Objective To establish a method for the simple and rapid extraction and detection of nitrosodipropulamine(NDPA).Methods NDPA at levels of?g /L grade in chemical industrial wastewater was enriched efficiently using the purge and trap(P&T)method with a Trap3tube under the standard program,including the flow rate of purge gas(40ml/min),the time of purge(11min),the temperature of desorb(225℃),the time of desorb(4min),the temperature of bake(230℃)and the time of bake(10min).The NDPA concentrations were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy(GC-MS )and chemical ionization(CI )and select ion mode(uSIS)coupled with the purge and trap(P&T)(P&T/GC-MS/CI /uSIS)method Results The detection limit,recovery rates and relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method were3?g /L,62.60%-96.31%and7.5%respectively.The linearity of method was good in the5-30?g /L range with the correlation coefficient 0.978.Conclusion The P&T/GC-MS/CI /uSIS method could be used to detect semi-volatile NDPA in chemical industrial wastewater.

Alimentary tract duplications are rare congenital anomalies that usually present in childhood and occasionally in adults. They are most common in the ileum, but can occur anywhere along the alimentary tract from the mouth to the anus. We report a 24-year-old woman who presented with a giant chylous ileum cyst duplication. To our knowledge, there is only one other report of a patient with a giant chylous cyst in the literature.

Objective To perform a biomechanical study on and compare the stability of internal fixation with closed Kirschner wire in different spots from the epicondylus medialis to sulcus nervi ulnaris and epicondylus lateralis of humerus in the treatment of GartlandⅢsupracondylar fractures of humerus in children in order to provide basis for avoiding cubitus varus in clinic.Methods Twenty models of su- pracondylar fractures were made from ten humerus samples,then divided into two groups(group A and group B).They were fixed with closed Kirschner'wires.Ulnar Kirschner wire varied.In group A five spots were selected averagely from the epicondylus medialis to the sulcus nervi ulnaris.Kirschner wires entered from one of the five spots into another spot of humerus.In group B Kirschner wires entered defferent spots of humerus from the central spot of sulcus nervi ulnaris.Biomechanical tests were carried out,such as axial load,axial displacement,stress intensity,axial rigidity and anti-twisty ability.Forty-six children with Gart- landⅢsupracondylar fracture of humerus were treated and followed up for more than one year.Results In beth groups,with the angle of Kirschner wires and fracture side increasing,the strain and the vertical displacement decreased,the stress intensity and the axial rigidity increased,and the anti-twists ability was enhanced.There was statistic difference(P＜0.05).The follow-up of the 46 patients showed the elbow joint function recovered well with no cubitus varus malformation.Conclusion Internal fixation with closed Kirschner wires in sulcus nervi ulnaris from the epicondylus medialis and the epicondylns lateralis of humerus for GartlandⅢsupracondylar fracture of humerus in children has the advantages of enhancing bio- mechanical stability,effective prevention of secondary replacement of outlying black of the fracture and a- voidance of cubitus varus.It can be widely used clinically.

Objective Retrospectively analyzed the predictive value of imaging evaluation in stage Ⅱ/Ⅲ esophageal carcinoma patients treated with preoperative chemoradiotherapy.Methods A total of 145 stage Ⅱ/Ⅲ esophageal carcinoma pantients were enrolled.We analyzed the overall survival rates of the patients with pathological complete response (pCR) and those without (NpCR),X-film complete response (xCR) and those without (NxCR),RECIST complete response (rCR) and those without (NrCR).And we used Cox model for multivariate analysis.Results The rates of pCR,xCR and rCR were 33.8％,42.8％ and 38.6％ for all patients,respectively.The 1-,3-5-year overall survival rates were 87.8％,79.6％,61.2％ for pCR patients and 75％,40.6％,24.0％ for NpCR patients (x2 =20.215,P ＜0.05),respectively;The 1-,3-5-year overall survival rates were 80.6％,66.1％,51.6％ for xCR patients and 75％,44.6％,25.3％ for NxCR patients(x2 =8.895,P ＜0.05),respectively;The 1-,3-5-year overall survival rates were 83.9％,69.6％,53.6％ for rCR patients and 76.4％,46.1％,25.8％ for NxCR patients(x2 =10.862,P ＜ 0.05),respectively.Multivariate survival analysis using Cox regression model showed that pCR was a positive independent prognostic factor (HR =0.333,95％ CI:0.200-0.554,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Short-term imaging evaluation could effectively predict the prognosis of stage Ⅱ/Ⅲ esophageal carcinoma patients treated with preoperative chemoradiotherapy.And pCR was a positive independent prognostic factor.
