The article analyzes the problems of nurse-patient communication in nurse interns,and proposes the strategies of cultivating nurse-patient communication ability to reduce nurse-patient disputes and improve the overall quality of nursing students.

· AIM: To observe the effects of PTEN and the tumor suppressor gene in proliferative LECs of the rabbit.·METHODS:Forty-two white rabbits were randomly divided into test group (36 rabbits) and control group (6rabbits). The transparent lenses of treated rabbits were operated with extra capsular cortex extraction, and the controls were kept untouched. The rabbits were sacririced at 1d, 3d, 1wk, 2wK, 1mo and 2mo after surgery.Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect proliferative cellular nuclei antigen (PCNA) as well as hybridization in situ and reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reactions (RT-PCR) were applied to detect phosphatase as well as tensin homology deleted on chromosome 10(PTEN) mRNA in lens equartor.·RESULTS:PCNA expression increased significantly to a high level at 1wk, began to reduce 2wk later, and recovered to the normal level 1 or 2mo after the surgery.PTEN mRNA expressed positively in normal rabbit LECs.The relative PTEN mRNA contents reduced greatly at 1dafter operation and remained low level at 3d. It began to increase slightly at 1wk, kept rising at 2wk and regained the normal expression after 1 or 2mo. There was inverse correlation between the PTEN mRNA and PCNA expression.·CONCLUSION: PTEN mRNA expresses positively in normal rabbit LECs plasma. PTEN participates in LECs proliferation and correlates with lens proliferative conditions.

Objective To explore the characteristics of emotion recognition in children aged 7-14 years. Methods Nine hundred and sixty-one students aged 7-14 years were enrolled to rate the emotion dimensions of valence, arousal and dominance with the scale of Native Chinese Affective Picture System for Children. The relationship among scores of each emotion dimension was analysed, and the differences in age and gender of each emotion dimension were determined. Results For positive pictures (score of valence >6), the score of valence was positively related to that of arousal and dominate (r=0.56, r=0.40, P<0.01). For neutral pictures (score of valence 4-6), the score of valence was negatively related to that of arousal (r=-0.70, P<0.01) and positively related to that of dominance (r=0.69, P<0.01). For negative pictures (score of valence<4), the score of arousal was negatively related to that of dominance (r=-0.95, P<0.01). There were significant differences in scores of emotion dimensions between genders (P<0.05). There were significant differences in scores of arousal and dominance among children with different ages (P<0.01). Age was weakly negatively related to score of arousal (r=-0.18, P<0.01), and was weakly positively related to that of dominance (r=0.10, P<0.01). Conclusion There are significant differences in age and gender for emotion recognition in children, and the ratings are various among pictures with different characteristics, which needs to be considered in further researches.

Objective:To explore the levels of serum adiponectin,insulin growth factor Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ) and prealbumin in preterm infants,and analyze their correlation with preterm EUGR infant.Methods:321 cases of preterm infants who were born in our hospital and transferred to neonatal department in 24 hours from January,2014 to January,2016 were enrolled in the present study.According to the weight at discharge,they were divided into the EUGR group and the non EUGR group,the growth and development as well as the levels of serum adiponectin,IGF-Ⅰ and PA in the two groups were compared.Results:The occurrence rate of EUGR was 55.76％ (179/321) in the 321 cases ofpreterm infants;the weight of EUGR group was significantly lower than that of the non EUGR group at 42 th days and three months after birth(p＜0.05).The SDS of both groups were all negative,and that of EUGR group was significantly lower than non EUGR group (p＜0.05).The levels of serum adiponectin,IGF-Ⅰ and PA of both groups were significantly lower than the control group at seventh days of birth,and the PA level of EUGR group was significantly lower than non EUGR group (p＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum adiponectin and PA levels between 7 days and 14 days in EUGR group (P ＞ 0.05),however,the serum adiponectin and PA levels in the non EUGR group was obviously increased and significantly higher than that of the EUGR group (p ＜ 0.05).The level of IGF-Ⅰ in both groups keep unchanged during two weeks (P＞0.05).Conclusion:The lower levels of serum adiponectin,IGF-Ⅰ and PA were closely related to the EUGR of preterm infants,which could be used as biochemical indexes to early diagnosis of EUGR.

The study is to prepare taste masking and enteric-coated clarithromycin granules by melting and fluid bed coating technology. Clarithromycin and matrix materials were melted at a certain temperature, and then made into particles by fluidized bed coating. X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used to identify the crystal and morphology of drug loading granules. In vitro dissolution method was used for the observation of the drug release behavior. The results showed that the drug particles size range was 0.2 - 0.6 mm; the crystal form of clarithromycin in the granule did not change; enteric-coated granules accumulated release in 0.1 mol L(-1) hydrochloric acid in 2 h was less than 10%, while in pH 6.8 phosphate buffer in 1 h was more than 80%. The taste masking and enteric-coated clarithromycin granules not only have good taste masking effect, but also have a good release behavior. It is expected to have better clinical application.

AIM: To investigate the effects of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) on protein and mRNA expression of macrophage inflammatory protein-1? (MIP-1?) in cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs). METHODS: HUVECs were cultured with AGEs at different concentrations for 24 h and at a concentration of 400 mg/L for different time.The levels of mRNA and protein expression of MIP-1? in cultured HUVEC were detected by in situ hybridization and Western blot, respectively. AIM:To explore the application effect of pranoprofen combined with tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic suspension in cataract extraction after IOL implantation.METHODS:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of cataract patients treated from May 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital.According to the treatment methods, patients were divided into tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic suspension with pranoprofen group (combined treatment group) and pranoprofen treatment group.The difference of visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber flash change, satisfaction rate and symptom score before and after treatment in two groups were observed.RESULTS:The vision of the two groups before treatment had no difference(P>0.05).At 1wk and 1mo after treatment, the visual acuity of the two groups all improved compared with before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Before treatment, the anterior chamber flare of the two groups had no difference(P>0.05).At 1wk and 1mo after treatment, the anterior chamber flare of combined treatment group was lower, the difference was statistically different (t=2.435, 1.864;P<0.05).The symptom score of the two groups before treatment had no difference(P>0.05).After treatment, the symptoms and signs of combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of pranoprofen group (t=2.586, 7.820;P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the combined treatment group patients was 100%, significantly higher than pranoprofen group.CONCLUSION:Pranoprofen and tobradex in the treatment of cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation has good application effect, can significantly improve the patient's symptoms and signs.

AIM: To compare the measurement of anterior chamber depth(ACD) inclusive of corneal thickness using intrao-cular lens(IOL) master and ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) and evaluate the repeatability of each method.METHODS: Two consecutive measurements of ACD were prospectively performed using IOL master and UBM in 60 eyes in 60 individuals. Mean values were compared using the paired t test. For each individual, ACD measure-ments was performed 5 times to estimate the repeatability of each method by a coefficient of variation(CV).RESULTS: The mean ACD was 2.95±0.25mm with the IOL master and 2.96±0.22mm with the UBM. This diffe-rence was not statistically significant (P=0.631).The coefficient of variation (CV) was 0.56%±0.26% and 0.65%± 0.36% in IOL master and UBM, respectively.CONCLUSION: The mean ACD of IOL master was the same as UBM. The repeatability of IOL master is better than UBM.
