2014 to 2019. The crude incidence rate, ASIRC, ASIRW, truncated rate ( 35-64 years old ), and cumulative rate ( 0-74 years old ) were 83.51/100 000, 41.28/100 000, 41.01/100 000, 57.00/100 000 and 5.11%, respectively. The crude incidence rate, ASIRC and ASIRW increased significantly from 2014 to 2019, with the APC values of 8.56%, 6.42% and 6.05%, respectively ( P<0.05 ). The crude incidence rate, ASIRC, ASIRW, truncated rate ( 35-64 years old ), and cumulative rate ( 0-74 years old ) of man were 105.25/100 000, 48.09/100 000, 50.69/100 000, 62.03/100 000 and 6.42%, respectively, which were higher than those of women ( 61.84/100 000, 33.05/100 000, 31.35/100 000, 51.71/100 000 and 3.76% ).The crude incidence rate increased with age. The annual contribution rates of lung cancer incidence in people aged 15-<45 years, 45-<55 years, 55-<65 years and ≥65 years were 51.20%, 30.86%, 15.79% and 2.15%, respectively. The crude incidence rate in people aged 15-<45 years, 45-<55 years and 55-<65 years increased significantly from 2014 to 2019, with the APC values of 23.84%, 13.79% and 6.78%, respectively ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion From 2014 to 2019, the incidence of lung cancer in Shaoxing shows an increasing trend, and the age of onset is getting younger.

Objective To investigate the effects of right or left transaction of cervical sympathetic trunk (TCST) on left ventricalar remodeling (LVRM) after acute myocardial infarction in rats and the mechanism. Methods Sixty-four adult mule pathogen-free SD rats (230-250 g) were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=16 each): group Ⅰsham operation (group S) ; group Ⅱ LVRM; group Ⅲ left TCST and group Ⅳ right TCST. Myocardial infarct was induced by ligation of left anterior descending branch (LAD) of coronary artery in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Left and right TCST were performed immediately after myocardial infarct was successfully induced in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ respectively. In group S LAD and cervical sympathetic trunk were exposed but not ligated and transected. The animals were killed at 4 weeks after ligation of LAD and TCST. The weight of left ventricle was measured and left ventricle weight index calculated, Left veatricular myocardial tissue volume (V_t), the volume density of myocardial cells (V_v) and myocardial cell volmne (V_c) were quantitatively analyzed by stereological method. The c-fos mRNA expression in myocardium was determined by RT-PCR. Results The left ventricle weight index, V_t, V_c and c-fos mRNA expression were significantly increased in group LVRM (Ⅱ), left and right TCST (Ⅲ, Ⅳ) as compared with group S. Left ventricle weight index, V_v, V_t, V_c and c-fos mRNA expression were all significantly decreased in fight TCST group (Ⅳ), while left ventricle weight index, V_t, V_c and c-fos mRNA expression were significantly increased in left TCST group (Ⅲ) as compared with LVRM group (Ⅱ). Conclusion Right TCST down-regulates the increase in c-fos mRNA expression after acute myocardial infarction and inhibits the left ventricular remodeling while left TCST up-regulates the c-fos mRNA expression and promotes the development of left ventricular remodeling.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of negative pressure wound therapy and to discuss the ethi-cal issues in this therapy and seek a solution. Methods:Sixty patients with negative pressure wound therapy in our hospital were invited to participate in this study. Patients were all with deep pressure ulcers or diabetic foot, of which the Wagner Scores were graded as three or four. They were divided into two groups randomly. The subjects in control group received standard treatment, while those in experimental group were treated by self -designed closed negative pressure drainage settings. The wound healing time, the cost of the treatment and comfort were compared between the two groups. Results:The cost of wound care in the experimental group was less than those in the control group (P<0. 001). There was no significant difference in comfort between two groups (P>0. 05). But the wound healing time was longer in the experimental group than those in the control group. Conclusion:Self-designed closed negative pressure settings can decrease the cost of patient care with the equal patient comfort and acceptance as the standard negative pressure, however, the wound healing time has been extended. So before using negative pressure technique, the medical staff should comprehensively analyze, be guided by medical ethics and choose the appropriate treatment for different patients.

AIM To study toxicity of Safflor Yellew (SY) for vascular endothelic cell (VEC) and whether SY has antagonistic effect on platelet activating factor (PAF). METHODS Use light microscopical observation and crystal violet colorimetric method to study morphological and bioactivity change of HVEC and EVC 304 after incubated with PAF, SY, SY+PAF, Ginkolide,and Ginkolide+PAF. RESULTS Cultured with PAF 30 minutes, HVEC had histopathological changes: from fusiform, polygond squamous cell to ellipsoid, circular cell , not binding tightly, but separated by wide gap. As cultured with SY+PAF, cell's morphological changes just as same as PAF's group. And its bioactivity had tendency of decline. Either HVEC was incubated with SY (0.571 g?L -1 ) for 30 minutes or EVC 304 cultured with SY(1 143 g?L -1 ) for 4 hours, their morphology and bioactivity had changes. CONCLUSION SY do not inhibit PAF's injury effect. And high concentration SY has toxicity to cultured endothelic cell.

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous renal replacement therapy on the levels of IL-27 in peripheral blood of patients with chronic heart failure concurrence acute kidney failure. Methods 78 patients with chronic heart failure were enrolled from June 2012 to December 2013 in Zhujiang hospital affiliated Southern medical university. According to patient′s condition, 38 patients with chronic heart failure concurrence acute kidney failure undertaking CRRT, 40 patients with chronic heart failure undertaking conventional therapy. Heart function were determined by cardiac ultrasound, the levels of IL-27 and BNP were determined by ELISA. Results Compared with chronic heart failure patients, the levels of IL-27 were decreasing but BNP were increasing in patients with chronic heart failure concurrence acute kidney failure (P < 0.05). After CRRT, the levels of IL-27 were increasing but BNP were decreasing in patients with chronic heart failure concurrence acute kidney failure. Correlation analysis showed that the levels of IL-27 is negatively correlated with the levels of BNP , but positively correlated with LVEF (P<0.05). Conclusion IL-27 participated in the development of chronic heart failure concurrence acute kidney failure. CRRT regulating and controlling the heart and kidney function may partly through effecting on immune-inflammatory mechanism.

Objective:To improve the safety,rationality and efficacy of medication for ovarian cancer patients complicated with cirrhosis by the participation of clinical pharmacists in the therapy. Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in the therapy for an ovarian cancer patient with cirrhosis,and provided a rational and individualized therapeutic regimen through the drug experience of clinical pharmacists as well as the relevant medical guides and literatures. Results:The therapeutic efficacy was increased by the participation of clinical pharmacists in the therapy,the potential risk of the chemotherapy was avoided and the security of medication was assured. Conclusion:The participation of clinical pharmacists in therapeutic practice can improve the normalization of pharmacotherapy for ovarian cancer patients with cirrhosis,which also can provide ideas and methods for treating the similar patients.
